Effect of Logistics Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention towards Mya Kyun Mandaing Trading Company Limited (Ye Naung, 2025)
This study aims to analyze the effect of logistics service quality on customer
retention and to analyzes the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship
between logistics service quality and customer retention of Mya Kyun Mandaing Trading
Company Limited. There are 51 customers who have the purchasing experience from
Mya Kyun Mandaing Trading Company Limited. The data gathered from 51 retailers by
using online questionnaire survey method with structured questionnaires. The census
sampling method used to collect the primary data. According to the regression analysis,
both timeliness and information quality have significant positive effect on customer
retention. Furthermore, the analysis indicates that customer satisfaction mediates the
relationship between timeliness and customer retention, as well as between information
quality and customer retention. The company should optimize supply chain operations
and implement real-time tracking systems to ensure timely deliveries and minimize
customer uncertainty
Factors Affecting Organizational Trust, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance in M Pride Distribution Company Limited (Aung Htet Saw, 2025)
This study aims to examine factors affecting organizational trust, to analyze the mediating effect of organizational trust on the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job performance in M Pride Distribution Company Limited. The company has a total of 134 employees, and a sample size of 100 respondents has been determined using the Raosoft sample size calculator. The sample is selected through a simple random sampling method. An online survey method is used to collect the data. The survey instrument includes a 5-point Likert scale to measure perceptions and attitudes related to trust, culture, and job satisfaction. For analysis, both descriptive statistics and regression analysis are applied to explain the findings. In addition, secondary data are collected from various academic and professional sources including textbooks, research articles, websites, international dissertations, and local MBA research papers available in the library.The results reveal that concern for employees, openness and honesty, and identification have significant and positive effect on organizational trust, The findings also demonstrate that organizational trust acts as a mediator on the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. Additionally, it is confirmed that job satisfaction has significant and positive effect on job performance. To strengthen performance and satisfaction, it is recommended that M Pride Distribution Company Limited. should enhance transparent communication, foster a caring leadership style, and align company values with those of employees
Factors Influencing Teacher Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of FLOWERS Special Education Centre (Ei Mon Thant, 2025)
This study aims to investigate the factors that affect teacher self-efficacy, evaluate how teacher self-efficacy impacts job satisfaction, analyze how job satisfaction influences turnover intention, and examine the moderating role of organizational commitment on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention at FLOWERS Special Education Centre. The research employs both primary and secondary data. The sample size consists of 103 out of 140 teachers at FLOWERS Education Centre. The sample size is calculated using the Yamane formula. Both primary and secondary information is utilized. Primary data is gathered via an online survey technique employing a structured questionnaire that utilizes a 5-point Likert scale. Secondary data is gathered from prior research studies, textbooks, websites, and institutional documentation. The study utilizes descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. The regression analysis shows that training courses negatively and significantly impact teacher self-efficacy, while a teacher's attitude, teaching experience, and academic qualifications positively and significantly influence teacher self-efficacy. Teacher self-efficacy positively influences job satisfaction, while job satisfaction negatively impacts turnover intention. Organizational commitment does not influence the connection between job satisfaction and intentions to leave. It ought to frequently assess teachers to pinpoint the exact difficulties they encounter in the classroom and utilize this information to create courses. The special education center ought to focus on recruiting teachers with practical experience and nurturing educators to evolve into adaptable, empathetic, and informed professionals
A Study on the Vehicle Importer's Perception of One-Stop Service in Yangon ( Zarne Win, 2025)
The purpose of this study is to examine vehicle importers’ perceptions of the
service quality of the One Stop Service (OSS) in Yangon using the SERVQUAL model.
