However, there are some countries, including Iraq, that are going through several challenges that hinder them from achieving these data. Therefore, this research has shed light on those data. Challenges with the aim of undermining them in light of the deviant paths and the unplanned policies developed by the architects of development plans in Iraq
Analysis of Food Security in Sumenep Regency's Archipelagic Region
This research employs a multidimensional approach to assess food insecurity, with a particular focus on the islands of Sumenep. It draws upon data from the Indonesian Food Security Agency, as well as local potential factors related to food availability, including food potential, facilities, and infrastructure. Additionally, it considers social capital as a key dimension of food insecurity. The investigation of the factors that contribute to food insecurity is conducted through the measurement of food insecurity dimensions in accordance with the composite index established by the Food Security Agency, the assessment of food potential using location quotient, and the analysis of the causes of food insecurity through multiple linear regression. The most significant growth in food commodities over the past 3 years has been observed in the case of corn. The food needs of the Gayam, Nonggunong, and Kangayan sub-districts can be met from domestic potential, with the exception of soybean commodities, which remain in deficit. The production of rice in Sumenep is significantly influenced by a number of factors, including the extent of land dedicated to rice cultivation, rainfall patterns, population density, and the prevailing market price of rice. The production of corn in Sumenep is significantly influenced by the area of land dedicated to corn cultivation and the exchange rate between farmers
Determinants of Employment Rate in the Jabodetabek Region: A Comparison Between High-growth and Low-growth Areas
This study aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, education, and investment in the regencies/municipalities within Jabodetabek ( Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) during the period 2018–2024. It compares how the independent variables affect employment rates in areas characterized by rapid growth versus those with slower growth. The study uses secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). A quantitative method is employed using panel data regression analysis. The best-fitting model selected is the Random Effects Model (REM). The results show that in high-growth areas, employment rates are significantly influenced by all the independent variables examined in this study. In contrast, in low-growth areas, employment rates are influenced solely by economic growth. Moreover, the impact of economic growth on employment is stronger in high-growth areas compared to low-growth ones. The policy implication of this study is the need to accelerate economic growth, particularly in low-growth areas, to maximize labor absorption. Once economic growth stabilizes, further efforts should focus on improving education and increasing investment

Green Energy Service Initiative: Relationship Between Servant Leadership, Employee Motivation, and Organizational Culture in the Banking Sector of KP, Pakistan
This study examines how the servant leadership model may be used to advance green energy services in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Pakistan’s banking industry. Green energy services include sustainable practices, energy efficiency, and the promotion and funding of renewable energy initiatives. The banking industry plays a vital role in encouraging environmentally friendly activities, as environmental sustainability acquires prominence. To lessen the impact on the environment and improve sustainable practices in banking operations, this study explores how the concepts of servant leadership may motivate the adoption and application of green energy services. This study investigates the effects of servant leadership on employee engagement, organizational culture, and green energy service initiatives using a mixed-method approach that includes qualitative and quantitative surveys among banking personnel. A structured questionnaire was distributed to 332 employees working in different banks under the supervision of branch managers. Convenient sampling technique was used in the collection of data. The results show that the effective marketing of green energy services is significantly correlated with servant leadership traits like stewardship, persuasive mapping, emotional healing, altruistic calling, and wisdom, and employees’ motivation to introduce green energy service initiatives in the bank’s culture. The focus of this study is to provide the banking sector in KP with specific strategies and best practices for incorporating servant leadership into their organizational structure and cultivating a sustainable culture. The study concludes with practical recommendations for policymakers and banking leaders to enhance their green service efforts, ultimately contributing to the broader goal of environmental sustainability
Strategic Planning, Cultural Intelligence, and IT Sustainability: A Proposed Framework for Integrating Renewable Energy Considerations
This study explores the intricate relationship between strategic planning, cultural intelligence (CI), and sustainable IT (SIT) practices, with a focus on the mediating role of renewable energy adoption (REA). It proposes that strategic planning incorporating cultural considerations fosters the development of CI within organizations. This enhances CI and, in turn, leads to a greater adoption of renewable energy sources. Finally, the increased adoption of renewable energy necessitates advancements in IT infrastructure, ultimately influencing the development of sustainable IT practices. This study presents a theoretical framework and outlines a quantitative research methodology to examine these relationships and test the proposed hypotheses. Finally, this research offers valuable insights for organizations to develop comprehensive strategies that promote cultural sensitivity, environmental responsibility, and sustainable IT practices in a globalized environment
