Developing a New Program, the Teaching Profession Workshop, in the Kyushu University of Health and Welfare Teacher-Training Course : Results and Problems
Get PDFP(論文)The Teaching Profession Workshop has been introduced as a new subject in teacher-training courses,
required for senior students entering university in or after 2010. Kyushu University of Health and
Welfare (KUHW) introduced this subject in 2013. Each university is permitted to develop its own
program for teaching this subject, as long as it meets the curricular requirements. KUHW has therefore
developed and introduced a program with three main parts: 1) students reflect on and confirm their own
growth as teachers; 2) students take part in trial classwork exercises; and 3) students attend lectures by
experienced teachers, invited as outside speakers. The present study has analyzed students’ reports on
their own reflections and learning; these reveal that, although the KUHW program has produced many
good results, some problems remain to be solved.departmental bulletin pape
Distribution of Caffeic Acid in Ganglioside G[D3] (GD3) Monolayer and Mixed Phospholipid/GD3 Monolayer, and Their Interactions
Get PDFP(論文)The distribution of caffeic acid (CA) in ganglioside GD3 (GD3) monolayer and in mixed
dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC)/GD3 monolayer as models of tumor membrane, and the effects of
CA on the GD3 monolayer and the mixed DPPC/GD3 monolayer were observed by atomic force
microscopy (AFM). CA distributed in the GD3 monolayer markedly changed the morphology of the GD3
monolayer from a flat and uniform surface to a percolated pattern. Furthermore, CA distributed in the
mixed DPPC/GD3 monolayer clearly changed the morphology of the mixed DPPC/GD3 monolayer from
an unclear percolated surface to a typical percolation pattern. The effects of CA on the GD3 membrane
and the mixed DPPC/GD3 membrane were similar to those of benzyl caffeate and known antitumor
compounds, suggesting that CA might possess antitumor activity.departmental bulletin pape
Inhalation of a steam-mixed gas containing hydrogen gas enhances the salivary titers of immunoglobulin A against pathogenic hemagglutinin antigens derived from influenza virus strains in healthy volunteers

ニューラで吸入した。吸入後、A型およびB型インフルエンザウイルス由来のhemagglutinin（HA）抗原に
対する唾液中IgA2抗体価を自主開発の酵素免疫測定法で解析した。その結果、XEN吸入15分後、A型イ
ンフルエンザウイルス株（A/California/7/2009/H1N1とA/Hong Kong/4801/2014/H3N2）由来のHA抗原
に対する唾液中IgA2抗体価は、吸入前と比較して有意に増加した（P=0.028およびP=0.047）。さらに、XEN
吸入15分後、A型とB型インフルエンザウイルス株（A/Singapore/GP1908/2015/H1N1、A/Hong
Kong/4801/2014/H3N2、B/Texas/2/2013/Victoria system、B/Phuket/1307/2013 /Yamagata system）
由来のHA抗原（ワクチンタイプ）に対する唾液中IgA2抗体価も吸入前と比較して有意に増加した
（P=0.039）。以上の結果から、XENにはHA抗原に対する唾液中IgA2抗体価の増強作用があることがわか
った。In a previous study, we demonstrated a significant increase in the salivary interleukin-1β (IL-1β) levels
following the administration, via inhalation, of a steam-mixed gas containing hydrogen gas (designated as
XEN) in healthy volunteers. In this study, we examined the salivary titers of immunoglobulin A2 (IgA2)
directed against pathogenic hemagglutinin (HA) antigens derived from influenza virus strains
(hereinafter, shortened to IgA2) after XEN administration by inhalation via a nasal cannula for 15 min in
healthy volunteers. The salivary titers of IgA2 directed against HA antigens were measured using an
originally constructed enzyme immunoassay system. The results indicated significant increases of the
salivary IgA2 directed against the HA antigens derived from the following influenza virus strains after
15 min of XEN inhalation, as compared to the titers recorded prior to the inhalation: A/
California/7/2009/H1N1 (P = 0.028), A/Hong Kong/4801/2014/H3N2 (P = 0.047), vaccine-type containing
HA antigens derived from influenza virus strains, A/Singapore/GP1908/2015/H1N1, A/Hong
Kong/4801/2014/H3N2, B/Texas/2/2013/Victoria system, and B/Phuket/1307/2013 /Yamagata system
(P = 0.039). Taken together, XEN rapidly enhanced the salivary titers of IgA2 directed against HA
antigens derived from influenza viruses, which may imply a role in the protection against influenza virus
infection by activation of humoral immunity (IgA2 action) in the whole body via the nasal mucosal

