DOS SIGLOS DE LA CIUDAD DE CABUDARE: DE PARROQUIA ECLESIASTICA A METROPOLI 1818 - 2018
Full text linkLa presente investigaci\uf3n es un aporte de la Oficina de la Cronista Oficial del Municipio Palavecino del estado Lara a la comprensi\uf3n del proceso hist\uf3rico de consolidaci\uf3n de esta localidad, desde su conformaci\uf3n original de \u93sitio\u94 colonial hasta la actual ciudad de Cabudare, capital del municipio Palavecino. Se abordan sus cambios pol\uedticos, territoriales y administrativos, desde que se inicio como \u93sitio\u94, y su proceso de transformaci\uf3n a parroquia eclesi\ue1stica, parroquia civil, cant\uf3n, departamento, distrito, municipio, e incluso, en determinados momentos, capital del estado Lara, Venezuela. Igualmente, se revisa la creaci\uf3n de las parroquias que actualmente conforman el municipio y su desmembraci\uf3n para la creaci\uf3n del municipio Sim\uf3n Planas. Se reconstruye esta historia, tomando en cuenta aspectos geogr\ue1ficos, econ\uf3micos, sociales, pol\uedticos y demogr\ue1ficos, para una comprensi\uf3n integral, a modo de historia s\uedntesis. Se llevo a cabo una hermen\ue9utica de las fuentes bibliogr\ue1ficas, hemerogr\ue1ficas y documentales.

ABSTRACT
The present investigation is a contribution of the Oficina de la Cronista Oficial del Municipio Palavecino, Lara state, to the understanding of the historical process of consolidation of this locality since its original conformation of colonial "sitio" to the current city of Cabudare, capital of the municipality. It addresses its political, territorial and administrative changes, since it began as a "sitio", and its transformation process into an ecclesiastical parish, civil parish, \u93canton\u94, department, district, municipality, and even, at certain times, capital of estado Lara, Venezuela. It also reviews the creation of the parishes that currently make up the municipio Palavecino, and its dismemberment for the creation of the municipio Simon Planas. This history is reconstructed, taking into account geographical, economic, social, political and demographic aspects, for an integral understanding, as a synthesis history. A hermeneutics of bibliographic, hemerography and documentary sources was carried out.

EL DESARROLLO EN LA UNIVERSIDAD VENEZOLANA: ANTECEDENTES Y PERSPECTIVAS PARA UNA EDUCACI 3N UNIVERSITARIA CON ENFOQUE DE DESARROLLO HUMANO
Full text linkLa idea de cambio dentro de la universidad latinoamericana tomo forma de desarrollo luego de la segunda postguerra. Antes de ello, la universidad colonial, la universidad republicana y los cambios generados despu\ue9s de los sucesos de Cordoba, hab\uedan definido las caracter\uedsticas de la naturaleza acad\ue9mica de lo que en general podemos considerar la universidad de Am\ue9rica Latina. Pero, comenzado los procesos de modernizaci\uf3n en el continente, el prop\uf3sito central de la instituci\uf3n superior cambio, desde ese momento fue construir, con base en la ciencia, el desarrollo. Aciertos, pero m\ue1s desaciertos, han definido a la educaci\uf3n universitaria venezolana, hasta el punto de que para el siglo XXI nos encontramos fuera de los c\ue1nones de la competencia regional. Sin embargo, las potencialidades todav\ueda permiten visualizar cambios posibles. El mundo discute sobre el desarrollo humano como enfoque para construir procesos conducentes a la justicia. Esos planteamientos, hoy nos brindan herramientas \ue9ticas para repensar la universidad. Este ensayo se orienta en esa v\ueda. Se plantea como prop\uf3sito revisar los antecedentes que perfilaron la orientaci\uf3n universitaria del pa\ueds desde la colonia, hasta el siglo XXI para luego, dejado una descripci\uf3n del panorama universitario venezolano, se definen dimensiones que reformulan un concepto de calidad acad\ue9mica visto desde el enfoque de Desarrollo Humano.

ABSTRACT
The idea of change within the Latin American university took the form of development after the second postwar period. Before that, the colonial university, the republican university and the changes generated after the events of Cordoba, had defined the characteristics of the academic nature of what in general we can consider the university of Latin America. But, having begun the modernization processes in the continent, the central purpose of the higher institution changed, from that moment was to build, based on science, development. Accurate, but more inaccurate, have defined Venezuelan university education, to the point that for the 21st century we find ourselves outside the canons of regional competition. However, the potentialities still make it possible to visualize possible changes. The world discusses human development as an approach to building processes conducive to justice. Today, these ideas provide us with ethical tools to rethink the university. This paper is oriented in that way. Its purpose is to review the antecedents that shaped the university orientation of the country since the spanish colony, until the 21st century and then left a description of the Venezuelan university panorama, define dimensions that reformulate a concept of academic quality seen from the Human Development approach.

