GERENCIA DE INNOVACI 3N PETROLERA VENEZOLANA: LINEAMIENTOS BAJO EL ENFOQUE DE ORGANIZACIONES INTELIGENTES.
Get PDFEl objetivo de la investigaci\uf3n es analizar la gerencia de innovaci\uf3n petrolera en Venezuela, estableciendo aquellas estrategias orientadas hacia el enfoque de organizaciones inteligentes (EOI). La sustentaci\uf3n te\uf3rica se basa en los autores siguientes: Nelson y Winter (1977), Senge (2005), Pe\uf1aloza (2007), Calder\uf3n y Hartmann (2010) y Petit (2012). La investigaci\uf3n multim\ue9todos, sirvi\uf3 como soporte para identificar desde la perspectiva te\uf3rica evolucionista-neoinstitucionalista de la innovaci\uf3n, aquellas variables influyentes en la din\ue1mica organizativa inteligente, tales como: la experiencia compartida, el proceso asociado con el aprendizaje, la toma de decisiones de forma colaborativa a nivel gerencial, la incapacidad organizacional para la producci\uf3n innovadora industrial del sector petrolero refleja la no correspondencia entre las recomendaciones de informes de presupuesto con la pr\ue1ctica, proyectos con indefinici\uf3n de poco sustento t\ue9cnico-econ\uf3mico, problemas en discriminar la selecci\uf3n de proyectos con vigencia, desconocimiento de actitudes proactivas y aptitudes desarticuladas entre coordinadores con capacidad tecnol\uf3gica. En conclusi\uf3n, la idea consiste en impulsar proyectos industriales que permitan incrementar la productividad del sector, mediante la conducci\uf3n estrat\ue9gica jer\ue1rquica/consensual/colectiva en correspondencia con equipos interdisciplinarios, basados en complementaci\uf3n funcional, por lo que se establecer\ue1n lineamientos estrat\ue9gicos bajo el enfoque de organizaciones inteligentes para el fortalecimiento de la gerencia de innovaci\uf3n en la industria petrolera venezolana.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to analyze the oil innovation management in Venezuela through the establishment of strategies oriented towards intelligent organizations. The theoretical bases are taken from: Nelson and Winter (1977), Senge (2005), Penaloza (2007), Calderon and Hartmann (2010) and Petit (2012). The multi-method approach helped to identify, from the evolutionary-neoinstitutionalist theoretical perspective of innovation, the influential variables in the intelligent organizational dynamic, such as: shared experience, learning process, collaborative decision making at the managerial level and the organization inability to produce innovative industrial solutions in the oil sector. All of these variables result in: non-correspondence between the budget reports recommendations and the implemented strategies, projects with weak economic and technical backing, troubles identifying viability of the projects, lack of knowledge to recognize proactive attitudes and unarticulated capabilities among coordinators with technological abilities. In that sense, the proposal is not only to promote industrial projects that allow increasing the productivity of the oil sector through hierarchical strategic / consensual / collective leadership in correspondence with the interdisciplinary teams, based on the functional complementarity but also to establish strategic guidelines focused on intelligent organizations in order to enhance the management of oil innovation in the Venezuelan petroleum industry.

O objetivo da pesquisa \ue9 analisar a gest\ue3o da inova\ue7\ue3o petrolifera na Venezuela, estabelecendo estrat\ue9gias orientadas ao enfoque de organiza\ue7\uf5es inteligentes (EOI). O suporte te\uf3rico \ue9 baseado nos autores: Nelson e Winter (1977), Senge (2005), Pe\uf1aloza (2007), Calderon e Hartmann (2010) e Petit (2012). A pesquisa multi-m\ue9todo, serviu de suporte para identificar desde a perspectiva te\uf3rica evolucionista-neo-institucionalista da inova\ue7\ue3o aquelas vari\ue1veis influentes na din\ue2mica organizativa inteligente, tais como: a experi\ueancia compartilhada, o processo associado com a aprendizagem, a toma de decis\uf5es de forma colaborativa ao n\uedvel da gest\ue3o, incapacidade organizacional para a produ\ue7\ue3o inovadora industrial no setor petrol\uedfero reflete a incompatibilidade entre as recomenda\ue7\uf5es dos relat\uf3rios do or\ue7amento com a pr\ue1tica, projetos com indefini\ue7\ue3o de pouco apoio t\ue9cnico e econ\uf3mico, problemas na discrimina\ue7\ue3o da sele\ue7\ue3o de projectos com validade, desconocimento de atitudes pr\uf3-ativas e aptitudes desarticulada entre coordenadores com capacidade tecnologicas. Em conclus\ue3o, a ideia \ue9 promover projetos industriais que aumentam a produtividade do setor atrav\ue9s da lideran\ue7a estrat\ue9gica coletiva / hier\ue1rquica / consensual em correspond\ueancia com equipes interdisciplinares com base na complementa\ue7\ue3o funcional, pelo que se estabelecer\ue3o diretrizes estrategicas sob o enfoque das organiza\ue7\uf5es inteligente para o fortalecimento da gest\ue3o da inova\ue7\ue3o na ind\ufastria petrol\uedfera venezuelana.

