Effect of Information System on Organizational Results of Electricity Supply Enterprise (Ei Phyu Zar Win, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to analyze the effect of information system on user satisfaction and to analyze the effect of user satisfaction on organizational results at Electricity Supply Enterprise. Primary and secondary data are applied in this study. There are 279 employees who are using AMI system in Electricity Supply Enterprise in 2025. The sample size is 162 determined using the Raosoft sample size calculator, with a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error. Primary data are collected through structured questionnaires and interviews from 162 randomly selected respondents out of 279 employees, using the simple random sampling method, by using structured questionnaires and personal interview method. Secondary data are obtained from internal reports, previous research, and official documents from the Electricity Supply Enterprise. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and regression analysis are applied to examine the relationship between the system quality dimensions and user satisfaction, as well as their contribution to organizational results. The findings reveal that under system quality, training, ease of use, documentation, and system speed have positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. For information quality, accuracy, content, and timeliness speed have positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Regarding service quality, perceived content control, trust, personalization, and web design have positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. In turn, user satisfaction positively influences organizational results by contributing to greater operational efficiency and service delivery. The Electricity Supply Enterprise’s focus on reliability, timely information, support, and training strengthens user confidence and overall performance
Factors Influencing Myanmar Tourist Decisions Toward Traveling to Europe (May Nilar Aung, 2025)
This study examines the factors influencing Myanmar Tourist Decisions toward
traveling to Europe, focusing on three primary variables: travel motivations, marketing
influences, and destination attributes. The study used a quantitative research approach,
collected primary data through structured questionnaires from 273 Myanmar tourists who
visited Europe during 2024 travel season. The findings reveal that travel motivations,
marketing influences, and destination attributes are statistically influence on the tourist
decisions. Marketing Influences had the strongest effect, followed by destination
Attributes and Travel Motivations. Based on these findings, the important suggestion for
the tourism stakeholders are to offer attractive, well-organized European tour packages
with seasonal promotions and professional staff support. Promotions should highlight
Europe’s unique experiences, high-quality accommodations, and convenient transport.
Marketing efforts should appeal to tourists’ emotions, especially the desire to escape
routine and explore new cultures and experiences. These strategies can effectively align
with the psychological needs and destination preferences that drive the decisions of
Myanmar tourists
Integrated Marketing Communications, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Towards Royal D Soft Drink (Phyo Min Soe, 2025)
This study examines the effect of integrated marketing communications (IMC)
and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the context of Royal D Soft Drink in
Myanmar. In this study, the simple random sampling method is used to select 385
consumers through structured questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis was used to
analyze the effect of IMC components on customer satisfaction and its effect on
customer loyalty. The results of this study demonstrate that Integrated Marketing
Communications (IMC) for Royal D soft drink positively influence customer loyalty.
Additionally, the study confirms that customer satisfaction has a strong and
significant effect on enhancing customer loyalty toward Royal D soft drink in
Myanmar. The findings demonstrate that IMC elements contribute variably to
customer satisfaction, personal selling emerged as the most influential factor,
followed by public relations. Digital marketing channels, including social media and
direct marketing showed significant on customer satisfaction. The study identifies
several opportunities for Royal D to strengthen its marketing communications. The
findings suggest that Royal D benefits from rebalancing its integrated marketing
communications, placing greater emphasis on building lasting customer loyalty rather
than relying heavily on short-term promotional tactics. Recommendations include
developing more corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance brand trust,
investing in comprehensive sales team training programs, and implementing more
sophisticated digital marketing strategies to engage younger consumers
Customer Engagement, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Sein Chuu Hotel, Pyin Oo Lwin (Soe Ei Ei Tun, 2025)
This study aims to examine the effect of customer engagement on customer
satisfaction and to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at
Sein Chuu Hotel, Pyin Oo Lwin. A quantitative research approach was employed; the
survey data was collected from 110 returning guests between April 2024 and April 2025.
Customer engagement was assessed across three dimensions: Cognitive, Emotional, and
Behavioral Engagement. Finding indicates that both cognitive and emotional engagement
significantly affect customer satisfaction, which can strongly influence customer loyalty.
This study emphasizes the importance of personalized service, consistent quality, and
family-oriented experience in maintaining lasting customer relationships. Strategic
implications for hotel managers include enhancing emotional connection, tailoring services
to guest preferences, and proactive feedback engagement. These recommendations could
be helpful in providing practical guidance for Sein Chuu Hotel and similar hospitality
businesses aiming to improve customer retention and build long-term loyalty
Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty on Appeton Products Among Customer (Thiri Hsu Latt, 2025)
This study aims to examine how brand-related factors: brand awareness, brand
benevolence, brand competency, brand credibility, and brand image influence brand
trust, and to analyze how brand trust, in turn, affects customer loyalty toward Appeton
health supplement products in Yangon, Myanmar. Structured questionnaires were
distributed to 384 Appeton customers selected through a systematic sampling method.
