Survey of disaster waste treatment and disposal in Hokkaido
application/pdfBig earthquake occurred at East Iburi area on Steptember 2016 and many houses were devastated. Such disasters left a huge amount of wastes in those areas. The disaster wastes in a small town was surveyed for those quantity and quality in order to evaluate a safe and environmental sound management of those wastes. The disaster waste generation based on the architecture elements was estimated to be about 72 tons per house. A hundred houses were demolished so far and the average disaster waste were monitored to be about 87 tons per house by the suffered municipality. Those debris includes concrete (weight rate,65%), wood (weight rate, 10%), etc. The total amount of disaster waste generated in Atsuma, Abira andMukawa communities is estimated to 77,000 tons.特集departmental bulletin pape

載荷点を変化させた貫通型鋼製防護柵支柱模型に関する重錘落下衝撃実験
application/pdfIn order to rationally design the anchoring depth of the steel posts for rockfall-protection fence embedded into the concrete retaining walls, static and drop-weight impact loading tests were conducted on H-section steel-post installed into the plain-concrete foundation model varying length of the moment arm. The results obtained from this study were as follows: 1) plastic hinge was formed in H-section post irrespective of loading type and length of moment arm; 2) the rotation angle of the H-section post after impact loading tended to be linearly increased with increasing the input energy; and 3) design values of the anchoring depth tend to underestimate referring to the experimental results.journal articl
静的に曲げ圧壊型で終局に至るAFRPシート接着曲げ補強RC梁の一定繰り返し衝撃荷重載荷実験
application/pdfIn order to establish an impact resistant upgrading method for RC members, consecutive and constant low-velocity drop-weight impact loading tests for statically flexural compression failure-type RC beams strengthened in flexure with Aramid Fiber Reinforced Polymer (AFRP) sheet were conducted. A 300 kg weight was consecutively dropped until the beams reach the ultimate state. Two kinds of drop height were selected: H = 0.5 m; and 1.0 m. The results obtained from this study were as follows: (1) time histories of the dynamic responses of the beams are almost similar irrespective of number of loading times; and (2) even though the RC beams reached ultimate state due to sheet rupture under a single loading with high energy, the beams reached ultimate state due to compression failure at the upper concrete cover of the beam under consecutive and low-velocity impact loading.journal articl
Recommender System-Based Diffusion Inferring for Open Social Networks
application/pdfOpen social network (OSN) plays a more significant role in information propagation through the rapid developing of information technology. Since information diffusion is an essential process happens in OSN, it has been studied in many studies. Several models have been proposed to infer the diffusion process and reproduce diffusion network. However, these methods have two critical problems: 1) ignoring the effects of user social characteristics and 2) inaccuracy resulted from calculating the influence of different features independently. To address these limitations, a diffusion inferring method based on a recommender system (DIM-SPTF) was proposed. The DIM-SPTF method considers the propagation process between the users as the recommendation process of information and employs a recommender system to infer the propagation relationship. Through determining the propagation relations among all users in the observed topic data set, an information diffusion network can be finally obtained. Experimental results show that DIM-SPTF leads to improvements in performance compared with the state-of-the-art methods.journal articl
Propagation Operator Based Boundary Condition for Finite Element Analysis
application/pdfA new efficient boundary condition of finite element method (FEM) by using propagation operator is proposed. In this method, input, and output ports are terminated on their own boundaries instead of using perfectly matched layer (PML) which requires expanding the computational window. Moreover, this boundary condition can consider all modes including radiation modes without mode expansion. The propagation operator is efficiently calculated by Denman-Beavers iteration (DBI). The electromagnetic field on the POM boundary can be accurately propagated outside the boundary by using the propagation operator. In addition, we present a technique based on scattering operator method which can reduce the computational complexity of FEM. Three numerical results show that the present scheme is more accurate, and stable than conventional approximate boundary conditions such as using Pade approximation in both TE, and TM modes.journal articl

本稿はロシア語の語čaj (чай)「茶」の末尾要素jの起源について考察した.čaj の語源については,今まで村山七郎によってこの語の起源を中国語のč‘a2ye4「茶葉」であるとする説があった.本稿ではこの末尾要素の起源を中国語起源に求めるのではなく,ロシア語の構造から生じたものであると見なす説を提示した.journal articl
北海道胆振東部地震発災時における室蘭市民の防災意識と減災行動
application/pdf本研究は,2018年9月6日に発生した北海道胆振東部地震時における室蘭市民の防災意識と減災行動をアンケート調査から明らかにするものである.アンケート調査は,発災後の約3週間後に実施し,住民基本台帳(18歳以上)から無作為に抽出した5,000世帯に配布し,有効回答数は2,187部となった.これを集計したところ,年代や居住地区で防災意識や地震後の行動に差異が見られた.次に,クラスター分析により,回答パターンの類似性で回答者を類型化した.これらの特徴を整理し,GIS上に可視化し,今後の防災・減災計画とそれに伴う教育のありかたについて考察した.今後は災害に対して備蓄などの自助の意識を持たせると共に,災害時に必要な情報を世代間で隔たりなく発信する共助力を育てる施策が重要となる.journal articl
ラフ集合における擬一般化動的縮約の抽出手法の改良
application/pdf本論文では,高橋らによる大規模な決定表からの擬一般化動的縮約の抽出手法の改良を試みる.高橋らの手法は主に,擬一般化動的縮約の候補の抽出フェーズおよび抽出された候補の確認フェーズの2段階で構成されているが,確認フェーズで用いるパラメータεの適切な事前設定が必要であること,および擬一般化動的縮約となる条件を満たす可能性が低い候補であっても,確認作業を早期に打ち切ることが困難であることなどの課題があった.本論文ではこれらの課題を解決することを目的に,パラメータεの動的更新および二項検定を用いた確認作業の早期打ち切りを導入することで,擬一般化動的縮約の候補の確認作業を改良することを試みる.更に,抽出された擬一般化動的縮約について,表内に存在しないデータに対する頑健性を検証する.journal articl
The Current Situation of Go in Germany (2)
『ヒカルの碁』は日本においてのみならず、ドイツにおいても囲碁普及、とりわけ若者たちへの囲碁普及に大きな役割を果たした。その来独前後の頃、ドイツ碁連盟による複数の活動の中に『ヒカルの碁』との関連が見出され、若者たちに向けた新たな活動が次第に活発に行われるようになった。その結果、青少年たちを中心にドイツ碁連盟構成員数は増加し、ドイツ囲碁界に好況が訪れた。そして、『ヒカルの碁』によって生み出されたこの機運は、程なくして開始された囲碁のブンデスリーガの推進力となっていたと捉えることができる。journal articl
