    Penelitian ini tentang ”Pengaruh Live Streaming Dan Content Marketing Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Pada Penggunna Platform Tiktok Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Kasus Pada Generasi Z Di Kota Jambi)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh live streaming dan content marketing terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada generasi Z di kota Jambi dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non probability dengan metode convenience sampling. Jumlah sample yang diambil sebanyak 112 responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Z di Kota Jambi yang berumur 14-28 tahun yang pernah berbelanja melalui platform e-commerce Tiktok. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 26 menggunakan regresi linear sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial live streaming (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, content marketing (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan e-money, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di shopee pada masyarakat kota jambi menurut perspektif ekonomi islam. Teknik penentuan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik accidental sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebesar 95 responden masyarakat kota Jambi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda karena variabel bebas lebih dari satu, yaitu e-money, promosi, dan kepercayaan. Software digunakan untuk olah data adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis sebagai berikut. Variabel dalam penelitian ini, yakni e-money, promosi, dan kepercayaan, secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee pada masyarakat Kota Jambi, seperti yang ditunjukkan pada uji hipotesis secara simultan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F-hitung 104.051 > F-tabel 2.70

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis nilai-nilai dakwah yang terkandung dalam praktik ethnoparenting (pola asuh berbasis etnis) pada masyarakat Melayu. Ethnoparenting bukan sekadar tradisi turun-temurun, melainkan merupakan instrumen dakwah yang efektif dalam menanamkan fondasi karakter religius sejak dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat dan orang tua, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap tradisi lisan seperti syair, pantun, dan petuah "Tunjuk Ajar Melayu". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dakwah ditanamkan secara halus (soft approach) melalui tiga dimensi utama. Pertama. Dimensi Akidah, melalui pengenalan kalimat tauhid dan puji-pujian kepada Allah dalam syair pengantar tidur. Kedua. Dimensi Syariah, melalui pembiasaan ibadah dan pengenalan "pantang larang" yang bersumber dari hukum Islam; dan Ketiga.  Dimensi Akhlak, melalui penekanan pada adab sopan santun dan penghormatan kepada orang tua. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ethnoparenting di masyarakat Melayu merupakan wujud akulturasi yang tuntas antara agama dan budaya, di mana setiap tahapan pengasuhan anak difungsikan sebagai media transmisi nilai-nilai Islam untuk membentuk generasi yang berakal budi dan berakhlakul karimah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis nilai-nilai dakwah yang terkandung dalam praktik ethnoparenting (pola asuh berbasis etnis) pada masyarakat Melayu.     The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Projected Motion Media at MTsN 1 Bengkalis, to determine the effectiveness of using Projected Motion Media to improve students' mastery of vocabulary at MTsN 1 Bengkalis. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental research type. The data collection techniques used are observation and testing. The number of research populations is 64 students. Then the class is determined as the experimental group and the control group. Thus, this study was determined class VII D with a sample of 32 students as the experimental group and class VII F with a sample of 32 children as the control group. This study uses a pretest-posttest control group design type. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing using Wilcoxon test analysis with data processing results <0.001 smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that "Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted".     This study discusses Islamic business ethics towards the behavior of affiliate actors in promotion on TikTok. The purpose of this study is to determine how the behavior of affiliate actors in promotion on TikTok and how Islamic business ethics towards the behavior of affiliate actors in promotion. This study includes field research with a qualitative approach, the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study include 3 affiliates, namely A. Siti Patimah, Syakila Safitri, and Sulviana, the object of this study is Islamic business ethics in the promotional activities of affiliate actors on TikTok. The data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that (1) In conducting promotions, the three affiliates prioritize the authenticity of the content used, as well as in product selection, they tend to be selective and have certain considerations to ensure that the promoted product does not harm the audience, while in delivering information, they prioritize clarity & appropriateness of information, they also apply special strategies to support the progress of their affiliates. (2) The behavior of the three affiliates shows compliance with the principles of Islamic business ethics. In this case, siddiq is shown by the use of original promotional content, amanah is shown by responsibility in product selection, tabligh is shown by the delivery of clear and appropriate information, and fathonah is shown by the application of smart promotional strategies.  Penelitian ini membahas etika bisnis Islam terhadap perilaku pelaku afiliasi dalam promosi di tiktok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku pelaku afiliasi dalam promosi di tiktok serta bagaimana etika bisnis Islam terhadap perilaku pelaku afiliasi dalam promosi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 3 orang affiliator yaitu A. Siti Patimah, Syakila Safitri, dan Sulviana, objek dari penelitian ini adalah etika bisnis Islam dalam kegiatan promosi pelaku afiliasi di tiktok. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dalam melakukan promosi, ketiga affiliator mengutamakan keaslian konten yang digunakan, begitupula dalam pemilihan produk, mereka cenderung selektif dan memiliki pertimbangan tertentu untuk memastikan produk yang dipromosikan tidak merugikan audiens, adapun dalam penyampaian informasi, mereka mengedepankan kejelasan & kesesuaian informasi, mereka juga menerapkan strategi-strategi khusus untuk mendukung kemajuan afiliasinya. (2) Perilaku ketiga affiliator menunjukkan kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Dalam hal ini, siddiq ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan konten promosi yang asli, amanah ditunjukkan dengan tanggung jawab dalam pemilihan produk, tabligh ditunjukkan dengan penyampaian informasi yang jelas dan sesuai, dan fathonah ditunjukkan dengan penerapan strategi-strategi promosi yang cerdas

