    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan tunjuk ajar melayu tentang kepemimpinan dan karakter pemimpin berdasarkan persfektif budaya melayu menurut buku tunjuk ajar melayu karya Tenas Effendy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan, memahami dan menjelaskan data-data yang diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analyisis). Hasil penelitian ini ada lima belas karakter pemimpin berdasarkan tunjuk ajar melayu, yaitu beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah Swt, berilmu, bekerja keras, rajin dan tekun, bijaksana dan adil, jujur dan benar, memiliki kekuatan dan semangat, pemurah dan penyayang, ikhlas dan rela berkorban, terbuka dan berbaik sangka, santun dan rendah hati, amanah dan bertanggung jawab, berani dan tegas, hemat dan cermat, baik budi dan elok kelakuan, sederhana. &nbsp

    PENGARUH OPERATING CASH FLOW TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DI PERUSAHAAN BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh operating cash flow terhadap retrun saham perusahaan Badan usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menggunakan data time series periode tahun 2017-2021. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di BEI. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liniear sederhana. Retrun saham sebagai variabel dependen (Y) dan operating cash flow sebagai variabel independent melalui perhitungan cash flow (X1). Berdasarkan hasil uji t (parsial) untuk variabel current ratio yang merupakan proyeksi dari rasio likuiditas menunjukkan memiliki tingkat sig. tabel = 0,009 < (α) = 0,05, maka terdapat pengaruh cash flow terhadap retrun saham. Yang didapatkan hasil bahwa operating cahs flow berpengaruh terhadap retrun saham Syariah. Sedangkan penelitian ini bertentangan yang dilakukan Hasil dari operating cash flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap retrun saham Syariah.     The issue of learning Arabic vocabulary, the thing that need to be down is the seriousness of students in learning and teachers in teaching. Therefore it is necessary to use the right method in order to generate enthusiasm, interest, and motivation in learning arabic. One method that can be used in teaching languages, including the introduction of foreign languages, in through singing, because through this activity, children are not required to think. This research was conducted at the integrated Islamic middle School Ibu Harapan Bengkalis. The subjects of the study were eight grade pupils of the integrated Islamic middle school Ibu harapan Bengkalis, school years 2022/2023. The study uses a quantitative approach to the empirical research type. Wild the reasons design use is a quasi-experiment design research, in the form of a pretest-post test control group design. The data obtained by the author here was collected by observations, interviews, and documentation. There are three data analysis techniques that will use in this study, namely: data quality test, data validity test, data reliability test, prerequisite test, normaly test, homogeneity test, and partial T-test. And from the description, it can be seen that the use of the singing method can improve the comprehension of vocabulary for students in the integrated Islamic Middle School Ibu harapan Bengkalis

    Students at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-rosyidiyah Sungai Alam Bengkalis have a desire to learn Arabic, but they lack motivation in learning Arabic. This phenomenon is the biggest problem in the student learning process. So listening dictation methods are one method for improving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of listening dictation methods in teaching Arabic to eighth grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Sungai Apit and to determine the improvement in learning Arabic using listening dictation methods for eleven grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Sungai Apit. This research is a quantitative experiment, where this research uses tests and questionnaires, to collect data from samples, the data sources are teachers and eleven grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Sungai Apit. The results of this research: 1) the researcher himself applied listening dictation methods in teaching Arabic, the implementation was carried out well according to the basic concept of this method. 2) listening dictation methods in improving the learning outcomes of eighth grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Hidayah Sungai Apit, as for the process of increasing it gradually over time.Students at Madrasah Aliyah Ar-rosyidiyah Sungai Alam Bengkalis have a desire to learn Arabic, but they lack motivation in learning Arabic.     Supervision is one of the important things that must be done in education. The important role of supervision that focuses on the principles and objectives in Islamic education is increasingly significant in the face of dynamic changes in the world of education that continues to grow. This study aims to examine what is meant by supervision and supervision and its principles in the context of Islamic education to the objectives of educational supervision. The method used in this research is using Literature Review study or literature review by using data collection techniques in the form of quotations from various sources, such as books, scientific journal articles. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to detail and describe the relevant findings from the literature reviewed. The results show that the study of the principles of supervision in the context of education is as follows: (1) Scientific Principles, (2) Deliberative Principles, (3) Cooperative Principles, (4) Constructive Principles, (5) Principles of Responsibility, (6) Principles of Prudence in Decision Making. The targets of supervision and supervision in education are carried out in order to improve the quality of the learning process which includes: (1) Curriculum Development and Guidance, (2) Learning Improvement and Refinement, and, (3) Teacher and School Staff Resource Development. Pengawasan merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan dalam pendidikan. Peran penting pengawasan yang berfokus pada prinsip-prinsip dan sasaran dalam pendidikan Islam semakin terasa signifikan dalam menghadapi perubahan dinamis pada dunia pendidikan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apa yang dimaksud supervisi dan pengawasan serta prinsip-prinsipnya dalam konteks pendidikan islam hingga sasaran dari pengawasan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan studi Literature Review atau kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kutipan dari berbagai sumber, seperti buku, artikel jurnal ilimiah. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif untuk merinci dan menguraikan temuan yang relevan dari literatur yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa studi terhadap prinsip-prinsip pengawasan dalam konteks pendidikan ialah sebagai berikut: (1) Prinsip Ilmiah, (2) Prinsip Musyawarahy, (3) Prinsip Kooperatif, (4) Prinsip Konstruktif, (5) Prinsip Tanggung Jawab, (6) Prinsip Kehati-hatian dalam Pengambilan Keputusan. Therefore, it is not surprising that many aspects of Indonesian culture and civilization are now filled with Islamic nuances. However, many people don't know what the results of this combination of culture and language are. Therefore, this research aims to find out what influences are caused and the relationship between Arabic and Malay culture and language. This research uses the library research method (library), this method takes research sources that come from reviewing references, namely reading from books, journals, dictionaries and online media. The results of this research include the influence of Arabic in the Malay language which of course also had an influence on the course of life of Indonesian society in ancient times and to this day, especially for the Malay ethnic community.