TECNOLOG\ucdAS PARA LA OBTENCI 3N DEL CLORURO DE SODIO (NaCl) GRADO FARMAC\uc9UTICO
No full textEl cloruro de sodio (NaCl) grado farmac\ue9utico es una sal que cuenta con una calidad especialmente elevada y de alta pureza (99,8%), es participe en la elaboraci\uf3n de m\ufaltiples productos en la industria farmac\ue9utica y de alimentos, considerada como una materia prima esencial para la vida cotidiana del ser humano. El objetivo principal de la investigaci\uf3n fueidentificar las tecnolog\uedas m\ue1s \uf3ptimaspara la obtenci\uf3n del cloruro de sodio (NaCl) grado farmac\ue9utico. La metodolog\ueda empleada fue mediante el planteamiento de palabras claves parala construcci\uf3n de estrategias de b\ufasquedas de patentes, empleando plataformas como The Lens, Web of Science y Carrot2; obteni\ue9ndose indicadores bibliom\ue9tricos y patentom\ue9tricos. Entre los resultados obtenidos sugierenque la t\ue9cnica de evaporaci\uf3n de alto vac\uedo cuenta con la mayor aplicaci\uf3n para la purificaci\uf3n del cloruro de sodio debido a su alta pureza, bajo consumo operacional, menor impacto ambiental y altos rendimientos. Actualmente numerosos pa\uedses se han centrado en desarrollar la tecnolog\ueda para la obtenci\uf3n de mayor rendimiento y mayores beneficios de otros productos presentes. Cabe destacar que Venezuela posee fuentes naturales del mineral, por lo tanto es necesario fomentar la producci\uf3n de cloruro de sodio como materia prima en diferentes sectores comoel farmac\ue9utico e industriales.

ABSTRACT
The sodium chloride (NaCl) pharmaceutical grade, is a salt that has a particularly high quality and high purity (99.8%), is involved in the elaboration of multiple products in the pharmaceutical and food industry, considered as an essential raw material for the daily life of the human being. The main objective of the research wasto identify the most optimal technologies for obtaining. The methodology used was through the use of keywords for the construction of patent search strategies, using platforms such as The Lens, Web of Science and Carrot2; obtaining bibliometric and patentedometric indicators. Among the results obtained suggest that the high vacuum evaporation technique has the greatest application for the purification of sodium chloride due to its high purity, low operational consumption, lower environmental impact and high yields. Currently, many countries have focused on developing technology to obtain higher yields and greater benefits from other products present. It shouldbe noted that Venezuela has natural sources of the mineral, therefore it is necessary to promote the production of sodium chloride as a raw material in different sectors such as pharmaceutical and industrial.

PROPIEDADES F\ucdSICAS Y QU\ucdMICAS DE SUELOS Y SU RELACI 3N CON SISTEMAS DE PRODUCCI 3N EN EL MUNICIPIO CAMPOALEGRE, DEPARTAMENTO DEL HUILA, COLOMBIA
No full textLas propiedades del suelo son el soporte vital para el desarrollo de las plantas y de los organismos, y de \ue9ste depende la productividad de los cultivos; sin embargo, el manejo de la agricultura puede cambiar la calidad del suelo. En este contexto, el objetivo fue caracterizar las propiedades f\uedsicas y qu\uedmicas del suelo de 13 unidades productivas (UP) en el Centro de Formaci\uf3n Agroindustrial en el municipio Campoalegre, departamento del Huila, Colombia, y su relaci\uf3n con los sistemas de producci\uf3n. Para ello, se tomaron muestras en tres puntos representativos de cada UP hasta la profundidad de 60 cm y se determin\uf3 la densidad aparente (Da), porosidad total, contenido de materia org\ue1nica (MO), pH y conductividad el\ue9ctrica. Se utiliz\uf3 el paquete estad\uedstico InfoStat para el an\ue1lisis de los resultados con pruebas de LSD Fisher y m\ue9todo multivariado de conglomerados. Se encontr\uf3 que los suelos fueron heterog\ue9neos atribuido a la variabilidad del manejo y cultivo establecido. Las principales diferencias se hallaron en el grado de compactaci\uf3n del suelo, reflejado en la mayor Da en el sistema con cultivo del cafeto, y en el mayor contenido de MO observado en el arreglo agroforestal con cultivos de maracuy\ue1, pl\ue1tano y cacao. Las unidades productivas de cacao y el sistema agroforestal conformado por especies frutales y cacao se asociaron mediante variables de pH y materia org\ue1nica con impactos significativos en las propiedades f\uedsicas y qu\uedmicas de suelo.

