Manajemen Sebagai Sains, Seni dan Profesi serta Implementasinya di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madinatun Najah Rengat
Management is a systematic and structured effort to make adjustments between planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, and evaluating so that their main goals are achieved. This research was conducted in Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Yayasan Pendidikan Agama Islam Rengat (YPAIR) which was established and inaugurated by the Japanese government in April 1945. This article aims to describe the implementation of management in the Madrasah. The method used is qualitative research with an analytical descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this article shows some facts that the leadership of the head of Madrasah from the beginning until now, tends to apply the concept of management as an art. Because, it was not found from several changes to the head of the madrasa, as a professional or having taken management-related education. The change in the leadership of the head of the Madrasah was chosen on the basis of kinship, which then affects the quality of Madrasah management and the achievement of goals
Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Sejarah untuk Meningkatkan Nasionalisme Siswa Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Bengkalis
Kabupaten Bengkalis sebagai wilayah yang berbatasan dengan negara-negara tetangga menjadi rawan terhadap hilangnya rasa nasionalisme di kalangan siswa SMA. Asumsi awal menyebutkan hilangnya rasa nasionalisme di kalangan siswa disebabkan pembelajaran sejarah tidak diterima dengan baik dan kurang menarik. Kajian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif naturalistik dengan mengkombinasikan studi pustaka dan lapangan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelusuran, observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik analisis data induktif. Temuan kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa nasionalisme di kalangan siswa SMA di Kabupaten Bengkalis masih sangat rendah karena pembelajaran sejarah belum mengakomodir potensi geografis dan historis yang ada. Implementasi pembelajaran sejarah hanya melalui pendidikan wawasan kebangsaan, sehingga upaya imlementasi pembelajaran belum efektif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi metode pembelajaran sejarah diantaranya adalah relevansi model, relevansi metode, problematika dan stagnansi metode pembelajaran Sejarah. Pembelajaran sejarah harus dibuat menarik dan menyenangkan. Selain metode-metode yang ada, metode study wisata atau study tour yang dikolaborasi dengan metode diskusi aktif merupakan metode yang ideal untuk pembelajaran sejarah dengan mengintegrasikan kebesaran dan kekuasaan Allah swt di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Bengkalis
A Study on Students’ Ability in Understanding Gender of Noun at The Tenth Grade SMAS Kurnia Jaya Rupat
Many students cannot differentiate nouns in gender. The purpose of the research is to find out students’ ability in understanding the gender of nouns. The research has been conducted from May up to July 2019. This research was Tenth Grade SMAS Kurnia Jaya Rupat and the object was the students’ ability to understand the gender of the noun. The number of students was 68 students, 34 students as a sample that using purposive sampling. The researcher used the descriptive quantitative method. It can be concluded that the percentage of the students’ ability to understand the gender of nouns at Tenth Grade of SMAS Kurnia Jaya Rupat was “fair”. Where the mean score of students’ ability in understanding masculine gender was “fair”, the mean score of students’ ability in understanding feminine gender was “fairly good”, the mean score of students’ ability in understanding common gender was “fair” and the mean score of students’ ability in understanding neuter gender was “fairly good”. Based on the mean score for each part, it can be seen that the part gender of the noun was difficult in common gender with the mean score “fair” and the part gender of the noun was the easiest in neuter gender was “fairly good”
Does Peer Teaching Help Students in Mastering the Present Perfect Tenses?
This study focused on the use of peer teaching technique to improve students’ mastery on present perfect tense. The research method used was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research data included the results of the pre-test and post-test regarding the present perfect tense. The data collection techniques used were classroom observation, interviews, pre-test, and post-test. The results of this study showed that the average score of students was 31.2 in pretest, increased from 60.7 in Cycle I to 88.3 in Cycle II. It indicated that the use of peer teaching technique could improve students' understanding in mastering the present perfect tense. This technique can be one of the effective ways for lecturers in teaching tenses especially present perfect tense
PENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA STIK ANGKA PADA ANAK USIA 5 TAHUN DI RA IBNU KHALDUN BENGKALIS
This study aims to determine the increase in the numeracy skills of children aged 5 years using a number stick media. The method used is Classroom Action Research with three meetings in two cycles. The stages in each cycle consist of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Qualitative data is described in the form of sentences based on categories and quantitative data is analyzed using the percentage formula. Through this study, it was concluded that the number stick media could optimally contribute and innovate in stimulating children's numeracy skills. Children are able to develop the ability to recognize number symbols, call numbers and count number symbols. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that the gross motor skills of children at RA Ibn Khaldun Bengkalis increased and were directed according to their age development.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berhitung anak usia 5 tahun menggunakan media stik angka. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tiga pertemuan dalam dua siklus. Tahapan dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari erencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data kualitatif dideskripsikan dalam bentuk kalimat berdasarkan kategori dan data kuantitatif dianalisa dengan rumus persentase. Melalui penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa media stik angka secara optimal dapat memberikan kontribusi dan inovasi dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berhitung anak. Anak mampu mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan, menyebut bilangan dan menghitung lambang bilangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik kasar anak di RA Ibnu Khaldun Bengkalis meningkat dan terarah sesuai perkembangan usianya

