A study on the dyeing method of silk fabrics using dragonfruit pericarp: Temperature effects and temporal variations
No full textドラゴンフルーツのなかで鮮やかな赤色を示すレッドピタヤの果実は様々な食品の着色に用いられている。一方，レッドピタヤの果皮部分も鮮やかな赤色をしているが，あまり利用されることなく，ほとんどが廃棄されている状況である。我々は，その果皮を繊維類の染色に用いることができないか検討を行っており，羊毛布と絹布の染色をある程度行うことができることを明らかにした。しかしながら，ドラゴンフルーツに含まれる天然色素（ベタレイン類）の特性から課題も残されており，より有用な染色方法の開発が望まれていた。本研究では，実用性の高い絹布の染色において，染色時の温度効果と染色時間を検討することにより，羊毛布のみでなく絹布も桃色に染色することができた。また，これまで染色布の退色や色合いの変化は天然色素の分解によるものと考えていたが，二種類存在するベタレイン類色素の性質による染着速度の差が影響していることが明らかになった
Design of RLS Wiener Fixed-Lag Smoother in Linear Discrete-Time Stochastic Systems
No full textThis paper newly presents the recursive least-squares (RLS) fixed-lag smoother using the covariance information and then the RLS Wiener fixed-lag smoother in linear discrete-time wide-sense stationary stochastic systems. Here, the additional disturbance in the measurement of the signal is white noise. The signal is uncorrelated with observed noise. It is assumed that the signal process is fitted to the autoregressive (AR) model of order NN. For this AR model of order NN, in the proposed fixed-lag smoother, the fixed-lag smoothing estimate for the fixed lag LL, 1≦LL≦NN−1, can be calculated. The RLS Wiener fixed-lag smoother requires information of the system matrix, the autovariance function of the state vector, the observation vector, the variance of the observation noise and the coefficients for KK(kk−LL, ss) in (19). It is advantageous that the proposed RLS Wiener fixed-lag smoother shows stable and feasible estimation characteristics in comparison with the RLS Wiener fixed-lag smoother [9]

No full text科学的手法を用いた絵巻における画像のパターン分析は、一部の研究を除き、従来ほとんど着手されてこなかった。本研究は、ハフ変換を用いることで、絵巻に描かれた建築物の斜角を検出し、その傾向をパターン分析したものである。対象とした作品は、制作年代が巻によって異なる「石山寺縁起絵巻」、鎌倉時代に同一工房で制作された「春日権現験記絵巻」、江戸時代初期に制作された「元三大師縁起絵巻」等である。「石山寺縁起絵巻」では、時代の違いと建築物における斜角の傾向がほぼ一致していること、「春日権現験記絵巻」では、前半の斜角はほぼ同じであるが、後半は差異が見られること、「元三大師縁起絵巻」では全巻を通して斜角にばらつきが見られることを指摘した。これらは時代や工房の違い、分業の在り方、絵巻における古典編集を反映していると推測される。今後は、従来の文献や様式研究等と照合することで、その有用性を検証していきたい

The influence that basic nursing education on radiation has on nursing care
No full text放射線診療の普及に伴い、看護師がそれらに携わる機会は多い。しかし、看護基礎教育のカリキュラムは各教育機関の判断に任されている。また、卒業後の看護師に対する系統的な教育が行われていない現状がある。本研究は、看護基礎教育における放射線教育の有無が看護業務に及ぼす影響について明らかにすることを目的に調査を行った。対象者は病院へ就職した1～3年目の看護師とし、学部教育における放射線に関する内容に特化した科目の履修の有無で区別し、放射線に対する知識や看護業務への影響を比較した。看護基礎教育における放射線に関する内容に特化した科目の履修の有無による知識得点には統計的に有意な差は見られなかった。しかしながら、その得点は、放射線診療関連業務の経験のうち、高度な経験との関連性が示された。また、大学教育の有無によって、放射線の講義や研修への参加希望との関連性がみられた。

The curriculum of basic nursing education is left to the discretion of each educational institution. In addition there is a current situation that systematic education for nursing after graduation is not performed. The purpose of this study is to clarify the problems of basic nursing education and continuous education concerning radiation. A comparison of th enurses' ㎞owledge of radiation and radiation medical treatment-related duties was made by examining two groups of nurses: those who took courses specializing in radiation and those who did not take courses specializing in radiation. The subjects in this study were university graduates who had been working at hospitals from 1 to 3 years. We compared the influence of the nurses' knowledge of radiation and nursing duties related to radiation. Also, No statistically meaningful diffbrence was seen between the knowledge scores of both groups. However, an association with a high degree of experience was shown within the experience of radiation medical treatment-related duties for the knowledge scores. In addition, anassociation between taking courses specializing in radiation and the desire to participate in training was shown according to whether or not the nurses had received a university education
Experinence-Based Learning that Facilitates Reflection in Students
No full text看護基礎教育における臨地実習は, 1人の患者を受持って, 看護計画を立案, 実施する方法が一般的である｡ しかし, 看護展開の思考プロセスに重きをおかれることが多く, 看護技術を修得する機会が減少している｡ また, 看護師という職業の専門性や医療チームとしての認識などについて, 実習中に体験していてもそれを学びとして認識する機会が少ないなどの課題が明らかになっている｡ このような背景からA看護学校では, 経験型実習をベースとし, 1人の患者を受け持つのではなく, 複数の受持ち患者を看護師と共に看る実習方法を試行導入した｡ その結果, 主体的に学ぶ力が伸びて, 基礎看護技術の修得状況が改善し, リフレクションシートとビジョンゴールシートを併用することで, 看護過程の理解が深まった｡ また, 経験型実習における今後の課題として, 学生のリフレクションを促す教員の指導スキルや学習プロセスの評価方法等が見えてきた｡In clinical arainig during basic nursing education, each student is generally in charge of one patient and is expected to develop and implemant a nursing plan. However, because the focus of training is often directed at simply the thinking processes in nursing practice, occasions to learn practical nursing skills have been declining. It has also been revealed that nursing students are provided with fewer opportunities to turn their experiences as experts and as a part of a medical team into actual recognition and learning. Against this background, nursing school A incorporated a trial training program rooted i experience-based learning, ini which each nursing student cares for multiple patients together with nurses. This trial program enhanced self-directed learning skills and basic nursing skills among nursing students, and students' understanding of the nursing process was deepened by the combined use of reflection sheets and vision goal sheets. The findings of this study revealed future challenges in experience-based learning, such as improving teachers' skills for facilitating reflection in students and reviewing the evaluation method of leaning processes
