Pengaruh Kompetensi Guru terhadap Tingkat Pencapaian Pertumbuhan Perkembangan Anak PAUD di Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau
The early childhood education teacher competence at Bengkalis Recency and STPPA never has result data accurate and valid at Bengkalis, so the researcher interested in the STTPA PAUD and investigating is their influence between the teacher competence toward the student early child standard level of development at Bengkalis Regency. The population in the research by using a random sampling technique 10 % from the total data 50 teachers dan 50 students. And collecting data, the researcher using questioner by google form and calculate by computing statistic inferential. The result of the research is the STTPA for early childhood students in Bengalis is rate standard (medium) and there isn't a significant correlation between the teacher's competence toward the child level development standard at Bengkalis Regency

This research aims to determine the improvement of speaking skill among students of Arabic Language Education at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Bengkalis through direct strategies by Rebecca L. Oxford. This is a descriptive qualitative research where the observation and documentation are applied to collect the data from 16 respondents. These respondents are selected through the total sampling technique from the students of Arabic Language Education at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Bengkalis for 2019/2020 academic year. The result of this research shows the improvement of speaking skill among students of Arabic Language Education at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Bengkalis is very significant. In addition, direct strategies by Rebecca L. Oxford are effective in improving students speaking skill

Aktifitas Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Bantan dalam Meningkatkan Speaking Performance Santri
This study is aimed to investigate the English learning activities at Nurul Hidayah boarding school in developing students’ speaking performance with their strengths and weaknesses. This research is descriptive qualitative research with triangulation analysis. Methods for obtaining data were carried out through interviews and documentation. English learning activities at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School are divided into two; activities in the classroom and outside of the classroom. The classroom activities refer to KMI Gontor. The activities outside of the classroom are Daily Conversations, English Video Screenings, English Speech Exercises, and English Contest and Games. The advantages of the activities are that the boarding school already has a good and effective English learning system and method in training the students' English language skills. The student's awareness and interest in speaking English have grown. The language environment has developed. Meanwhile, its weaknesses are that the number of personnel of the language driving organization is still inadequate compared to the total number of whole students. Most of the teachers do not consistent in using English. Outside of classroom activities programs are so limited. Most of the students are tend to use Arabic than English. Most of the students are still facing some difficulties in memorizing vocabulary and in pronouncing English words. The correction systems toward the language mistakes are still low
Metode Pembelajaran Gramatika Bahasa Arab (Telaah Buku Al-Lubab Quantum Reading Book Karya Ahmad Fakhruddin)
Arabic Grammar is often considered a scourge by the majority of students. This condition has finally received serious attention from various Arabic language activists by presenting a lot of solutions so that students are easy and happy to learn Arabic. This article aims to evaluate the book Al-Lubab Quantum Reading Book by KH. Ahmad Fakhruddin using Mackey's theory. The results of this study are expected to be a recommendation to the author of the book and other authors in compiling a textbook. All data were collected through the documentation method for further analysis and presented through a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on data analysis, it is known that Al-Lubab's book has fulfilled the selection and presentation elements but is still very weak in the aspects of gradation and repetition. Thus, it is recommended that textbook writers should pay attention to all aspects so the material can be studied and understood easily by students

Human resources have a close relationship with growth. The economy will improve when it has quality resources. Given the close relationship, the need for human resources must be adjusted to economic demands. The existence of the demands implies a workforce that is relevant to the world of work and meets the standards that have been set. This article aims to describe the concept of the need for human resources and economic doctrine from the point of view of the concept of HR, identification of the value of human resources, supply and demand for labor and labor characteristics, HR development efforts. The method used is qualitative with the type of library research. The conclusion of this article shows that in order for quality human resources, there must be developed according to the times, especially now that we are entering a new era known as the industrial revolution 4.0 where technology begins to dominate. The process of developing human resources can be done through education. Therefore, so that educational products can answer the challenges of changes that occur, it is necessary to redesign the educational system
Designing Online Module-Based English Learning Materials for STAIN Bengkalis's First-Year Students
The goals of this study were to create appropriate online module-based English learning materials for STAIN Bengkalis's First-Year Students in order to provide them with diverse English knowledge and to learn about the First-Year Students' reactions to the module design. This research was research and development (R&D). The module's participants were STAIN Bengkalis first-year students from three different majors (N=50), with the sample drawn using a random sampling technique. In this study, questionnaires and observation sheets were used as instruments. The needs analysis questionnaire was used to gather information about the students' needs, and the try-out questionnaire was used to gather information about the students' agreement with the module. The collected data were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively. This research has resulted in a set of applicable online module-based English materials for First-Year Students. The product came with eight menus. They are the Exercises, Grammar Focus, and Useful Information menus, as well as the Useful Vocabulary, Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking menus. All of the activities or tasks were created with the students' needs and preferences in mind. With the indication of students' try-out questionnaire means ranging from 3.2 to 3.55 (4 points Likert Scale) in terms of content, module component, and design, the product was deemed applicable and appropriate. This result demonstrates that students respond positively to the designed online module-based English materials

This study aims to determine the urgency of socialization of the contract of the Syariah Bank Mandiri Branch Office to The Community in Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to provide a detailed and in-depth description of the object under study. Data collection techniques from documentation, observation and interviews with the leaders and financing analysts of KCP BSM Bengkalis. From the presentation of the data, it can be concluded that there has been socialization carried out by BSM to provide literacy of the public regarding the presence of sharia banking and contract products applied by BSM to customers through brochures provided by BSM to mosque administrators and educational institutions around Bengalis district
Pengaruh Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Team’s Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap Hasil Belajar Fiqih Siswa Kelas VII MTS Masmur Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine whether or not there is a significant effect of Student Team's Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning on students' fiqh learning outcomes. The form of this research is Quasi Experiment with a Posttest-only Design with a Nonequivalent Group. The subjects studied were 75 students of class VII MTs Masmur Pekanbaru, while the object of the study was the result of learning fiqh. Data retrieval using documentation techniques, tests, and observations is carried out every meeting. The action was carried out six times, namely four meetings using the Student Team's Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Type, one post-test meeting, and one practical exam meeting. Research data were analyzed using the t-test formula. The results showed that the Student Team's Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning had a significant effect on fiqh learning outcomes
Dampak Gadget terhadap Perkembangan Remaja Awal Studi Kasus Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Bengkalis
This study aims to determine the function of the gadget, the direction of the use of the gadget, the factors of gadget use, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results 1. Gadget function is that most of the gadgets for communication are around 93.33%, while the remaining 6.67% are very varied, such as to add insight, entertainment, lifestyle, business places and some who use gadgets for things. which is a threat to him. 2. Factors that influence the development of early adolescents are internal factors (creativity, ability, intelligence, talents and interests), external factors (parenting style, school environment, peers, society, geography). 3. Efforts to direct the positive functions of gadgets, namely a. not allowed to use gadgets at school, b. Can bring gadgets or laptops during IT learning, c. There is supervision and control from parents in using gadgets. 4. The effect of the use of gadgets is that there is no significant effect on the development of adolescents, especially students of grade 1 SMPN 2 Bengkalis with a correlation value of 0.46%, which means that there is no effect of gadgets on the development of adolescents, especially in terms of religious, secondary school, behavior and attitudes. However, gadgets still affect early adolescents, gadgets are used to communicate. while the development of adolescents, especially the development of religious, secondary sec, behavior and attitudes are influenced by parents, school and friends