LA MENTALIDAD REFLEXIVA: UN ENFOQUE DE LA GERENCIA AVANZADA EN EL MARCO DE LA SOCIEDAD DE LA INFORMACI 3N
Get PDFEl presente ensayo tiene como finalidad exponer algunas ideas acerca de c\uf3mo incide el desarrollo de la mentalidad reflexiva en el desempe\uf1o eficiente de un gerente, tanto en la creaci\uf3n de un proyecto personal, como en las funciones que ejerce dentro de una organizaci\uf3n. Las empresas requieren directivos con creatividad, abiertos a la innovaci\uf3n que sean capaces de ver el exterior a trav\ue9s de su propio reflejo, lo cual se alcanza cuando se comienza por gestionar el \u93yo\u94. Partiendo de esta perspectiva, se ubica al gerente con alto nivel de autoconocimiento, en un escenario emergente denominado sociedad de la informaci\uf3n, y se presentan las ventajas que ofrece el cruce del pensamiento reflexivo con la acci\uf3n pr\ue1ctica, para dar una adecuada utilidad a los avances tecnol\uf3gicos. Con esto se busca promover la reflexi\uf3n, en las personas que dirigen una organizaci\uf3n, es decir detenerse a pensar en la realidad existente, aquello con lo que cuentan y todo lo que necesitan, con la finalidad de mantener un equilibrio que garantice el progreso hacia la gerencia avanzada.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to present some ideas about how the development of the reflective mentality affects the efficient performance of a manager, both in the creation of a personal project, as well as in the functions he performs within an organization. Companies require managers with creativity, open to innovation who are able to see the outside through their own reflection, which is achieved when you start to manage the "me". Starting from this perspective, the manager with a high level of selfknowledge is located in an emerging scenario called the information society, and the advantages offered by the crossing of reflexive thinking with practical action are presented, in order to give an adequate use to the advances technological This seeks to
promote reflection, in the people who run an organization, ie stop to think about the existing reality, what they have and everything they need, in order to maintain a balance to ensure progress towards advanced management.

ABSTRACT
Education is the fundamental platform to raise the development of a sustainable society, which must be equitable and engaged with permanent learning processes, based on the respect for all forms of life, where affirm values and actions that contribute to the human, social, economic and ecological transformation. Stimulating the creation of socially just and ecologically balanced societies that preserve a relationship of interdependence and diversity among themselves. This requires individual and collective responsibility in a local, national and international level. This paper analyzes the efforts at global and national levels to develop environmental education towards an education for sustainable development, with emphasis on university education level, including a description of some of the efforts done by Sim\uf3n Bol\uedvar University.

No full textLa presente investigaci\uf3n, muestra la relaci\uf3n directa que debe existir entre la planta profesoral y el manejo del actual curr\uedculo existente en la UNELLEZ-Barinas, estudio que resulta fundamental en vista de la necesidad actual de formar docentes capaces de usar las nuevas tecnolog\uedas de la informaron y comunicaci\uf3n como un horizonte de posibilidades que permita incorporar un nuevo medio para el fortalecimiento del proceso de ense\uf1anza -aprendizaje. El estudio se realizara bajo el paradigma cuantitativo; se apoya en la investigaci\uf3n de campo, con dise\uf1o no experimental. Para la interpretaci\uf3n de los resultados se utilizar\ue1 la estad\uedstica descriptiva .El estudio permite observar que los docentes tienen mayor disposici\uf3n a cumplir y tener \ue9xito en las actividades que van de la mano con cambiar la vieja concepci\uf3n del curr\uedculo y los m\ue9todos de ense\uf1ar por parte del docente, implementando de manera necesaria las tecnolog\uedas.

