Factors Affecting Organizational Commitment on Job Performance towards Wynn & Htoo Group Ltd (Tin Htun Win, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to analyze the factors affecting organizational commitment and to analyze the mediating effect of overall job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance of Wynn & Htoo Group Ltd. Sample size is calculated by Yamane’s Formula. Both primary and secondary data are collected from 115 out of 162 employees of Wynn & Htoo Group by simple random sampling method. Structured questionnaire with 5-point Likert scale is used to collect the primary data by online survey method. Secondary data are obtained from records of Wynn & Htoo Group Ltd, previous research papers, textbooks, websites and other related information resources. Descriptive statistics and liner regression analysis are applied to analyze the data. The study finds that talent management practice and career planning system have positive significant effect on organizational commitment. The results further reveals that there is a mediating effect of overall job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance. Based on the findings, Wynn & Htoo Group Ltd should offer clear career paths, development opportunities, and a sense of growth, organizations can cultivate a more engaged and loyal workforce. It should also establish clear, transparent promotion criteria, base opportunities on merit, provide regular feedback, and ensure open communication about opportunities
Internal Audit Effectiveness and Operation Efficiency of KBZMS General Insurance Company Limited (May Thinn Khaing, 2025)
The study aims to analyze the influencing factors of internal audit effectiveness and to
analyze the effect of internal audit effectiveness on operation efficiency. Quantitative
research method is used in this study. The study primarily focuses on five independent
variables namely independence of internal audit, skill and knowledge, big data
analytics, risk-based plan and management support which are considered potential
factors of internal audit effectiveness. To achieve the study objectives, both primary
and secondary data are used. The primary data was collected through a questionnaire
distributed to a total of 100 respondents. These participants were selected through
simple random sampling from the employee who participated in the internal audit
process at KBZMS. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to
identify the effect among variables. The findings expressed that independent of
internal audit, skill and knowledge, risk-based plan, big-data analytics and
management support have statistically significant and positive effect on internal audit
effectiveness. Among them, independence of internal audit influence on internal audit
effectiveness above the moderate level. Furthermore, the results confirm that internal
audit effectiveness has an above average impact on the operational efficiency of
KBZMS. Based on these insights, it is recommended that the internal audit
department should maintain its independence to ensure more effective audit
processes, thereby contributing to improved operational efficiency within the
organization
Effect of Human Resource Practices on Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance of Rangoon Tea House Group, Ltd (Mya Nandar Aung, 2025)
The objectives of the study are to examine the effect of human resource practices
on organizational commitment, to analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the
relationship between human resource practices and organizational commitment and to
analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This study
uses both primary and secondary data. The population consists of 120 respondents and
the sample size is 85 respondents, calculated using the Raosoft sample size calculator. A
simple random sampling method is used to select 85 respondents from the total
population. Primary data is collected using a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point
Likert scale through an online survey. Secondary data is gathered from Rangoon Tea
House Group, Ltd official report, business research articles, the previous research paper,
journals, text books, thesis and internet website. Descriptive statistics and regression
analysis are used to analyze the data. According to the results, recruitment and selections,
social support, work environment and health and workplace safety have positive and
significant effect on organizational commitment. According to the regression results, job
satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between recruitment and selections,
social support, work environment and health and workplace safety on organizational
commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance. The findings highlight that the Rangoon Tea House
Group, Ltd should focuses on fostering and strengthening the mission and consistency
aspects of its human resource practices to enhance organizational commitment and
improve overall employee performance
Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Firm Performance of Elan Logistics Solutions Ltd (Ei Mar Hlaing, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to examine the factors affecting customer satisfaction and to analyze the mediating effect of customer loyalty on the relationship between customer satisfaction and firm performance of Elan Logistics Solutions Ltd. To calculate the sample size, Raosoft sample size calculator is used. A sample size of this study is 94 out of 124 customers through simple random sampling method. Primary data are collected with online survey method. Secondary data are gathered from previous research papers, websites, textbooks, and information provided by Elan Logistics Solutions Ltd. Both descriptive statistics and regression analysis are applied for data analysis. Regression results indicate that resource, brand reputation and price have significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Regression results indicate that there is a mediating effect of customer loyalty on the relationship between customer satisfaction and firm performance. To improve customer satisfaction and firm performance based on the findings, Elan Logistics Solutions Ltd should develop its resources to meet operational needs efficiency in order to improve competitive advantage in the maritime transport market. In addition, the company should implement differentiated services to maintain its leading position in the same service industry
Factors Influencing e-commerce Adoption and Sustainable Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Yangon (Su Wai Htun, 2025)
The objectives of the study are to analyze influencing factors on the adoption of ecommerce,
to analyze the moderating effect of environment on the relationship between
influencing factors and adoption of e-commerce, and to analyze the effect of adoption of ecommerce
on MSMEs’ sustainable performance in the MSMEs in Yangon. The study
utilizes both primary and secondary data. The population of this study consists of 8,190
businesses in MSMEs that registered in Yangon during 2024. Using the Raosoft sample
size calculator, the sample size is 369 respondents. A simple random sampling method is
employed to select the respondents. Primary data are gathered through an online survey
using a structured questionnaire that includes 5-point Likert Scale questions. Secondary
data is gathered from various sources, including textbooks, academic articles, journals,
websites, and other relevant information resources. Descriptive statistics and regression
analysis are used. Based on the findings, the multiple regression analysis reveals that ICT
cost, ICT skills, perceived benefits, and firm size have significant positive effect on the
adoption of e-commerce among MSMEs in Yangon. The study also explores partial
moderating effect of environment on the relationship between ICT cost and e-commerce
adoption. Finally, the study finds that e-commerce adoption has a positive and significant
effect on MSMEs’ sustainable performance. To enhance e-commerce adoption and
MSMEs’ sustainable performance in the Yangon, policymakers should focus on improving
