Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty of Insurance Services Provided By KBZMS ( Aung Aung, 2025)
This study examines the service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer
loyalty of the insurance services provided by KBZMS General Insurance. The
research analyzes five dimensions of service quality as tangibility, reliability,
assurance, responsiveness, and empathy to determine the effect of service quality on
customer satisfaction and, subsequently, to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction
on customer loyalty. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 384
policyholders, and the findings were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple
regression analysis. The results indicate that reliability has the most strongly
influences customer satisfaction, emphasizing the role of consistency, accuracy, and
dependability in insurance services. Assurance has a significant positive effect on
customer satisfaction, highlighting the importance of trust, professionalism, and
transparency in policy explanations and claims processing. Tangibility further
contributes to customer perceptions of service quality, as the physical appearance of
facilities, staff professionalism, and functionality of digital platforms enhance
customer experience. While responsiveness is positively associated with customer
satisfaction, it is not statistically significant, suggesting that prompt service alone does
not necessarily drive satisfaction. Similarly, empathy was found to have an
insignificant effect, indicating that while personalized interactions are valued, they do
not strongly influence overall satisfaction. Furthermore, the study confirms a strong
and significant effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, with satisfied
customers being more likely to continue using KBZMS services, recommend the
company to others, and maintain long-term policy renewals. These findings suggest
that KBZMS should focus on strengthening assurance, ensuring reliable service
delivery, and enhancing the physical aspects of service to improve customer
satisfaction and loyalty. The study provides recommendations for streamlining claims
processing, improving transparency in customer communication, leveraging digital
solutions, and implementing customer retention strategies. Future research should
explore additional factors such as pricing, convenience, and digital engagement to
gain a more comprehensive understanding of customer satisfaction and loyalty in the
insurance industry

This study examines the effect of sales training practices on salesperson
performance at KBZMS General Insurance Co., Ltd. While sales training is recognized
as an important factor in enhancing performance, limited research has explored its
specific impact within insurance sector in Myanmar. This study addresses this gap by
analyzing survey data from 345 sales professionals using a simple random sampling
method. A structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was used to assess
perceptions of salesperson on training effectiveness. Multiple regression analysis was
conducted to examine the connection between training needs analysis, training design,
training delivery, and training evaluation with salesperson performance. The findings
indicate that all four training components significantly influence salesperson
performance, with training evaluation having the strongest impact. However, training
delivery shows a weaker effect, suggesting a need for more engaging and adaptive
training formats. To enhance sales training effectiveness, KBZMS General Insurance
Co., Ltd should strengthen training evaluation with a continuous feedback system,
ensure thorough assessment of training needs, and optimize training delivery by
incorporating a blend of in-person and digital methods. Future research should explore
the long-term impact of training evaluation, refine methods for identifying skill gaps,
and examine the effectiveness of hybrid training models across different sales channels.

reduction and management (DRRM) strategies and to assess household awareness and
community participation in DRRM activities in Tachileik District, Eastern Shan State.
Using a descriptive method, and primary data were collected through a structured
questionnaire survey from 399 respondents selected from simple random sampling
method across three wards and three villages in Tachileik District. The findings revealed

over increasing disaster frequency. One notable strength of the community is its
proactive attitude, as many families have developed preparedness plans and
demonstrated strong engagement in awareness promotion and recovery activities.
However, weaknesses were also identified, including low levels of participation in
disaster simulations and preparedness training, limited inclusion of vulnerable groups in
planning processes, and insufficiently developed early warning systems. While mobile
phones and television serve as primary alert mechanisms, reliance on digital media may
exclude marginalized populations, underscoring the need for inclusive communication
strategies. Community perception of DRRM programs was moderately positive, with appreciation for local meetings and communication efforts, but limited knowledge of evacuation infrastructure and national policy implementation was evident