    This study explores the Shafi’i jurisprudential perspective, particularly regarding the buying and selling of shares by children who are still underage. The buying and selling of shares constitutes a social enterprise or cooperation between two or more shareholders with a specific purpose, wherein each party contributes funds with the promise that they will share both profits and risks collectively. Through this, the researcher hopes to provide benefits and serve as a reference for shareholders. The research method employed is field research, which encompasses all occurrences in the field to extract and examine data relevant to the study. The approach taken in this research utilizes qualitative research methods. Based on the conclusions of this study, from the perspective of the Shafi’i school of jurisprudence, the buying and selling of shares conducted by a child who is still underage or has not yet reached puberty falls into the category of being discouraged or invalid, even if it is permitted by their parents or guardians

    This research is motivated by the rapid development of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector in Indonesia, which is supported by government policies as stated in Law Number 20 of 2008. Even though UMKM contribute significantly to the economy, there are still challenges in financial management. faced by business actors, especially in weaving craft centers in Bengkalis. This research aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial management behavior among weaving UMKM in Bengkalis from a sharia economic perspective. The method used is a quantitative descriptive study with primary data collection through closed questionnaires which are analyzed using statistical techniques. The research results show that financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on the financial management behavior of weaving craftsmen. Financial knowledge shows tcount 6.827 (significance 0.000), financial attitude tcount 2.636 (significance 0.011), and the combination of both F count 37.356 (significance 0.000). The R Square value of 0.624 shows that 62.4% of financial management behavior is influenced by financial knowledge and attitudes, the remaining 37.6% by other factors.     This research article evaluates the Arabic textbook "Ta'limul Lugotil Arobiyyah" for Class X in the context of the 2013 Curriculum. This research highlights the importance of Arabic as a global language, particularly in Islamic education, and emphasizes the need for effective teaching materials to improve student learning outcomes. The analysis focuses on the textbook's alignment with the curriculum standards, the appropriateness of its content and exercises, and the overall involvement of students in the learning process. The findings show that the textbooks meet several quality criteria and are relevant to student development, although improvements are still needed in areas such as visual presentation, image alignment with content, and consistency of competency indicators. The research method used is descriptive, aiming to describe phenomena with description and validation. This research is relevant, scientific, and specific to factual data. Data collection techniques through literature studies include searching, classification, processing, and interpretation of data, allowing effective information analysis to support research.     This study analyzes the transaction of buying and selling through the Blibli.com Marketplace. Consumer protection at Blibli.com is not in accordance with the terms and conditions determined by Blibli.com. The research method used is a type of empirical legal research that is qualitative based on literature review (library research). The primary data source in this study was through interviews with Blibli.com marketplace users. The results of the study of consumer protection in transactions in the marketplace from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law, according to the perspective of Islamic law, there needs to be truth and accuracy of information when a business actor promotes their merchandise. An agreement is invalid if one party is in a forced state or also feels deceived, consumer rights are also protected in Islamic law and there are principles that are used as guidelines in conducting transactions in carrying out business activities. This is reinforced through the perspective of positive law in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the rights and obligations of consumers in articles 4 and 7 of the Consumer Protection Law. Consumer protection at Blibli.com is not in accordance with the terms and conditions determined by Blibli.com. There are still many complaints when shopping on E-commerce. One of them is because the goods purchased did not arrive and the money disappeared, even the goods ordered did not match the description when this online transaction occurred. Therefore, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection regulates consumer rights and obligations. The problem formulation in this research is how to protect consumer transactions at Blibli.com and how Positive Law and Islamic Law review transactions at Blibli.com. The research method used is a qualitative type of empirical legal research based on library research. The primary data source in this research is through interviews with Blibli.com marketplace users. Secondary data is obtained through two events, namely directly or indirectly, such as literature studies, for example collecting data from previous research papers. The data collection techniques used were interviews, literature studies and library research. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research on consumer protection in transactions in the marketplace from an Islamic law and positive law perspective, according to an Islamic law perspective, there needs to be truth and accuracy of information when a business actor promotes his merchandise.     Desain Karakter untuk Board Game Edukasi Burung Endemik

    Indonesia possesses a rich in natural resources, including the presence of various endemic bird species. However, there endemic birds are currently facinng serious threats due to widespread habitat destruction and illegal wildlife trade. This condition necessitates increased public attention and awareness from an early age. To foster such awareness, it is necessary to develop educational media that are attractive and aligned with children’s interest. This study aims to design characters for an educational board game with the theme of conserving and introducing endemic birds, targeted at children age 13-15 years. The method used in this study are qualitative annd quantitative. The study resulted in the creation of four main characters, Pak Damar (Forest Ranger), Mbak Rani (Bird Researcher), Mas Budi (Environmental Activist), and Dokter Tari (Wildlife Veterinarian), each design based on children’s visual preferences. The characters developed for this board game are expected to provide an enjoyable learninng experience while enhancinng early awareness of endemic bird conservation among young audiences.Indonesia memiliki kekayaan alam yang beragam, salah satunya adalah keberadaan dari burung-burung endemiknya. Namun, keberadaan burung endemik saat ini sedang menghadapi ancaman serius akibat banyaknya aksi perusakan habitat dan perdagangan ilegal. Kondisi ini tentunya membutuhkan perhatian dan kesadaran dari masyarakat yang bisa ditanamkan sejak dini. Untuk menumbuhkan kesadarann tersebut diperlukan media edukasi yang menarik dan sesuai dengan minat anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang karakter dalam board game edukasi dengan tema pelestarian dan pengenalan burung endemik untuk anak usia 13-15 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah empat karakter utama yang terdiri dari, Pak Damar (Polisi Hutan), Mbak Rani (Peneliti Burung), Mas Budi (Aktivis Lingkungan), dan Dokter Tari (Dokter Satwa Liar) yang dirancang sesuai dengan preferensi visual anak-anak. Karakter board game ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran yang menyennangkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pelestarian burung endemik.   Kata kunci: karakter, board game, edukasi, burung endemi
