    PERAN DHARMADUTA DAN METODE PEMBABARAN DHARMA

    Every religion needs students who are loyal, caring, and have a soul to spread the teachings of their religion, and have good competence to carry out their duties. Efforts to spread religion are known as da'wah. Each religion has its own understanding of dharmaduta. In Buddhism, the propagator of the religion is called Dharmaduta. Compared to other followers of religion, Buddhists are known to be less aggressive in spreading their religious teachings. The method used by the authors in this research is the literature review research method, which means the researcher examines from various books as a research source. The method used is the interpretation of texts in the Tripitaka holy book and various studies. To carry out the duties of Dharmaduta, appropriate competencies are needed so that the teachings can be conveyed properly and can be well understood by the recipients of the teachings. The efforts of the Buddhist dharmaduta will benefit both the teacher and the recipient of the teachings. Dharmaduta is obliged to change the new paradigm in the spread of Buddhism, which was originally oriented towards suffering to become an approach to happiness.     Education is considered the most influential effort in changing individual and societal behavior. Education is considered an effective social tool in shaping society in the future. Research reveals the Family Education Model in the Al-Quran, Study of Surah Al-Isra' (A Study in the Contemporary Era). For this reason, the main data that will be searched for are verses from the Al-Quran, especially in Surah Isra' which are relevant to the concept of family education. The primary data in this research is the Al-Qur'an. Primary data was obtained from verses from the Koran with the help of the books: Al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras li al-Faz al-Qur'an al-Karim, by Muhammad Fu'ad 'Abd al-Baqi. Based on the data analysis above, family education in the Al-Qur'an is to implement Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. The family education model in Surah Al-Isra' in the Contemporary Era, namely the family education model has a general objective, namely a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that children actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence , noble morals, and skills needed by himself, society, nation and state. Meanwhile, the specific aim is that the family education model in the Al-Qur'an forms and builds perfect human beings physically and mentally, which is called al-insân al-kâmil which is based on the Al-Qur'an and hadith.Pendidikan dianggap sebagai upaya yang paling berpengaruh dalam mengubah perilaku individu dan masyarakat. Pendidikan dianggap sebagai alat sosial yang efektif dalam membentuk masyarakat di masa depan. Penelitian mengungkap Model Pendidikan Keluarga Dalam Al-Quran Studi Surat Al-Isra’ (Sebuah Kajian Di Era Kontemporer). Untuk itu, maka data pokok yang akan dicari adalah ayat-ayat Al-Quran khususnya dalam surat Isra’ yang relevan dengan konsep pendidikan keluarga. Data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Al- Qur’an. Penggalian data primer diperoleh dari ayat-ayat Alquran dengan bantuan kitab-kitab: Al-Mu’jam al-Mufahras li al-Faz al-Qur’an al-Karim, karya Muhammad Fu’ad ‘Abd al-Baqi. Berdasarkan analisis data di atas bahwa Pendidikan keluarga dalam Al-Qur’an adalah untuk melaksanakan Amar ma’ruf nahi munkar. Model pendidikan keluarga dalam surat Al-Isra’ di Era Kontemporer yaitu model pendidikan keluarga mempunyai tujuan umum yaitu usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar anak secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Sedangkan tujuan khusus yaitu Model Pendidikan keluarga dalam Al-Qur’an membentuk dan membangun manusia yang sempurna lahir dan batin yang disebut dengan al-insân al-kâmil yang bersumber kepada Al-Qur’an dan hadist

    The integration of Islamic religious education with science is an important topic in the current Islamic education system. The main focus of writing this article is about the obstacles and problems faced in implementing the integration of Islamic Religious Education with science in madrasas and the offer of integration solutions in these institutions. This article uses a type of library research. Literature review is a study of reading material that is specifically related to the object being discussed. This writing uses the literature review method. The existing literature will then be sorted and analyzed in depth and measurably. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses content analysis. This paper finds that the obstacles to implementing the integration of Islamic Religious Education with science in madrasas include: First, learning science and modern science is focused on the transformation of knowledge alone, Second, the teacher's educational background, Third, the curriculum is not yet integrated, Fourth, the lack of facilities and infrastructure and reading sources for religious material, especially those related to science. Fifth, the systems, approaches, strategies and methods applied in the Islamic religious education and learning process still do not fully integrate science and technology. The formulation offer for the integration of Islamic Religious Education is going well in madrasas, namely by reconstructing the curriculum, developing the creative potential of students' imagination and building a holistic and not partial conception of students' thinking.The integration of Islamic religious education with science is an important topic in the current Islamic education system.     Religious activities during the Covid-19 pandemic seem to have to come to terms with the current situation where religious messages are conveyed very quickly and easily, so that anyone who wants to find out religious propositions will not find it difficult to find them because everything is instantaneous. The research method used in this study used a library research method with a qualitative approach to obtain descriptive data. The collection of data taken in this study by conducting library research, the source of research data comes from sources that have been collected from the library. Research results During the Covid-19 pandemic, religious activities such as religious learning, religious practices were applied through platforms such as zoom applications, google meet, which usually face-to-face but do not reduce the interest of the public or educated people to participate in religious activities, religious learning is instantaneous by society and scholars today. Religion has responded to the covid-19 pandemic as a form. The MUI fatwa has issued a fatwa on religious guidelines on worship and others vertically as a guide for the Muslim community.

