Get PDFThis study examines and analyzes whether Employee Procurement, Compensation, and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Jember Branch. The number of samples in this study used employees who worked for more than one year, as many as 93 employees of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Jember Branch, because the organizational culture variable would differ in the implementation of values between new employees and old employees. The type of data used is quantitative data. Sources data using primary sources were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and interviewing several respondents, as well as secondary data from literature studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS application. This study's results indicate a significant influence between Employee Procurement, Compensation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Jember Branch, which is supported by previous studie
The Effectiveness Of Vocabulary Learning To Enhance Students’ Writing Skill: فعالية تعليم المفردات لترقية مهارة الكتابة لدي الطلاب
No full textMany students lack a good command of vocabulary, resulting in numerous errors in writing. These errors include Arabic letter writing and correct vocabulary usage. This issue is caused by several teachers who fail to implement teaching methods according to existing theories. The aim of this research is to determine the vocabulary teaching at Pondok Modern Nurul Hidayah and its effectiveness in improving the writing skills of tenth-grade students therein. The results of this study indicate that there is an improvement in writing skills in each class, confirming that the learning outcomes of students in the experimental class are higher than those in the control class, namely 15.96 and 14.10, respectively

Get PDFEvery religion needs students who are loyal, caring, and have a soul to spread the teachings of their religion, and have good competence to carry out their duties. Efforts to spread religion are known as da'wah. Each religion has its own understanding of dharmaduta. In Buddhism, the propagator of the religion is called Dharmaduta. Compared to other followers of religion, Buddhists are known to be less aggressive in spreading their religious teachings. The method used by the authors in this research is the literature review research method, which means the researcher examines from various books as a research source. The method used is the interpretation of texts in the Tripitaka holy book and various studies. To carry out the duties of Dharmaduta, appropriate competencies are needed so that the teachings can be conveyed properly and can be well understood by the recipients of the teachings. The efforts of the Buddhist dharmaduta will benefit both the teacher and the recipient of the teachings. Dharmaduta is obliged to change the new paradigm in the spread of Buddhism, which was originally oriented towards suffering to become an approach to happiness. Get PDFBahan baku merupakan hal yang paling diutamakan dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk proses produksi untuk menambahkan nilai untuk menghasilkan suatu barang guna menambah keuntungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan baku terhadap pendapatan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi perusahaan maufaktur melalui analisis regresi data panel. Teknik pengumpulan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 35 sampel dari 7 perusahaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (11,7146 > 2,7384). Proses pengelolaan yang berhubungan dengan bahan baku telah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Temuan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa setiap perusahaan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh yang berbeda dalam pengelolaan raw material yang akan berdampak pada optimalisasi income perusahaan

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul, peneliti menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Manajemen yang dilakukan oleh khatib terhadap pesan dakwah yang akan disampaikan pada saat khotbah Jumat di Masjid Al- Ulya 1) Perencanaan dakwah 2) Pengorganisasian dakwah 3) Penggerakan dakwah 4) Pengawasan atau Pengendalian dakwah. Khotbah jumat di Masjid Al-Ulya telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dan telah cocok dengan apa yang disyariatkan dan tuntunan oleh agama Islam, meski masih terselip sebagian permasalahan terpaut atensi jamaah dalam mencermati khotbah jumat

Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh tokoh agama terhadap sosial Kemasyarakatan Di Desa Air Putih Bengkalis serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran tokoh agama dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 informan. Untuk memperoleh data, teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasional product moment. Hasil dari angket peran tokoh agama dengan nilai 76% dikategorikan Baik. Artinya tokoh agama telah melaksanakan peran dan tanggungjawabnya dengan baik. Sedangkan hasil angket sosial kemasyakatan Di Desa Air Putih dengan nilai 67% dikategorikan Baik. Artinya Sosial masyarakatnya telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hasil analisis data dari korelasi tokoh agama terhadap sosial Kemasyarakatan memperoleh hasil sebesar 0,518. Hasil korelasi ini dikategori sedang dengan tingkat persentasinya sebesar 27%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sosial kemasyarakatan di pengaruhi oleh peran tokoh agama sebesar 27% saja sedangkan sosial kemasyarakatannya 73% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya

Increasing Autonomous Learning through Metacognitive Awareness

This article gives information about how metacognition awareness helps students monitor their own learning progress and take control of the learning in order to improve their learning performance. Reviewing research on metacognition awareness has several benefits. First, researchers who are interested in investigating metacognition awareness in language learning gain access to previews research findings which provides insights to conduct future research on metacognition awareness from different perspectives and theories. Secondly, language teachers can gain a clear understanding of metacognition awareness and metacognitive strategies for providing it to their learners alongside the results and conclusions from the previous studies. Finally, it is a ready-made reviews for those who are lack of the available studies on metacognition so that they have access to refer to the previous studies once they conduct further research on metacognition in foreign/second language learning