Abstract
The soil properties are a vital support for development of plants and organisms, and affect the crop productivity; nevertheless, the agriculture managing can change the soil quality. The objective of this research was to characterize properties of the soil in 13 productive units (PU) in the Center of Agroindustrial Formation, Campoalegre County, Huila State, Colombia, and their relationship with the production system. Samples were taken at three representative points of each PU, to a depth of 60 cm, from which organic matter (OM), pH, electrical conductivity, bulk density (Bd) and total porosity were determined. The software InfoStat was used for data analysis based on Fisher LSD variance test and a multivariate conglomerate method. It was found that soils were heterogeneous, attributed to the variability of management and established crops. The main differences were found in the degree of soil compaction, due to the higher Da in the system with coffee crop, and in the higher OM content observed in the agroforestry system with passion fruit, banana and cocoa crops. Cocoa productive unit and the agroforestry system, conformed by fruit crops and cocoa, were associated by variables of pH and organic matter with impacts on soil physical and chemical properties.

RESILIENCIA DEL DOCENTE UNIVERSITARIO COMO ESTRATEGIA ORGANIZACIONAL EN EL CONTEXTO DE LA TRANSDISCIPLINARIEDAD
No full textLa investigaci\uf3n tuvo como prop\uf3sito evaluar la acci\uf3n del docente universitario basada en la resiliencia como estrategia organizacional en un contexto transdisciplinario. El paradigma predominante en el estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, bajo un dise\uf1o de campo, de car\ue1cter descriptivo y hol\uedstico. Se abordaron los fundamentos te\uf3ricos: Deber Ser de la Acci\uf3n Docente - Argumento Positivo Resiliente; Saber y Hacer docente - Reticulaci\uf3n Positiva Resiliente, Docente basado en la Resiliencia, Resiliencia del docente como estrategia organizacional y Resiliencia docente en el contexto de la transdisciplinariedad, ello sirvi\uf3 como marco interpretativo de los hallazgos obtenidos. El procedimiento metodol\uf3gico se deriv\uf3 de las respuestas aportadas por 43 docentes del Decanato de Ciencias Econ\uf3micas y Empresariales (DCEE) de la Universidad
Centroccidental "Lisandro Alvarado" (UCLA). La aglutinaci\uf3n del comportamiento de los datos se efectu\uf3 a trav\ue9s de un cuestionario en escala tipo Likert. Los resultados determinaron que la Universidad debe promocionar la aplicaci\uf3n de estrategias docentes basadas en la Resiliencia para contribuir a aumentar la calidad educativa, por la v\ueda de la autoevaluaci\uf3n institucional, la construcci\uf3n de un saber y hacer pedag\uf3gico, cient\uedfico, \ue9tico y human\uedstico que promueva en el estudiante la obtenci\uf3n de nuevos conocimientos y el avance en su desarrollo formativo. Se concluye que se requiere la reconstrucci\uf3n del accionar docente frente a las vicisitudes del complejo mundo universitario, capaz de considerar las distinciones y realidades alternativas entre s\ued, removiendo el fondo transdisciplinario para un nivel de resultado elevado en su praxis educativa y en la conducci\uf3n de la ense\uf1anza.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research was to evaluate the action of the university professor based on resilience as an organizational strategy in a transdisciplinary context. The predominant paradigm in the study is quantitative, under a field design, descriptive and holistic. The theoretical foundations were addressed: Must Be of Teaching Action - Positive Resilient Argument; Knowing and Doing Teaching - Resilient Positive Reticulation, Teaching based on Resilience, Resilience of the teacher as an organizational strategy and Teaching resilience in the context of transdisciplinarity, this served as an interpretive framework for the findings obtained. The methodological procedure was derived from the answers given by 43 teachers from the Dean of Economic and Business Sciences (DCEE) of the Centroccidental University "Lisandro Alvarado" (UCLA). The agglutination of the behavior of the data was carried out through a questionnaire on a Likert scale. The results determined that the University should promote the application of teaching strategies based on Resilience to help increase educational quality, through institutional self-evaluation, the construction of knowledge and pedagogical, scientific, ethical and humanistic that promotes the student obtaining new knowledge and progress in their educational development. It is concluded that the reconstruction of the teaching action is required in the face of the vicissitudes of the complex university world, capable of considering the distinctions and realities that are alternative to each other, removing the transdisciplinary background for a high level of result in their educational praxis and in the conduction of the teaching.

