著作権についてのSNS炎上の傾向分析
No full textSNS ではしばしば炎上現象が起こるが，炎上に参加してる人は『祭り型』と『制裁型』が多いとの先行研究がある. 本稿では，著作権に関する炎上には『制裁型』が多いと仮定し，内閣府のポスターの事例に焦点を当て，Twitter の投稿の傾向分析をおこなった．2023 年4 月から6 月にかけての1400 件あまりの関連投稿を遡って収集し，埋込ベクトル化することで定量的な分析をこころみた．その結果「著作権侵害」と主張している投稿が，事件の序盤に多くあることを確認した．また，「著作権侵害ではない」という主張をする層は，専門家の投稿も見ていた．これらを確認するため，投稿の定量化が有用であることを確認できた．On social media, the phenomenon of ’flaming’ often occurs, and there is existing research indicating that participants in such flare-ups tend to be of the ”festival-goer” or ”sanctioning” type. This paper hypothesizes that the ”sanctioning” type predominates in copyright-related flaming. It focuses on a case involving a Cabinet Office poster, analyzing trends in Twitter posts. Between April and June 2023, over 1400 related posts were collected retrospectively and subjected to quantitative analysis through embedding vectorization. The findings confirmed that posts alleging ”copyright infringement” were numerous in the early stages of the incident. Additionally, a layer of people claiming ”no copyright infringement” included posts by experts. These findings underscore the utility of quantifying posts to understand such phenomena

No full textThe measurement accuracy of an articulated arm coordinate measuring machine (AACMM) is determined by its kinematic model to estimate the end effector position from angular positions of rotary axes. In conventional studies, the Denavit–Hartenberg (DH) model, containing position and orientation errors of the rotary axis average lines as error sources, has been widely employed. This study first proposes a novel kinematic model including angular position measurement errors of rotary axes. To identify the proposed model, a new Single Point Articulation Test (SPAT) setup is presented with the R-Test to measure the stylus sphere's three-dimensional displacement. The prediction accuracy of the proposed model is experimentally evaluated

No full text本稿では，文学的文章における語り手の語りに着目した読みの深まりについて，学習者は，語り手の語りの働きによって読みが深まることを理解し，且つ，その読みはどのような深まりを見せているのか，中学校第1 学年の教材，物語「空中ブランコ乗りのキキ」（別役実）を取り上げて検証した。結果，学習者の初読の感想と学習を終えての感想の変容及び学習後に生まれた新たな問いより，語り手の語りに着目することで読みが深まったと自覚を持っていることが見取れ，読みの深まり具合の段階と読みの深まりの方向性を示せる可能性を見た。This paper examines the depth of reading comprehension that focuses on the narrative in literary texts． Learners understand that their reading comprehension can be deepened and how it can happen through the narrative．― The story Kiki on the Trapeze ― a part of the curriculum for the first year of junior high school，was used for verification．As a result，with the changes in the impressions between the first reading， after the class，and new questions that arose after the class，the learners’ reading comprehension deepened．They became aware of that by focusing on the narration．In addition，we saw the possibility of indicating the degree and direction of deepening of reading comprehension
「公共の扉」で習得した「見方・考え方」の活用を促す授業開発 : 公共の扉の単元構成とルールメイキング導入の試み
