LA TRANSFORMACI 3N SOCIAL DESDE LA ARTICULACI 3N EDUCATIVA. UNA CONCEPCI 3N DESDE LA POSMODERNIDAD
Get PDFEl presente ensayo tiene como prop\uf3sito reflexionar sobre la transformaci\uf3n social basada en la articulaci\uf3n entre los niveles educativos que se encuentran, inevitablemente entre lo tradicional, la modernidad y lo contempor\ue1neo, la posmodernidad. La formalidad de la academia tiene sus bases n siglos de estudios, con hacedores de academia y fil\uf3sofos cuyo contraste con las nuevas generaciones se tambalea. Con el riesgo de ser eliminados muchos de sus principios ductores y eso es algo que por dem\ue1s preocupa, debe considerarse en t\ue9rminos de negociaci\uf3n "social", a fin de que lo anterior se una a lo nuevo para engrandecer la formaci\uf3n educativa del ciudadano de hoy. En el ensayo se aborda la academia y un espacio de nuevos horizontes, con la intenci\uf3n de brindar bases interpretativas para la consiguiente reflexi\uf3n propuesta.

ABSTRACT
This essay is aimed to think about on social transformation based on articulation between the different educative levels fully involved traditional social development, modernity and now day social evolution, posmodernity. The academic formality is based on century of studies, with people who built academy as well as philosophers who in contrast with the new generations is trembling. Many of the former educative principles take the risk to be forgotten and that is something worrisome that needs to be addressed in terms of social negotiation, in order to link what could be considered "former" to enrich the social formation of the today citizen. In the essay, academy an its new horizons are revised in order to give the reflection proposed.

INFLUENCIA DE LA CAPACIDAD DE ABSORCI 3N EN EL DESARROLLO DE LAS CAPACIDADES DIN\uc1MICAS: PROPUESTA DE UN MODELO TE 3RICO
Get PDFEl presente art\uedculo tiene como prop\uf3sito presentar la propuesta de un modelo te\uf3rico de capacidades din\ue1micas, a partir del an\ue1lisis de los facilitadores internos del proceso de absorci\uf3n. En este sentido, se despliegan cuatro escenarios de ubicaci\uf3n de la organizaci\uf3n seg\ufan su capacidad de absorci\uf3n de conocimientos, posibilitando identificar adecuadamente sus competencias, mejorar su desempe\uf1o y aprovechar de manera eficiente las oportunidades que se le presenten permitiendo caracterizar a una organizaci\uf3n en particular en un tiempo determinado. La contribuci\uf3n de este modelo que establece distintos niveles al describir la capacidad din\ue1mica, est\ue1 determinada por la utilidad que puede proporcionar en la comprensi\uf3n y manejo de los procesos administrativos y gerenciales, si bien es necesario contrastarlo de manera emp\uedrica a efectos de reafirmar el sustento te\uf3rico o efectuar los ajustes que diera lugar.

ABSTRACT
The present article has as purpose to present the proposal of a theoretical model of dynamic capacities, from the analysis of the internal facilitators of the absorption process. In this sense, four scenarios of the organization's location are deployed according to their ability to absorb knowledge, making it possible to adequately identify their competencies, improve their performance and efficiently take advantage of the opportunities that arise, allowing characterizing a particular organization in a determined time. The contribution of this model that establishes different levels when describing the dynamic capacity is determined by the utility it can provide in the understanding and management of the administrative and managerial processes. Although it is necessary to contrast it empirically in order to reaffirm the theoretical sustenance or make any adjustments that may result.

EFECTO DE HONGOS MICORR\ucdZICOS ARBUSCULARES Y ESTI\uc9RCOL DE BOVINO EN EL CRECIMIENTO INICIAL Y pigmentaci\uf3n EN Capsicum frutescens L.
No full textLa inoculaci\uf3n de hongos micorr\uedzicos arbusculares (HMA) es una pr\ue1ctica sencilla y sostenible que favorece el crecimiento y nutrici\uf3n de las plantas. El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de tres HMA y del esti\ue9rcol de bovino (E) en el crecimiento inicial y contenido de pigmentos en aj\ued (Capsicum frutescens) \u93Misterioso\u94. Se evaluaron cinco tratamientos: plantas cultivadas en arena (T1, testigo absoluto), T1+E (T2, testigo comercial), T1+Scutellospora fulgida (T3), T1+Funneliformis mosseae (T4) y T1+Glomus manihotis (T5). Se us\uf3 un dise\uf1o experimental totalmente al azar con diez repeticiones. Transcurridos 55 d\uedas del trasplante, se determin\uf3 el porcentaje de colonizaci\uf3n micorr\uedzica (PCM), altura de planta (AP), n\ufamero de hojas y nudos (NH, NN), longitud de la ra\uedz (LR), biomasa seca de la ra\uedz y a\ue9rea (BSR, BSA), proporci\uf3n ra\uedz-parte a\ue9rea, \ue1rea foliar (AF), \uedndice de AF (IAF), y contenidos de clorofilas a y b, y carotenoides. Se encontraron diferencias significativas para todas las variables. La mayor respuesta se obtuvo en el T4 para la mayor\ueda de las variables (exceptuando NH, NN, AF e IAF), seguido por T3 y T2. El T2 super\uf3 a los otros tratamientos en AF e IAF, y tambi\ue9n registr\uf3 los mayores valores de AP, NH, NN, LR, BSA y BSP exceptuando los pigmentos. Se concluye que los tratamientos con F. mosseae (PCM=3D58,47 %) y S. fulgida (PCM=3D26,31 %), as\ued como el uso de esti\ue9rcol de bovino favorecieron el crecimiento inicial de las plantas.

ABSTRACT
Effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and cattle manure on the initial growth and pigmentationof Capsicum frutescens L.
The inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) is a simple and sustainable practice that promotes growth and nutrition of plants. The objective was to evaluate the effect of AMF and cattle manure (C) on the initial growth and pigment contents in \u93Misterioso\u94 chilli (Capsicum frutescens). Five treatments were evaluated: plants cultivated in sand (T1), T1+C (T2), T1+Scutellospora fulgida (T3), T1+Funneliformis mosseae (T4), and T1+Glomus manihotis (T5). A completely randomized design with ten replications was used. After 55 days from transplant the percentage of mycorrhizal colonization (PMC), plant height (PH), number of leaves and nodes (NL, NN), root length (RL), dry biomass of roots and aerial part (DBR, DBA), proportion root-aerial part dry biomass (PRADB), leaf area (LA) and index (LAI), content of chlorophyll a and b, and carotenoids, were determined. The statistical analysis showed significant differences for all the studied variables by effect of the treatments. The best response was obtained in T4 for most of the variables, except NL, NN, LA and LAI, followed by T3 and T2. The treatment T2 was superior in LA, ILA, FBA, and also recorded the largest PH, NL, NN, RL, FBP, DBA and DBP, except pigments. It is concluded that treatments with F. mosseae (PMC=3D58.47 %), S. fulgida (PMC=3D26.31 %), and the use of cattle manure influenced positively in the initial growth of the plants.