digital infrastructure, reducing ICT costs, and simplifying regulations. Strengthening
public-private partnerships will further support MSMEs through vendor services and
technical assistance. These actions can help overcome key barriers and support long-term
business growth and competitiveness
Effect of Human Resource Management on Employee Engagement and Organizational Effectiveness at Win Brothers Group of Company Limited (Nandar Lwin, 2025)
This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management on employee engagement, to analyze the moderating effect of strategic implementation on the relationship between human resource management and employee engagement, and to analyze the effect of employee engagement on organizational effectiveness of employee in Win Brothers group of company limited. The total workforce of Win Brothers group of company limited is 200 employees. The sample size of 132 employees by using the Raosoft sample size calculator. The simple random sampling method is applied to select the respondents. An online survey with a five-point Likert scale is used to collect primary data. In addition, secondary data are obtained from company records, earlier research studies, and pertinent online resources. The analysis methods are descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that selecting and hiring, job security and reward and payment have positive significant effect on employee engagement. There is a positive partial moderating effect of strategic implementation on the relationship between human resource management and employee engagement. Employee engagement has a positive significant effect on organizational effectiveness. This study suggests that Win Brothers group of company limited should to enhance job security and reward and payment which can foster employee engagement and further increase organizational effectiveness
Effect of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty towards Aktio Myanmar Company Limited (Myint Myint Moe, 2025)
The objectives of this study are to analysis the effect of customer relationship management on customer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to analyze the moderating effect of switching costs on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Aktio Myanmar Company Limited. According to the customer database, Aktio Myanmar Company Limited serves 150 business customers who engage in the purchase, rental, and servicing of machines. A sample of 109 customers is selected from the total population of 150 using the Raosoft sample size calculator with a simple random sampling method. Both descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis are applied for data analysis. To achieve the study’s objectives, both primary and secondary data are utilized. Primary data are collected through online surveys using structured questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale. Secondary data are sourced from relevant textbooks, academic articles, research papers, thesis, journals, websites, and other reliable online resources. According to the results, it is found that customer relationship management (interaction quality, service quality, knowledge management, and technology-based CRM) except relationship development have significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction of Aktio Myanmar Company Limited. The regression results also indicates that customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty of Aktio Myanmar Company Limited. The findings reveal that there is no moderating effect of switching costs on the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of Aktio Myanmar Company Limited. Based on the findings, Aktio Myanmar Company Limited should continue to improve its CRM strategies, especially in service quality and technology-based CRM, as these have a direct effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Effect of Fraud Risk Management Practices on Organizational Performance at UAB Bank (Wah Wah Kyaw Swar , 2025)
The main objectives of this study are to identify the fraud risk management
practices of uab Bank and to analyze the effect that fraud risk management practices
on the organizational performance of uab Bank. Primary data were collected using a
structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale sample of 79 branch
management-level employees selected 88 branch Managers from 88 uab Bank
branches through simple random sampling methods. From the findings, the effect of
fraud risk management practices at uab Bank reveal that all four independent
variables anti-fraud policies and procedures, fraud detection, fraud prevention, and
internal control are positively influencing the organizational performance. Among
these, fraud prevention emerged as the most influencing factor, highlighting the
importance of proactive measures in minimizing fraud risks. Additionally, a strong
positive correlation was observed between effective fraud risk management practices
and improved organizational performance. This study suggests that uab Bank
continuously strengthens its fraud risk management strategies to mitigate potential
risks and sustain its competitive advantage and well-designed fraud prevention,
detection, and control mechanisms contribute substantially to the bank’s financial and
non-financial performance
Effect of Human Capital Management on Psychological Capital and Employee Performance of M&W Garment Retail Co., Ltd (Thet Wai Soe, 2025)
The objectives of the study are to analyze the effect of human capital management on psychological capital and to analyze the effect of psychological capital on employee performance of M&W Garment Retail Co., Ltd. in Yangon. According to the records of M&W Garment Retail Co., Ltd., the study involves 78 employees in 2025. The census sampling method is applied to collect the primary data. Structured questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale are used to collect the primary data through the online survey method. The secondary data are obtained from relevant text books, articles, websites, international dissertations and other local MBA research paper from the library. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are applied in this study. Regarding the analysis, there are performance assessment and rewards have positive significant effect on self-efficacy, while rewards has positive significantly effect on hope. Career development and performance assessment have positive and significant effect on optimism, and both performance assessment and career development have positive significantly effect on resilience. Additionally, among the psychological capital components, self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience have positive and significant effect on employee performance. According to the results, M&W Garment Retail Co., Ltd. should improve its human capital management practices, especially in hiring, training and performance reviews, while supporting employee’s confidence and motivation to boost their performance and stay competitive in Myanmar’s retail market
Effect of Training and Development on Job Satisfaction and Retention at HEXT Company Limited (Wai Yan Tun, 2025)
The objectives of the study are to analyze the effect of training and development on job satisfaction and to analyze the mediating effect of loyalty on the relationship between job satisfaction and retention at HEXT Company Limited. A sample of 132 employees out of 200 is chosen using the Raosoft sample size calculator and selected using simple random sampling. The data is collected through online survey and analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The regression analysis reveals that the ability and competency boosting has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The mediating analysis reveals that loyalty has a mediating effect on the relationship between job satisfaction and retention. Employees who participate in training programs experience increased feelings of fulfillment and professional achievement, which boosts their job satisfaction and encourages them to stay with the company. The company should maintain its training and development practices to retain their employees
