Праця в архіві з`явилася у житті науковця випадково, через життєву необхідність, однак визначила у значній мірі його становлення як історика. Цей період життя М. Тищенка став етапом, упродовж якого закріпилися навички роботи з архівними матеріалами і визначилися головні теми історичних студій науковця. Крім того, дослідник брав активну участь у виданні архівних матеріалів та розробці правил їх публікації. Зокрема, М. S. 272 – 286.The current situation of human development is the situation of non-standard, uncertain tasks, a situation where we have to deal with unreliable information, take into account the points of view of real and potential partners. It requires from each individual an exploratory attitude towards the outside world. The principal feature that determines the specifics of cognitive activity of man in modern conditions is that there is a constant need to manage immediately a multitude of new and diverse objects and phenomena associated with each other. Therefore, now we need another system of organization of cognitive activity - qualitatively higher level. A modern child should actively explore the novelty and complexity of a changing world, create, invent new, original strategies of behavior and activities. This active cognitive attitude to reality should be formed from childhood. The authors proposed their way to solving this problem through the organization of search and research activities of preschool children, which is considered as a powerful innovative educational technology - a means of solving educational problems in the modern society, a means for the translation of norms and values of the scientific community into the educational system, the means of replenishment and the development of the intellectual potential of society. The article analyzes contemporary ideas about research training; forms of organization and methods of experimental learning are disclosed; the stage of research search of a child is described; sequence of research with children; the possibilities of organizing experimentation in various kinds of children's activities are considered; algorithm for preparing and conducting an experiment-class;

В статье выявлены истоки словоцентризма как инновационной технологии языкового образования и речевого развития детей старшего дошкольного и младшего школьного возраста в истории зарубежной педагогической мысли с давних цивилизаций и античных времен, Средневековья, эпохи Возрождения, до XIX века. Исследованы персоналии и обоснованы педагогические теории в контексте исследования. The article reveals the origins of wordcentrism as an innovative technology of language education and speech development of senior preschools and primary school age in the history of foreign educational thought from ancient civilizations and ancient times, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, to the XIX century. However, a historical and pedagogical study was not carried out, in which in generalized the experience of use of word-centrism was presented, its genesis was revealed in accordance with the dynamics of the development of preschool and primary education of Ukraine. That is why the appeal to this problem is justified. Of particular importance are the innovative approaches to ensuring continuity between preschool and primary education, which facilitate the intensification of the dialogic interaction of teachers and children, aimed at the comprehensive development of the young person. Personality has been studied and pedagogical theories have been substantiated in the context of the research. The basis for the formation of a word-centric approach to language education and speech development of children of senior preschool and primary school age is defined.
Foreign historical-pedagogical thought (from ancient civilizations and antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance to the XIX century) presents the dynamics of the use of teaching methods in word and by word in contemporary educational practice and pedagogical theory (dialogue, Socratic conversation, dispute, proclamation, retelling texts, work with a book, etc.). The research carried out makes it possible to state the existence of wordcentrism origins originating from ancient civilizations, where such techniques as repeated repetitions, questions and answers to them were widely used through mechanical memorization, learning by heart, clarifying complex words and texts, a combination of the abstract and the concrete, etc

Серія : Економічні науки. – Херсон : ХДУ, 2019. - Вип. 33.– С.117-122.У статті розглянуто соціально-економічний зміст поняття корпоративної культури та передумови її становлення на підприємстві. Визначено, що для ефективного управління корпоративною культурою необхідно мати чітке уявлення про її сутність, структурну побудову та функціональне призначення, принципи формування і використання, покладені на неї завдання. Окреслено основні підходи до виділення напрямів дослідження даного феномену (управлінський, психологічний, ринковий та історико-генетичний). На підставі аналізу теоретичних джерел систематизовано її базові елементи, що містять три основні складники: інтелектуальний, духовний та соціальний. Схарактеризовано зовнішні та внутрішні фактори впливу на корпоративну культуру і запропоновано алгоритм її формування на підприємстві, під впливом зазначених факторів. В статье рассмотрены социально-экономическое содержание понятия корпоративной культуры и предпосылки ее становления на предприятии. Определенно, что для эффективного управления корпоративной культурой необходимо иметь четкое представление о ее сущности, структурном построении и функциональном назначении, принципах формирования и использования, возложены на нее задания. Очерчены основные подходы к выделению направления исследования данного феномена (управленческий, психологический, рыночный и историко-генетический). На основе анализа теоретических источников систематизированы базовые элементы, которые содержат три основные составляющие: духовная, социальная и интеллектуальная. Охарактеризованы внешние и внутренние факторы воздействия на корпоративную культуру и предложен алгоритм её формирования на предприятии, под воздействием отмеченных выше факторов. Theme actuality. In modern conditions of management development an interest in corporate culture grows since it’s a phenomenon that influences successful development of the enterprise activity. Efficiently defined and constructed corporate culture should be considered as a powerful strategic tool that allows the coordination of the work of all structural units and certain staff members to achieve the company's goals. Corporate culture belongs to a class of phenomena that have a multi-dimensional interpretation, different variants of definition that, at first glance, give it a different substantive character. The basis for finding out social and economic content of corporate culture is the study of its essential features, the structural makeup and functional purpose of each element, the principles of formation and use, the tasks assigned to it.
The article outlines the preconditions for the establishment of corporate culture at the enterprise. The basic approaches to the selection of research directions of the given phenomenon (administrative, psychological, market and historical and genetic) have been determined. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical sources, its basic elements, which contain three main components: intellectual, spiritual and social, have been systematized. The external and internal factors have been characterized and the algorithm of corporate culture formation at the enterprise, under the influence of mentioned factors, has been proposed. The classification of corporate culture types has been given, tasks and its main functions have been defined. The existence of various approaches to creating models of corporate culture structure of the enterprise has been noted. It has been emphasized that management of the process of corporate culture formation and development is impossible without the general principles of its functioning. If the management wants a corporate culture to be positive, work in order to create a competitive image of the enterprise, attract potential clients and highly qualified specialists, and serve as a mechanism for motivating all employees, it is worth focusing on its creation, development and comprehensive support. Corporate culture is an important factor in the renewal of the enterprise's economy, therefore, it is necessary to use it as a management tool, which will form in the minds of people the desire to work for a single purpose, use their knowledge and experience to succeed in the company