Shows the ability level of the respondent in telling the truth 80.2. A positive reaction to the way they behave honestly is important for disciplining students in schools, families and the local environment. the respondent's ability to tell the truth is 80.2.     Moral crimes and sexual violence are recognized in the norms of all world religions, so religious values ​​are universal. This must be avoided at the executive level, because the role of community values ​​also greatly influences the police. Legal and non-legal factors must be prioritized in the formulation and implementation of sex offender laws. For example, people's perception that women are a source of sexual harassment, feeling guilty for sexual violence. The question shows that it is very difficult, as well as the formulation of errors that lead to many interpretations. The research used is analytical and descriptive, using normative legal research and using secondary data. Secondary information is obtained through literature research or documentary research. All data and information is then processed through qualitative data analysis. In the next bill, sexual harassment should be ruled as a crime against good morals. Forms of sexual harassment must be determined according to developments in crime in society, but still based on the results of research by qualified legal experts.Kejahatan moral dan kekerasan seksual diakui dalam norma semua agama dunia, sehingga nilai-nilai agama bersifat universal. Hal ini harus dihindari di tingkat eksekutif, karena peran nilai masyarakat juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepolisian. Faktor hukum dan non hukum harus diutamakan dalam perumusan dan pelaksanaan undang-undang pelanggar seks. Misalnya persepsi masyarakat bahwa perempuan adalah sumber pelecehan seksual, merasa bersalah atas kekerasan seksual. Soal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hal tersebut sangat sulit, begitu juga dengan rumusan kesalahan yang menimbulkan banyak penafsiranPenelitian yang digunakan bersifat analitis dan deskriptif, menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Informasi sekunder diperoleh melalui penelitian literatur atau penelitian dokumenter. Seluruh data dan informasi kemudian diolah melalui analisis data kualitatif.     Dalam RUU berikutnya, pelecehan seksual harus diputuskan sebagai kejahatan terhadap moral yang baik. Bentuk-bentuk pelecehan seksual harus ditentukan sesuai dengan perkembangan kejahatan di masyarakat, namun tetap berdasarkan hasil penelitian para ahli hukum yang mumpuni.Kata kunci: Hukum, Pelecehan, Seks, Kejahatan, Pidana

    Manajemen layanan khusus pada suatu sekolah merupakan bagian penting dalam Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) yang efektif dan efisien. Sekolah ialah salah satu wahana yang bisa digunakan untuk menaikkan kualitas dari penduduk bangsa Indonesia. Sekolah tak hanya mempunyai tanggung jawab serta tugas buat mlaksanakan proses pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan ilmu penegetahuan serta teknologi saja, melainkan harus menjaga serta meningkatkan kesehatan baik jasmani maupun rohani siswa. Hal ini sesuai dengan UU No. 19 Tahun 2005 perihal standar Nasional Pendidikan Bab II Pasal 4 yang memuat tentang adanya tujuan pendidikan nasional. untuk memenuhi tugas serta tanggung jawab tersebut maka sekolah memerlukan suatu manajemen layanan khusus yang dapat mengatur segala kebutuhan peserta didiknya sehingga tujuan pendidikan tersebut dapat tercapai. Manajemen layanan khusus di sekolah pada dasarnya ditetapkan serta di organisasikan untuk mempermudah atau memperlancar pembelajaran, dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan khusus siswa di sekolah. Pelayanan khusus diselenggarakan di sekolah dengan maksud untuk memperlancar aplikasi pedagogi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Pendidikan di sekolah diantaranya juga berusaha agar siswa senanatiasa berada dalam keadaan baik.     Increasing Autonomous Learning through Metacognitive Awareness

    Metacognition awareness has contributed significantly to fostering students’ autonomous learning. This article gives information about how metacognition awareness helps students monitor their own learning progress and take control of the learning in order to improve their learning performance. Reviewing research on metacognition awareness has several benefits. First, researchers who are interested in investigating metacognition awareness in language learning gain access to previews research findings which provides insights to conduct future research on metacognition awareness from different perspectives and theories. Secondly, language teachers can gain a clear understanding of metacognition awareness and metacognitive strategies for providing it to their learners alongside the results and conclusions from the previous studies. Finally, it is a ready-made reviews for those who are lack of the available studies on metacognition so that they have access to refer to the previous studies once they conduct further research on metacognition in foreign/second language learning
