Full text linkスピーチロックとは，言葉によって利用者の行動を抑制，制限するなどの職員の対応を指している．本
研究では，スピーチロックをするときの職員の感情・思いをまとめ，感情の特徴及び職員の認知症ケアの
課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．介護老人福祉施設の職員を対象にアンケート調査を実施し，668
票の自由記述を分析した．その結果，利用者の言動が理解できていないという【認知症の理解不足】，職
員が多忙なことからくる【業務量の過多】，利用者の安全を確保したいという責任感からくる【利用者本
人のリスク回避】，他者の迷惑にならないよう配慮する【他者とのリスク回避】，職員が利用者にしてほし
いという思いが強くなることによる【職員主体の思い】，職員の気持ちに余裕がないなどの【ストレスによる
いらつき】の6群が分類された．スピーチロック時の職員の課題は，利用者の言動の理解不足や職員の

精神科病院スタッフの認知症に対するイメージの抽出と類型化および職種間比較
Full text link九州保健福祉大学博士（保健科学）2020認知症の人の将来推計について，世界では2050年には1億5200万人と推計されている．また，日本では2025年には約700万人前後と見込まれている．そのため，認知症は大きな社会問題となっており，さまざまな取り組みがなされている．
認知症のイメージについて，1970～1980年代にかけて，精神病院による認知症老人の囲い込みと， 老人処理工場的な精神病院のあり方や閉鎖病棟がもつ人を寄せ付けない独特な雰囲気が，認知症に対するマイナスイメージをふくらませる要因となった．その後，200年，「痴呆症」という用語が侮辱的な表現であることから「認知症」と変更された．しかし，そのマイナスイメージが払拭されていない現状もある．そのため，学生や看護，一般市民を対象として，認知症や認知症の人に対してどのようなイメージをもっているのか把握する調査がなされている．また，理解度や認知度を把握する観点から，一般市民を対象とした認知症の知識や社会資源，認知症の人の行動面の理解や早期対応の重要性などの調査もなされている．しかし，認知症の人の入院が増加し，ケアを担っている精神科病院スタッフについては，イメージや理解度などを明らかにした報告はなかった．
本研究の目的は，精神科病院スタッフが認知症の人に対してどのようなイメージを抱いているのか明らかにする．また，各職種によってどのようなイメージの相違が認められるか明らかにする．さらに，各職種のイメージの相違が認められた場合，各質問項目を職種間で比較することで，イメージの相違と同様に職種の相違が認められるのかを明らかにする．doctoral thesi
Significance of saving photos in the Western Japan Heavy Rain Disaster. -Aiming at document preservation through citizen participation -
Full text linkThe heavy rain that hit western Japan in July 2018 caused a great loss of victims
and property. Museums and cultural properties have also been severely damaged, and
relief and preservation activities are being conducted for the damaged materials.
Under these circumstances, the activities for saving and preserving photographs
are often closely related to the owners themselves, and some activities are carried out
by organizations or individuals not based on local governments or universities. Here,
rather than highly specialized preservation and restoration technology, a method of
preservation possible with familiar materials is required. In this paper, we summarize
the measures taken for personal photographs of the victims of the western Japan

自閉スペクトラム症幼児を対象としたムーブメント教育・療法の活用 ―幼稚園におけるインクルーシブ教育の一つの方法として―
Full text link九州保健福祉大学博士（社会福祉学）2020幼稚園など就学前教育において文部科学省は,障害のある幼い子どもを含めて,早期からの教育相談・支援体制を構築する事業を推進しており,就学前の段階からインクルーシブ教育の取り組みが求められる時代となっている.しかし,条件整備については,文部科学省の予算措置を伴う施策により一定の進展が見られるが,カリキュラム（プログラム）開発や指導法,実際に担う教員の養成と研修については,まだほとんど何も具体的な施策がなされていないのが現状である.本研究では自閉スペクトラム症幼児を対象とし,ムーブメント教育・療法を基にした社会的相互作用促進プログラムを提案し,自閉スペクトラム症幼児の「社会性」分野の発達変化から,幼稚園におけるインクルーシブ教育推進の一つの方法としてムーブメント教育・療法が活用できるのか検討することを目的とした.
その結果,以下のような知見（主なもの）が得られた.
①園長や主任の意識が現場の保育者に与える影響は大きく,園内研修によって園全体の意識の在り方を話し合い,共通理解を持つことが障害のあるなしにとらわれない子どもとのかかわりに影響する.
②ムーブメント教育・療法の保育への導入は,子ども集団における子どもたちの社会的相互作用を促進させ,インクルーシブ教育を実践する上で有効な方法の一つであることが示唆された.
③社会的相互作用を促進する保育プログラムの導入は,子どもたち同士の変化のみならず,保育者の意識にも変化が見られ,自閉スペクトラム症児と健常児がともに育つ保育のきっかけになると示唆された.
本研究において,ムーブメント教育・療法によって社会的相互作用の促進が見られたことから,自閉スペクトラム症幼児にとってムーブメント教育・療法の活用は有効であることが示唆され,幼稚園におけるインクルーシブ教育推進の一つの方法としてムーブメント教育・療法の活用が期待できる.doctoral thesi
Response to museum materials damaged by the water loss in Ozu City in 2018 due to Western Japan Torrential Rain.
Full text linkIn early July 2018, heavy rain in July 2018 caused severe damage in various
parts of Ehime Prefecture. Among the damaged works were many photographs full
of various memories and old records telling the history. As the rescue of cultural
properties continued in various places, The Ozu City Museum, with the cooperation of
many people, worked on the rescue of the damaged materials in the city.
The reason why the system for the rescue of the material was assembled to some
extent quickly in the event of an unexpected situation was that there was a practical
training that I received a few months ago. Along with an outline of the case of the Ozu
City Museum, we introduce "a certain word" which reminded us of the difficulty of