The findings reveal that all five brand-related factors have a statistically significant
positive effect on brand trust. In particular, brand image has the largest influence on
brand trust followed by brand benevolence, brand credibility, brand competence and
brand awareness. Additionally, brand trust has a positive influence on brand loyalty,
reinforcing its importance in shaping consumer behavior. The study suggests that
Appeton should focus on strengthening its brand image, ensuring transparent and
reliable communication, and maintaining a customer-first approach. Moreover,
Appeton should enhance its brand image by maintaining its current position itself as a
premium health supplement brand
The Effect of Pricing Strategies on Consumer Purchase Decision at AA Medical Products ltd. (Nay Htet Aung, 2025)
The main objective of this study is effect of pricing strategies influence
customer purchase decisions at AA Medical Products Ltd., Myanmar leading
pharmaceutical distributor. The research employs a quantitative research
methodology, collecting survey data from 92 customers selected through simple
random sampling at the Taunggyi Branch, Shan State Region. Using a structured
questionnaire with Likert-scale measurements, the study evaluates five key pricing
approaches: competitive, skimming, discount, psychological, and bundle pricing. Data
analysis incorporates descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple
regression techniques to assess the relationships between pricing strategies and
consumer purchase decisions.
The regression analysis reveals that bundle pricing and skimming pricing
significant positive effect on purchase decisions. Among them, bundle pricing is most
significant indicating customers strongly prefer value-added product combinations.
Skimming pricing also shows a notable impact, suggesting consumers associate
higher initial prices with superior quality for innovative medical products. While
discount pricing demonstrates a moderate influence, its strong correlation confirms its
role in driving immediate purchases through perceived savings. The findings highlight
customers decision-making process as being most responsive to strategies that
enhance perceived value, with bundle pricing achieving the highest correlation and
discount pricing receiving the highest mean rating for effectiveness
Brand Attachment and Brand Loyalty at Myanmar Post Telecommunication (MPT) (Hsu Nandar Than Htay, 2025)
This study aims to examine the relationships among brand experience, brand
trust, brand attachment, and brand loyalty within the context of a leading
telecommunications provider in Myanmar. Adopting a quantitative research approach,
the study seeks to examine how these four constructs interact to influence customer
loyalty. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and participants were
selected through a purposive sampling random sampling method, focusing on existing
users of the telecom service. The results reveal that brand experience, brand trust and
brand attachment have positive influences on brand loyalty, while brand experience and
brand trust also influence on brand attachment. Specifically, brand experience has a
positive influence on brand attachment. Brand trust demonstrates a stronger impact on
brand attachment. Furthermore, brand attachment has a direct and highly significant
influence on brand loyalty. In contrast, brand experience does not show a few levels of
effect on brand loyalty. Among the variables, brand attachment is identified as the most
influential factor driving brand loyalty. These findings demonstrate that fostering strong
emotional connections through brand relationship practices is essential to enhancing
customer loyalty. Therefore, MPT should implement strategies aimed at improving the
overall customer experience and reinforcing brand trust, which in turn will deepen
customer attachment
The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Customer Loyalty Toward KBZMS General Insurance (Khin Mon Mon Myint , 2025)
This study aims to analyze the relationship between Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and customer loyalty towards KBZMS in Yangon,
Myanmar. Employing a quantitative research method, data were collected through a
structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale to measure perceptions of social,
legal, ethical, and economic responsibility alongside customer loyalty. A simple
random sampling method was used in this study. Both primary data and secondary
data were used in this study. The sampling method is Yamane’s (1967) sampling
formula of the population. The findings reveal that legal and ethical responsibility
received the highest positive perception, and all CSR dimensions showed significant
correlations with customer loyalty, with social responsibility demonstrating the
strongest association. The social, legal, and ethical responsibilities as the most
significant effect on customer loyalty, while economic responsibility had a minimal
effect. Based on these results, it is recommended that KBZMS prioritize enhancing its
social CSR initiatives and improve communication regarding its economic
contributions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty. Integrating CSR efforts with
customer experience management is also advised to foster sustainable, long-term
relationships
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at UMH Co., Ltd (Khin Yadanar Soe, 2025)
The main objectives of the study are the effect of customer satisfaction on
customer effect and the loyalty of influencing factors on customer satisfaction at
UMH Co., Ltd. A quantitative research method was used, with data collected from
128 customers using a simple random sampling method. The statistical analysis
included descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression analyses are used in this
study. The findings found that all the independent variables: product quality, pricing,
delivery, process, brand image, and promotion are correlated with customer
satisfaction. In regression analysis delivery, brand image, promotion are statistically
significant effect on customer satisfaction. Among them, brand image the most
significant effect. Furthermore, client satisfaction statistically significant influence on
customer loyalty. According to find the results, UMH should do every effort to
increase customer satisfaction not just as a short-term goal, but as a direct strategic
investment in long-term customer loyalty and profitability. The findings are useful for
UMH Co., Ltd. and other businesses looking to improve customer interactions and
gain an advantage with uPVC customers
A Geographical Study on Population Distribution and Density of Sagaing
This research studied on population distribution and density of Sagaing.Sagaing is located in the southern part of Sagaing Region.It consists of 23wards and has a total area of about 12.61 square mile. According to 2023 population data, The total population was 92,656 persons.The population distribution can be divided in to three groups (i)Hight population group (ii)Medium population group (iii)Low population group. The density of population in Sagaing was 7,342 Persons per square mile.Myo Thit was the highest density of population with 33,871 persons per square mile and Pa Da Myar was the lowest density of population with 1,488 persons per square mile.In this research population distribution of Sagaing are studied base on the census of 1973,1983,2014,2018 and 2023.Population growth rate is analyzed by using Clarke, John(1968)