ABSTRACT
The present research shows the direct relationship that must exist between the teaching plant and the management of the existing curriculum in UNELLEZ-Barinas, a study that is fundamental in view of the current need to train teachers able to use the new technologies reported And communication as a horizon of possibilities that allows to incorporate a new means for the strengthening of the process of teaching-learning. The study will be performed under the quantitative paradigm; Is based on field research, with non-experimental design. For the interpretation of the results, descriptive statistics will be used. The study shows that teachers are more willing to comply and succeed in activities that go hand in hand with changing the old conception of the curriculum and teaching methods by the Teacher by implementing the necessary technologies.

ARTE ACCIONAL DURACIONAL, TRASFORMACIONES DEL CUERPO ATEMPORALES
No full textEl pasado y el presente del arte muestran evidencias de los artistas avocados a una transformaci\uf3n del cuerpo humano a trav\ue9s de distintas ideas que integran elementos artificiales. El uso de implantes, clonaciones del cuerpo y redistribuci\uf3n del g\ue9nero proyectan cada vez m\ue1s una transgresi\uf3n a la sociedad hasta cuestionarla y educarla. El cuerpo se convierte en la imagen, en el reflejo de aquello que somos y no somos, es as\ued Sterlac, Orlan y Argelia Bravo transitan el mundo cognoscible de otra manera implantando conceptos desde el \ue1mbito art\uedstico que transforman el futuro m\ue1s all\ue1 de la humanidad misma, lo transhumano. El arte accional nos trae del pasado a personajes como Sterlac, quien en las intervenciones de su propio cuerpo con incisiones e implantes que oyen sus ideas, su tercera oreja en el brazo son ejemplos, de una necesidad de cambios. Por otra parte quiz\ue1s con una influencia del feminismo y cr\uedtica social, Orlan deja de ser ella y se transforma en todas las mujeres en una que son objeto de deseo y admiraci\uf3n, cercanas a lo sublime que propone Kant, vende sus objeto de las performances desde las salas de intervenciones quir\ufargicas al mundo mientras ella eterniza sus implantes. En Venezuela Argelia Bravo, aprovecha ese espacio inter sexo, o transhumano, m\ue1s all\ue1 de la convenci\uf3n biol\uf3gica, propuso impresiones rosas sobre lienzo de un cuerpo diferente, de un cuerpo femenino superior y masculino inferior, refiri\ue9ndose al mismo cuerpo y sus miembros fision\uf3micos. Tres artistas que presentan la convenci\uf3n otra, de existencia de un cuerpo, de muchos cuerpos, del ente m\ue1s all\ue1 de lo humano.

EFECTO DE LA LIOFILIZACI 3N SOBRE LAS CARACTERISTICAS F\ucdSICO-QU\ucdMICAS DEL AJ\ucd ROCOTO (Capsicum pubescens R&P) CON O SIN SEMILLA.
No full textCon la finalidad de fomentar la transformaci\uf3n agroindustrial en Capsicum pubescens, en esta investigaci\uf3n se deshidrat\uf3 aj\ued rocoto con y sin semillas, cultivado en la zona rural de San Crist\uf3bal, Medell\uedn, Antioquia (Colombia), mediante liofilizaci\uf3n y se evalu\uf3 su efecto sobre las caracter\uedsticas del producto final. Se emple\uf3 un arreglo de parcelas dividas, con el factor de la programaci\uf3n de la velocidad de calentamiento, aplicando una tasa de aumento de temperatura entre 0,02 a 0,05\ub0C/min durante la sublimaci\uf3n en la parcela principal, y el factor semilla en la subparcela, con una aleatorizaci\uf3n completamente al azar y tres repeticiones. Se evaluaron las caracter\uedsticas f\uedsico-qu\uedmicas del producto final de contenido de humedad, actividad de agua (aw), pH, acidez, indicadores de color en el sistema CIE-L*a*b*y capacidad de rehidrataci\uf3n, as\ued como posible afectaci\uf3n del tejido usando microscop\ueda electr\uf3nica de barrido. El porcentaje de humedad, aw, pH y acidez no se afectaron significativamente entre los tratamientos liofilizados (P>0,05) logrando obtener valores m\ue1ximos de 8,62% de humedad y aw de 0,33. Se mejor\uf3 la luminosidad (L*) y cromaticidad (C*) del aj\ued rocoto liofilizado con y sin semilla con respecto al producto en fresco; adem\ue1s, se aumentaron los atributos de color b* y h\ub0. Con la velocidad de menor calentamiento para la liofilizaci\uf3n, los tratamientos con y sin semillas presentaron una mayor capacidad de rehidrataci\uf3n. En los frutos sin semilla se necesit\uf3 menor tiempo para alcanzar tanto las temperaturas de congelaci\uf3n como de sublimaci\uf3n, a la vez que mejoraron la mayor\ueda de los indicadores de color.