CRITERIOS T\uc9CNICOS PARA EL DISE 1O DE MATERIALES CURRICULARES: UNA CONSTRUCCI 3N EN ESCENARIOS IPEBISTAS
No full textLa presente investigaci\uf3n se centra en analizar el marco conceptual sobre los criterios t\ue9cnicos para el dise\uf1o de materiales curriculares en la Universidad Pedag\uf3gica Experimental Libertador Instituto Pedag\uf3gico de Barquisimeto "Luis Beltr\ue1n Prieto Figueroa". El estudio se ubic\uf3 en el paradigma positivista con enfoque cuantitativo, bajo la modalidad de investigaci\uf3n documental. Las fases de la investigaci\uf3n se organizaron en (a) selecci\uf3n y delimitaci\uf3n del tema a investigar, (b) acopio de la informaci\uf3n, (c) an\ue1lisis del material seleccionado como fuente de informaci\uf3n y (d) proceso de construcci\uf3n. Las t\ue9cnicas empleadas fueron el an\ue1lisis cr\uedtico, la t\ue9cnica gr\ue1fica, para posteriormente pasar al proceso de elaboraci\uf3n de producci\uf3n intelectual. Se establece que el material curricular se consolida como una herramienta de apoyo en la construcci\uf3n del conocimiento, consolidando en los estudiantes sus saberes, valores y habilidades cognitivas para operar con ellas como un sistema complejo de conocimientos te\uf3ricos-pr\ue1cticos en la resoluci\uf3n de problemas y necesidades personales y grupales.

ABSTRACT
The present investigation focuses on analyzing the conceptual framework on the technical criteria for the design of curricular materials at the University Pedagogical Experimental Libertador, Institute Pedagogical of Barquisimeto "Luis Beltr\ue1n Prieto Figueroa. The study was placed in the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, under the modality of documentary research. The research phases were organized in (a) selection and delimitation of the topic to be investigated, (b) collection of the information, (c) analysis of the selected material as a source of information. The techniques used were the critical analysis, the graphic technique, to later pass to the process of elaboration of intellectual production. It is established that the curricular material is consolidated as a support tool in the construction of knowledge, consolidating in the students their knowledge, values ??and cognitive abilities to operate with them as a complex system of theoretical-practical knowledge in solving problems and needs personal and group.

CONCIENCIA DE LA OTREDAD COMO BASE FUNDAMENTAL EN LA EDUCACI 3N Y LA SOCIEDAD
No full textEl presente ensayo tiene como prop\uf3sito explicar y dar a conocer la conciencia de otredad y sus implicaci\uf3n dentro de la sociedad intr\uednsecamente en encuentro educativo, desde la visi\uf3n del docente, sabiendo que ya se reconoce como un ente social, para as\ued entender que el otro es un ser igual dentro de la diversidad, y que nosotros para ese otro tambi\ue9n somos otro partiendo desde la premisa que los seres humanos somos seres sociales, y la educaci\uf3n es el n\ufacleo de una sociedad. La educaci\uf3n es el medio id\uf3neo para que el estado alcance su fin: la justicia. De ella depende que logre o no su ideal. Para Arist\uf3teles (2002).La educaci\uf3n era infinita, m\ue1s concretamente dec\ueda: \u93la educaci\uf3n nunca termina, pues es un proceso de perfeccionamiento y por tanto ese proceso nunca termina. La educaci\uf3n dura tanto como dura la vida de la persona.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this essay is to explain and publicize the awareness of otherness and its implication within society intrinsically in an educational encounter, from the teacher's point of view, knowing that it is already recognized as a social entity, in order to understand that the other is an equal being within diversity, and that we for that other are also another starting from the premise that human beings are social beings, and education is the core of a society. Education is the ideal means for the state to reach its goal: justice. It depends on whether or not he achieves his ideal. For Aristotle (2002). Education was infinite, more specifically said: "education never ends, it is a process of improvement and therefore that process never ends. Education lasts as long as the person's life lasts\u94.
