Проаналізовано наукові роботи провідних вітчизняних та закордонних сучасних науковців. Висвітлено особливості взаємодії сиблінгів у родині та фактори, які на неї впливають, а саме: різниця у віці, порядок народження, типи дитячих стосунків – конкурeнція, приcтосування, компpоміс, ігнорування, співпрaця. В статье осуществлен обзор изучения состояния проблемы сиблингового взаимодействия в семейной системе. Проанализированы научные работы ведущих отечественных и зарубежных современных ученых. Освещены особенности взаимодействия сиблингов в семье и факторы, которые на них влияют, а именно: разница в возрасте, порядок рождения, типы детских отношений – конкурeнция, приcпособление, компpомис, игнорирование, сотрудничество. The article reviews the state of the problem of sibling interaction in the family system. The scientific works of the leading native and foreign modern researcher are analysed. The features of the interaction of siblings in the family and the factors that affect it, namely: age difference, birth order, types of children's relationships – competition, adaptation, compromise, ignoring, cooperation. In the scientific study, we investigated current research of modern scientists a family perspective by authors such as: O. Almazova, I. Diduk, N. Zyryanova, M. Karpa, O. Kozlova, I. Krupnyk, M. Kuzmina, V. Osiodlo, O. Posvistak, M. Rufo, M. Feinberg, T. Hetherington, T. Yablonska. Famous scientists discuss the optimal age difference between siblings for their most favorable development. For example, M. Kuzmina considers the optimal difference in age of 3-4 years. The child begins to aim new responsibilities and duty in the family. M. Rufo, on the contrary, describes to the optimal difference in age is 6-7 years. The child has already created his own, only his own family memories and received positive emotions from the sole attention of parents. Psychologists have been paying attention to the problems of siblings beginning the XIX century, but there are not find recommendations on how to keep a good relationship between them. So, it is necessary to consider sibling relations in interaction with other family processes, taking into account the individual characteristics of all members of the family system. Prospects for further research are seen in a thorough study of the features of interaction between siblings in order to develop recommendations to parents to maintain favorable relationships between them and to develop on this basis psychological support for adolescents in this category

На основі наукових праць визначено належність такого поняття до криміналістичної техніки. Визначено структуру мовленнєвого портрету особи в криміналістиці та перспективи застосування методу мовленнєвого портрету в кримінальному провадженні. Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу толкования понятия «речевой портрет» в лингвистике, психологии и криминалистике. На основе научных трудов определена принадлежность такого понятия в криминалистической техники. Определена структура речевого портрета лица в криминалистике и перспективы применения метода речевого портрета в уголовном производстве. The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of the interpretation of the concept of "speech portrait" in linguistics, psychology and criminalistics. On the basis of scientific works, the affiliation of such a concept with forensic technology is determined. Next, the author looks at different types of speech portraits: level, communicative, genesis, psychological and fragmentary. The article gives a detailed comparative analysis of the features of speech portraiture in linguistics and psychology, and in the practice of crime investigations, in particular the methodological recommendations of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and the recommendations for conducting forensic examinations. The structure of the speech portrait of a person in criminalistics and the prospects of applying the method of speech portrait in criminal proceedings are determined. The author stresses that today the structure of a speech portrait has not been investigated. The author concludes that in forensic science, based on the typical tasks posed in criminal proceedings, one should pay attention to the study of features of a speech portrait that will help to achieve identification, group or diagnostic goals. Therefore, the speech portrait of a person in forensics has a vertical and horizontal structure. The
vertical structure contains 3 levels: separate, situational and individual. In the horizontal, there are 3 groups of features: oral, written and mixed. Much attention is given to the history of the formation of the criminalistic method of verbal portrait and the possibility of its use in modern conditions. The author comes to the conclusion that the "speech" portrait of a person can be researched and can be the basis for criminalistic identification, grouping and diagnostics, and also applied in operative-search, investigative and expert practice