ABSTRACT
In order to foment the agroindustrial transformation of Capsicum pubescens, in this research we dehydrated rocoto chili peppers with and without seeds, harvested in the rural zone of San Cristobal Medellin, Antioquia (Colombia), through freeze-drying, and the properties in the final product were evaluated. Three times of the heating rate were programmed (temperature rise from 0.02 to 0.05 \ub0C per minute during sublimation) using fruits with and without seeds. A split plot design was used with the programming in the main plot, and the presence of seeds in the subplot in a randomized block design with three replications. It was evaluated the physico-chemical properties of milled final product characteristics, moisture content (%), water activity (aw), pH, acidity, color indicators CIE-L, and rehydration capacity (RC), as well as possible changes of the plant tissue using scanning electron microscopy. The moisture percentage, aw, pH and acidity, did not differ among treatments (P=3D0.05), reaching maximum moisture of 8.62 % and aw of 0.33. The luminosity (L*) and chroma (C*) of the dried with respect to fresh fruit was improved. Attributes of color b* and h\ub0 increased as well. With the lower heating rate for freeze drying, the fruit with and without seeds presented higher RC. The seedless fruits required less time to reach both freezing and sublimation temperatures and showed higher values of most color indicators.

AUTOEFICACIA Y PERCEPCI 3N DE APOYO SOCIAL EN LA ADHERENCIA TERAPEUTICA DE PACIENTES ONCOL 3GICOS
Get PDFEsta investigaci\uf3n se plante\uf3 como objetivo establecer la relaci\uf3n de las variables autoeficacia y percepci\uf3n de apoyo social con la adherencia terap\ue9utica de pacientes oncol\uf3gicos en tratamiento de la Sociedad Anticancerosa del Estado Lara, enmarcada en el paradigma positivista, con un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de correlaci\uf3n, de campo y un dise\uf1o transeccional; con una muestra de 40 pacientes, a quienes previo consentimiento informado se les aplico dos instrumentos: Escala de Autoeficacia General de B\ue4bler y Schwarzer (1993); Cuestionario MOS de Apoyo Social de Sherbourne y Cols (1991) y el Cuestionario para la evaluaci\uf3n de la Adherencia Terap\ue9utica MBG de Mart\uedn, Bayarre y Grau (2008). Los resultados fueron: Autoeficacia 33,55 puntos, lo cual indica alta autoeficacia, Percepci\uf3n de Apoyo Social 84,30 puntos indicando una alta percepci\uf3n de apoyo social y Adherencia Terap\ue9utica 38,55 puntos lo cual sugiere una adherencia total. Al relacionar Autoeficacia con Adherencia no se obtuvo relaci\uf3n significativa; al hacerlo con Percepci\uf3n de Apoyo Social y la Adherencia se encontr\uf3 una relaci\uf3n positiva d\ue9bil entre dos de sus dimensiones, Apoyo Afectivo y Cumplimiento del Tratamiento r=3D416. Se concluye que no existe una relaci\uf3n significativa entre las variables.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to establish the relation between the variables self - efficacy and perception of social support with the therapeutic adherence of oncological patients in treatment of the Anticancer Society of the State of Lara, framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative, field and a transectional design; with a sample of 40 patients, who with prior informed consent were given two instruments: B\ue4bler and Schwarzer's (1993) General Self-Efficacy Scale; Social Support MOS Questionnaire by Sherbourne and Cols (1991) and the Questionnaire for the evaluation of MBG Therapeutic Adherence from Mart\uedn, Bayarre and Grau (2008). The results were: Self-efficacy 33.55 points, which indicate high self-efficacy, Social Support Perception 84.30 points indicating a high perception of social support and Therapeutic Adherence 38.55 points which suggests a total adherence. When relating Self-efficacy with Adherence no significant relationship was obtained; when doing so with Social Support Perception and Adherence, a weak positive relationship was found between two dimensions, Affective Support and Treatment Compliance r =3D 416. We conclude that there is no significant relationship between variables.
