Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention in General Insurance of AYA Sompo Insurance Company Limited(Chit Chit Cho, 2025)
This study examines customer satisfaction and retention in general insurance at
AYA SOMPO Insurance Company Limited, with a focus on key influencing factors.
Primary data was collected from 195 customers through a structured questionnaire
using a five-point Likert scale. The study used simple random sampling to ensure a
representative sample. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics,
correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that service
quality, customer trust, and relationship marketing have a significant positive impact
on customer satisfaction and retention. However, claim management does not show a
statistically significant effect. Among the factors, relationship marketing emerges as
the strongest predictor of customer satisfaction, highlighting the importance of
personalized services and effective communication in enhancing customer engagement
and loyalty. The study emphasizes the need for continuous improvements in service
quality, transparency, and trust-building measures to sustain high customer satisfaction
levels. It also suggests that while efficient claim management contributes to the overall
customer experience, its role in directly influencing retention may be less pronounced.
The results underscore the importance of strengthening customer relationships to
maintain long-term loyalty in the competitive insurance market

A Study on the Changes of Administration System in Myanmar ( Case Study: Yangon Region) ( Kyaw Thet Khaing, 2025)
This study focuses the changes in Myanmar’s administrative system, utilizing
the Yangon Region as a case study to understand the structural, functional, and
institutional transformations that have occurred from independence in 1948 to the
present. Using a descriptive research methodology, the study investigates structural and operational changes through a case study approach, incorporating both primary data
from 28 administrative officers across 14 newly restructured districts and secondary
data from official records. The research highlights the 2022 reorganization of Yangon
Region’s administrative divisions from four large districts to fourteen smaller ones, a
move aimed at promoting decentralization, improving public service delivery, and
increasing responsiveness to local needs. Findings reveal that administrative officers
widely acknowledge the positive impact of the reforms, particularly in terms of
enhanced efficiency, decision-making, and citizen access to services, while the study
also uncovers significant challenges, including insufficient training, resource
constraints, coordination gaps among departments, and continued political influence
affecting civil service independence. The Yangon Region reflects both progress and
persistent limitations in reform outcomes. The study concludes with practical
recommendations for strengthening administrative capacity, promoting ethical
governance, and ensuring sustained reform implementation. These insights contribute
to a broader understanding of Myanmar’s administrative transformation and provide a
valuable foundation for future policy development and academic inquiry

Analysis on the Implementation of Natural Disaster Management in Myanmar (Case Study: Yagi Typhoon) (Mon Myat, 2025)
The study's goal is determining the state of implementation and natural disaster risk
management in Myanmar. It focused on the performance during Typhoon Yagi and
especially on the households of the flooded villages of Zeya Thi Ri township. The objective
is to examine the effectiveness of Myanmar’s natural disaster management systems during
the typhoon. This research employed both qualitative and quantitative methods, utilizing
primary and secondary data. Seven villages in the Zeyar Thi Ri township have participated
in a sample survey. The research examines the performance of authorities and stakeholders
on preparedness, early warning, evacuation and recovery process during floods. The
findings indicate that the union-level disaster management policy and plan are well
established. Township and village disaster management teams cannot implement their
duties and function well enough before, during, or after floods at the township level. The
early warning, evacuation, and recovery processes are weak due to inadequate
infrastructure for organization, communication, transportation, and electrification at the
township level. The public awareness of flood disasters should be enhanced. The disaster
management committee for the township and its members need to execute detail in their
management plan effectively. The quality of relief supply, rescue equipment and rescues
machineries should be improved
