ひとりの佳き人物であるように : 米芾が「平淡天真」の先に見据えた書境
“平淡天真” is a key phrase in understanding Mi Fu 米芾(1051-1107)’s thought on painting and calligraphy. Previous studies have already made it clear that “天真” is a concept which Mi Fu uses, and which has fixed connotations in many essays on painting. However, neither “平淡” nor “天真” are concepts first proposed by Mi Fu.
This paper attempts to consider the true meaning of “平淡” and “天真,” and to clarify Mi Fu’s ideal state of calligraphy through deciphering his texts.
Through review of sources, this paper shows that the foundation of Mi Fu’s ideas are inherited from Tang Dynasty art theory, but his style of appreciation is different from others in his era. In contrast with Su Shi and Huang Tingjian, who associate the work with the author, and value the author’s personality, Mi Fu makes no mention of the author; on the contrary, he states, “Each work should be like a refined person.”
In conclusion, this paper reveals that Mi Fu’s views on calligraphy are peculiar for the Northern Song dynasty, but that they have influenced the theory of calligraphy since then.本稿は、広島芸術学会第一三六回例会でおこなった口頭発表(「米芾の鑑賞と制作――『平淡』『天真』『自然』『俗』を例に」)に基づき、加筆、修正をほどこしたものである
Safety of ammonia as a hydrogen energy carrier
The safety of ammonia was divided into a fire hazard (flammability) and a health hazard. The flammability of ammonia decreased compared to other hydrogen energy carriers and carbon-based fuels because of the high flash point. The health hazard (frostbite and toxicity) of ammonia was large (3) and same as those of liquid hydrogen, LNG and carbon monoxide. Tolerance concentration in ACGIH was used as a ranking of toxicity. The tolerance concentration increased with decreasing the vapor concentration and the fuel content in water. The insoluble ammonia-absorbed zirconium phosphate has a large ammonia storage capacity of 10 wt%, a small vapor concentration in the presence of water and a small ammonia content in water below 1 ppm. It will be a candidate to reduce the toxicity of the leaked ammonia in a closed space

Molecular-Level Pictures of Chemical and Structural Transformations of Mg–Al Layered Double Hydroxide Crystals (Mg/Al = 2) at Elevated Temperatures
Mg–Al layered double hydroxides (Mg–Al LDHs) are crystalline compounds with layered structures composed of hydroxide layers and interlayer anions such as CO32–. A detailed understanding of the thermal decomposition behaviors is indispensable for materials design toward promising applications such as CO2 adsorbents. Here, we report that the thermal decomposition behavior of a well-crystallized Mg–Al LDH having an Mg/Al atomic ratio of 2, where all hydroxyl groups experience an identical chemical environment, provides quantitative evidence for and clear molecular-/atomic-level pictures of the multi-step transformation of the crystals at elevated temperature. Thermal decomposition is found to occur in multi-steps of (1) release of the interlayer water, (2) dehydroxylation of just one-third of hydroxyl groups accompanied by the formation of coordinatively unsaturated sites followed by coordination of carbonate to metals, and (3) collapse of the layered structure at a higher temperature. The stepwise structural transformations are not ascribable to different coordination environments of hydroxyl groups. The reason is possibly that the structure after the partial dehydroxylation of the metal hydroxide layers is rather stable. Structural optimization by first-principles DFT calculations and its powder X-ray diffraction simulation supported the interpretations for and the molecular-level pictures of the structural transformations. These results resolve the various interpretations on the structural change of the crystals
This study aimed to explore specific ways of connecting people living with developmental disabilities (PLWDD) to companies by using a work transition support provider. As a result of conducting an ethnographic study at center A, it became clear that the implementation of work transition support that connects companies and PLWDD is a process of deepening the self-understanding of PLWDD through repeated training and reflection, and of deepening supporters’ understanding of this cohort’s characteristics. At center A, through a process of repeated training including daily classroom lectures, work, and practical training, supplemented by a review of training through interviews, a system was built that would deepen the staff’s understanding of PLWDD characteristics, and the cohort’s self-understanding. Further, what was particularly emphasized as part of the implementation was to find strengths, based on the strength perspective, which can be regarded as advantages to be utilized in the workplace. The aim was not only to compensate for weaknesses but also to make use of the strengths to lead to employment. Strengths were identified through repetition of the five methods, namely, acquiring skills, information gathering, reflection, reframing, and dialog, and characteristics were shared as strengths that could be used in employment.本論文は、第一著者が令和2年度、広島大学大学院教育学研究科に提出した博士学位論文の一部を再分析し、大幅に加筆修正したものである
頼三樹三郎に関する研究への考察
Rai Mikisaburou was a Chinese patriot and a poet who lived during the end of the Edo period. Rai Sanyou was a historian and Chinese poet in the late Edo period and is famous as the author of “Japanese Foreign History. ” Rai Mikisaburou is Rai Sanyou’s third son. Rai Mikisaburou is not as famous as his father. This research clarifies the current state of research by organizing Chinese poems, writings, letters, brief biographies, and related previous studies on Rai Mikisaburou. The Chinese poems of Rai Mikisaburou were worthy of literary appreciation, but except for “Hundred Poems and Hundred Seals, ” there was almost no research on his other Chinese poems. This research also clarifies the process of the establishment of Rai Mikisaburou’s poetry manuscript “ougaishu,” which was not in the researchers’ field of view. Furthermore, as a patriot, Rai Mikisaburou was greatly influenced by Rai Sanyou in terms of thoughts. Additionally, in terms of Chinese poetry, the literary similarities between Rai Mikisaburou and Rai Sanyou were also clarified