A structured survey was conducted with 300 vehicle importers from January to March
2025, assessing customer satisfaction across five dimensions: tangibility, reliability,
responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study applied a simple random sampling
method and utilized descriptive analysis for data evaluation. The findings indicated that
assurance and empathy perform better than the other service attributes. Additionally,
importers expressed moderate satisfaction with reliability and responsiveness factors,
while showing lower satisfaction regarding the tangibility of physical assets provided
by the OSS section. The results also highlight that vehicle importers are generally
satisfied with the services offered by OSS Yangon. However, some importers reported
concerns related to customs officers’ conduct and their understanding of tariff
classifications and rules of origin. These findings imply that all five dimensions of OSS
service quality must be adequately addressed in order to ensure overall importer
satisfaction. Enhancing these factors can help improve service delivery and importer
compliance with OSS procedure
Effect of Leadership and IT Infrastructure Flexibility on Organizational Agility and Competitive Advantage at ATG Systems Co., Ltd. (Kyaw Zin Thant, 2025)
This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership and IT infrastructure flexibility on organizational agility and to examine the effect of organizational agility on competitive advantage at ATG Systems Co., Ltd. Both primary and secondary data are used in the study. The population includes 158 employees as of September 2024, across functional areas such as IT, management, and operations at ATG Systems Co., Ltd. The Raosoft sample size calculator is used to determine the sample size of 113 employees. A simple random sampling method is applied to collect the primary data. Primary data is collected through an online survey using a structured questionnaire designed with a 5-point Likert scale. Secondary data are gathered from textbooks, academic journals, and credible online platforms. The online survey is conducted in the second week of February 2025 and is concluded after approximately 15 days, at the end of February 2025. Descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are employed to analyze the data. The findings reveal that leadership and IT infrastructure flexibility have positive significant effect on organizational agility. It is also found that organizational agility, responsiveness and competency have positive significant effect on the competitive advantage: cost advantage, quality advantage, and innovation advantage at ATG Systems Co., Ltd. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that ATG Systems Co., Ltd. continue investing in leadership development programs that focus on improving decision-making speed, empowering employees, and promoting continuous professional development
Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Towards Digital Banking Services of UAB Bank (Min Khant, 2025)
The aims of the study are to analyze the effect of service quality on customer
satisfaction and to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer towards
digital banking services provided by uab Bank Ltd. Quantitative research method and
descriptive statistics are used to achieved these aims. Both primary and secondary data
are utilized to conduct this study. Multiple regression analysis is used in this study. As
a sample size,327 corporate digital banking user who made transactions at uab bank are
selected by using simple random sampling method. The secondary data are collected
from various sources such as previous research papers, journals and related text books.
Concerning the service quality variables, the study showed that bank image,
trustworthiness and responsiveness had a positive and significant effect on customers
satisfaction towards digital banking services of uab Bank. When the effect of customer
satisfaction on customer was analyzed, it was found that there was a positive and
significant effect of customer satisfaction on towards digital banking services provided
by uab Bank. Therefore, the higher level of bank image, interest rate and responsiveness
positively affected customer satisfaction and consequently led to hiring purchase
customers towards digital banking services provided by uab. As a specific suggestion,
uab Bank should focus on enhancing service quality through its employees, particularly
by fostering trustworthiness and ensuring processes that give customers a sense of
security when using digital banking services
Effect of Salesman Behavior on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty towards WiNn Mobile Yangon (Ni Ni Aye, 2025)
This study aims to examine how salesperson behavior influences customer satisfaction and investigate the mediating role of customer trust in the connection between customer satisfaction and loyalty toward WiNn Mobile Yangon. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. The population being unknown, the sample size calculated is 377 using Raosoft. A total of 377 customers are chosen using the systematic sampling approach. Primary data are gathered from every fifth customer entering WiNn Mobile Yangon stores in May 2025 through personal interviews. A structured questionnaire employing a 5-point Likert scale is utilized to gather primary data through an online survey method. Data collected includes secondary information from WiNn Mobile Yangon, earlier research articles, websites, and textbooks. Descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are utilized to evaluate the data. The research indicates that ethical conduct, attentive listening, and a focus on customers positively and significantly influence customer satisfaction. Results further suggest that customer trust mediates the connection between customer satisfaction and loyalty at WiNn Mobile Yangon. According to the results, WiNn Mobile Yangon ought to implement ongoing training sessions focusing on active listening, effective questioning, and empathy to enable sales personnel to accurately identify customers' genuine needs before suggesting products