Menelaah Kembali Hadis-Hadis dalam Kitab Nasaih al-‘Ibad dan Sullam al-Munajah Karya Imam Nawawi Al-Bantani
Today, many hadiths with a weak status (ḍa`īf) or even false (mauḍū`) become the basis of worship. In addition, these two types of weak hadith are also still widely spread in some turats (yellow) books that are often studied in some pesantren. On this basis, the researcher is interested in studying the hadiths quoted by one of the eminent scholars of the archipelago, Sheikh Imam Nawāwī al-Bantanī, through some of his works, among them are the book Naṣā’iḥul `Ibād and Sullam al-Munājah. In connection with this, the researcher found that there are some hadiths with weak status, even isra`iliyat found in the book Naṣā’iḥul `Ibād. However, it has been known that this book is a genre of Sufism, most of its content leads to the study of morality and motivates pious deeds (fadha`ilul a’mal). So according to some scholars, a weak hadith that contains about fadha`ilul ‘amal can be practiced as long as it aims to motivate goodness and not in the realm of law, worship, and monotheism. In contrast to the other book, Sullam al-Munājah, whose content is more on jurisprudence, in this case, Imam Nawawi only quoted some of his authentic hadith. However, it would be good for a dai or khatib and also some pesantren to review the hadis that will be delivered, because the hadith are words and actions that are based on the noble figure of the Prophet Muhammad and become the second main source of Islamic law after the al-Qur’ān al-Karīm
The Teachers' Creativity in Implementing of 2013 Curriculum through Discovery Learning Model in English Subject at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan
The background of this research is that the teacher as a professional educator is not enough to only master the knowledge that supports it, it is also agreed to be demanded to understand the students. Because teachers are needed who are inspiring, creative, able to educate, provide a good attitude, and understand students' mentality. The problems with this research are teachers’ creativity through the discovery learning model and implementation of the 2013 curriculum in SMP Negeri 3 Bantan. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative data were obtained at 72,59%. This value is qualitatively based on the creativity of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum through the learning model of discovery in English subjects in SMP Negeri 3 Bantan which is categorized as sufficient, this is related to that number in the range of grades of 56% - 75% according to the standards used in this study. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMP Negeri 3 Bantan has begun from the 2016/2017 school year. Implementation of the 2013 curriculum is also supported by several factors, namely teacher readiness, facilities and infrastructure, and input from students. The school also provides standards for teachers to implement 5M in every teaching and learning process. The 5M (mendukung, menanya, menganalisis, mencoba, and mengkomunikasikan) is supporting, asking, analyzing, trying, and communicating
Pembagian Warisan pada Masyarakat Adat Melayu Bunut dan Kedudukannya dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam
The law of inheritance is very closely related to the scope of human life because every human being has two conditions that are life and death. Most of the existing laws in the science of inheritance or Faraidh are related to death, so Faraidh can be said to be half of the existing knowledge, all people would need it, including the indigenous people of Malay Bunut. The tradition in the Malay Bunut community is a combination of the matrilineal Minangkabau system and the patriarchal Malay system. The majority of Bunut people claim to be from the Malay Peninsula, while some of them claim to be from Minangkabau. But in the kinship system, the Malay traditional community of Bunut is more inclined towards the matrilineal system and divided into several tribes. In the inheritance system, the daughter tends to get more from their parents. Nevertheless, boys control traditional practice. There are even cases of inheritance, where boys take all the inheritance from their parents without sharing it with their sisters. The article is intended to find out how the actual distribution of inheritance according to the Malay Bunut tradition is and the extent of the role of traditional leaders in the distribution of inheritance, as well as their position in the Compilation of Islamic Law
Fa’aliyat Istikhdam al-Kitab al-Asasiy (Dirasah Taqwimiyyah fi Jami’ah Imam Bonjol al-Islamiyah al-Hukumiyyah Padang)
Arabic language teachers and educational material compilers put all their skills and energy into enabling learners to master three competencies: linguistic, communicative and cultural. Text books, among other types of books, have a special place in the cultural development of this society. It is a repository of knowledge, a transmitter of culture, a center for the educational process, a means of communication between generations, and the main source of information for many teachers. The books used at the Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang are basic books for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers at Umm Al-Qura University, while the background of the students in this private university is diverse, some of them graduated from Islamic high school and some of them graduated from public high school. This study uses a mixed method, which combines a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach because it will present and analyze the effectiveness of the use of the book Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers at the Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang. Based on the exposure and analysis of previous data regarding the effectiveness of the use of basic books (evaluation studies at the Islamic University of Imam Bonjol Padang), the results of the research are presented as follows: First: With regard to the contents of the basic book in terms of linguistic elements, language skills and culture. In terms of integration, this book takes into account the various language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing. In terms of integration, this book also discusses all linguistic elements, namely sound, vocabulary, and structure. And in terms of grammar, there are structures that are presented based on the principle of similarity and the number of new structures in one lesson is appropriate, and training on structures is appropriate
