The data were analyzed by using SPSS software, descriptive statistics, and multiple linear regression analysis. High equipment costs lead to limited access to modern and efficient vehicles, while maintenance costs create financial burdens that affect the reliability and timeliness of deliveries. Service costs, including border fees and tolls, add complexity to the crossborder transport process, and labor costs further exacerbate the challenges faced by transport operators due to skill gaps and limited workforce availability. These factors
together create a high-cost environment that reduces the competitiveness of Myanmar’s logistics sector.