権利擁護実践に見る社会福祉士の専門性に関する研究〜成年後見制度に焦点を当てた調査から〜
Get PDF九州保健福祉大学博士（社会福祉学）2019社会福祉分野で権利擁護という概念が用いられるようになった歴史的経緯を踏まえ、権利擁護の定義を整理した。次に宮崎県社会福祉士会員へのアンケート調査および、岡村社会福祉論を批判的な観点を交えて再検討し、社会福祉士の固有性について検討した。また、権利擁護と同義に扱われている成年後見制度について、社会福祉士が如何に理解しているかを調査した。さらに、社会福祉士と法律職専門家との権利擁護実践の相違点を確認した。以上の結果を基に成年後見制度実践を担う専門家としての社会福祉士が、如何に権利擁護を果たすべきかについて結論付けた。doctoral thesi
Diabetes Mellitus Induces Hyperreactivity of 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT)-Induced Constriction in Human Internal Thoracic Artery and Is Associated with Increase in the Membrane Protein Level of 5-HT<sub>2A</sub> Receptor
Get PDF九州保健福祉大学博士（医療薬学）2018Studies indicate that 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) released from activated platelets in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) induces 5-HT2A receptor-mediated graft spasm. We previously reported that 5-HT-induced constriction of human endothelium-denuded saphenous vein (SV) was significantly augmented in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) than in patients without DM (non-DM), without changes in the levels of the membrane-bound 5-HT2A receptor of their smooth muscle cells. Although the internal thoracic artery (ITA) is the key graft conduit for CABG, the effect of DM on the ITA graft spasm is still unclear. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the effect of DM on 5-HT-induced vasoconstriction and the level of membrane-bound 5-HT2A receptor in ITA grafts. 5-HT-induced constriction of the isolated human endothelial-denuded ITA was significantly higher in patients with DM than in patients without DM. In addition, the level of the 5-HT2A receptor in the membrane fraction of human ITA smooth muscle cells was significantly higher in patients with DM than in those without DM. These results demonstrate that DM is a risk factor for CABG in both venous and arterial conduits, and that it differentially affects the level of the membrane-bound 5-HT2A receptor in the venous and arterial smooth muscle cells.doctoral thesi
Investigation of the number of bacteria in feed and cooking utensils at Omuta City Zoo.
Get PDFhe objective of this study is to count the number of viable bacteria and the number of
coliform bacteria on feeds and cooking utensils in Omuta City Zoo.
We wiped a cabbage, a carrot, a sweet potato, a horse mackerel, meat of horse, chicken
and a kidney of cattle as feeds and knives, chopping boards and scrub sponges as utensils
with sterile absorbent cotton swabs. Each swab was diluted with 10 ml sterile phosphate
buffered salts whose 1ml was used as a sample.
Regarding the feeds, both the number of viable bacteria and the number of coliform
bacteria on chicken were much more than the other feeds. It is necessary to pay attention
to avoid the contamination. The utensils compared favorably in number of bacteria with the

Get PDF本研究の目的は，高齢者の予備的居場所感質問紙を見直して本調査用居場所感質問紙を作成
しその構成概念妥当性と信頼性を検証すること，及び在宅高齢者の居場所感に関する要因を明ら
かにすることである．調査は，５つの構成概念（個人，社会，役割，解放，指示）ごとに４項目計20
項目から構成された本調査用居場所感質問紙を用いて在宅高齢者者149人を対象に実施した．そ
の結果，構成概念妥当性は確認的因子分析により指標適合度は十分とはいえないものの概ね支持
されること，信頼性についてはα係数を求め内的整合性を有していることが確かめられた．居場
所感の要因については，５つの居場所感を説明変数とし在宅高齢者の４つの要因（年齢，家族，外
出，健康）を基準変数にした重回帰分析の結果，役割的居場所感のみが年齢と外出に関係してい
ること，年齢が高いほど居場所感が高く外出の多いほど居場所感の高いことが明らかになった．departmental bulletin pape