Factors Affecting Access to Finance and Growth of SMEs’ Loans from MAB Bank” (Aye Aye Mon, 2025)
This study aims to explore the financial access factors influencing SMEs, assess the impact of financial access on SME growth, and evaluate the moderating role of financial literacy in the connection between financial access and SME growth. Both primary and secondary data are employed. A sample size of 161 out of 269 customers is determined using the Yamane formula. The respondents are selected using the simple random sampling method. Information is gathered via structured surveys employing a 5-point Likert scale. Primary data is gathered using the online survey approach. Secondary data is sourced from scholarly literature and institutional references. Descriptive statistics and regression techniques are utilized to examine the data. This research indicates that firm traits, borrowing costs, and knowledge of funding opportunities positively and significantly influence access to finance. Additionally, access to funding positively impacts the growth of SMEs. It is also discovered that financial literacy does not moderate the relationship between access to finance and the growth of SMEs. MAB bank needs to enhance its current digital framework by creating a specific “SME Loan Center” webpage that features all credit offerings, including side-by-side comparisons of terms, interest rates, and loan amounts. MAB bank ought to launch the MAB SME Toolkit App, enabling SMEs to upload monthly sales, expenses, and payroll digitally while automatically producing income statements. In addition, MAB bank ought to proactively engage in financial education and outreach for SMEs to tackle the information and knowledge deficit regarding financing options that complicates borrowing. Factors Affecting Festival Tourism Development in Myanmar (Case Study Ata Thingyan Festival) (Zar Yin Yin Win, 2025)
This study aims to analyze the factors affecting festival tourism
development in Myanmar with a focus on the Ata Thingyan Festival as a
case study. It examines responses from 385 individuals from Generation
Z, who are a key demographic responsible for the future development of
tourism in Myanmar. The simple random sampling method was applied,
and the data were analyzed using a quantitative research method. The
regression analysis indicates that all five variables economic benefits,
social benefits, cultural benefits, environmental concern, and community
engagement have a significant effect on festival tourism development in
Myanmar. The regression analyze shows that community engagement
and economic benefits are the strongest factors affecting the involvement
of local communities in successful festival tourism. Environmental
concern also contributes meaningfully and shows that Generation Z is
aware of environmental issues. Interestingly, the analysis shows that
while social benefits and cultural benefits the less significant still have
positive effects on the development of festival tourism. This study
highlights that festival tourism, like Atā Thingyan has the potential to
contribute to the development of Myanmar’s tourism sector by
integrating economic, social, and cultural dimensions with environmental
sustainability and community engagement through festivals as a
significant driving force for national tourism development
Factors Influencing Consumer Buying Decision Towards GBS Compound Fertilizer (Nay Win Aung, 2025)
This study investigates the factors influencing consumer buying decisions
towards GBS compound fertilizer in Myanmar. The study focuses on five key
elements of the marketing mix: product, price, place, promotion, and social influence.
Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 385 respondents
using a structured questionnaire. The study employed multiple regression analysis and
correlation techniques to explore how these factors shape consumer buying decision
in the agricultural sector. The results revealed that social influence was the most
significant factor, affecting consumer buying decisions, with peer recommendations
and community endorsements playing a dominant role. Price also emerges as a critical
factor, highlighting the cost sensitivity among agricultural consumers. In addition,
place positively influences decisions, underscoring the importance of distribution
channels and accessibility. Conversely, product and promotion factors did not
demonstrate statistically significant effects, suggesting that farmers tend to prioritize
affordability and social cues over brand features or advertising efforts. These findings
provide valuable insights for Good Brothers Chemical Co., Ltd. and other
stakeholders in the agricultural sector, helping them optimize their marketing
strategies by focusing on pricing, distribution channels, and leveraging social
influence for better market penetration
