Da’wah plays a role of da’wah in helping and inviting children to grow good characters. This study aims to explain the da’wah methods used in character growth along with the differences between the children of the 80s generation with children of the current generation based on the theory in the book Ayyuhal Walad by Imam Al Ghazali. This research was written using a literature study, with an empirical normative approach. The result is that the mawa’idz method used by Imam Ghazali has been effectively used by parents or teachers in the 80s generation, but if it enters the current generation, it must be given logical reasons either in the form of targhib or tahdzir
Digital Stress and Psychological Well-being in Young Adults: A Correlational Study
Psychological well-being, reflecting a state of optimal functioning and life satisfaction, is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study investigates the relationship between digital stress and psychological well-being among young adults in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia. A purposive sample of 118 participants was employed. Digital stress and psychological well-being were measured using respective scales, and data analysis involved correlation analysis. Results indicate a significant negative correlation between digital stress and psychological well-being (r = -0.287, P < 0.001), suggesting that higher levels of digital stress are associated with lower levels of psychological well-being in this population. These findings highlight the urgent need for comprehensive digital literacy programs that equip young adults with strategies to manage digital stress and promote overall mental health

KH Ahmad Hanafiah, recently confirmed as a National Hero in 2023, has contributed significantly to the renewal of thought in Islamic fiqh through his works, namely Sirr Ad-Dahr and Al-Hujjah. The manuscripts, written in Arabic script in the Malay language, offer profound insights into the principles of fiqh in a social context. This research aims to examine Sirr Ad-Dahr and Al-Hujjah, focusing on fiqh principles relevant to social issues in society and how they can be applied in the context of sustainable development. The research method used is documentary research with a qualitative approach, which involves an in-depth study of specialized sources, in this case the two texts. Data were collected, managed, and analyzed in depth, coupled with logical thinking from the author to produce this study. Although KH Ahmad Hanafiah’s works do not explicitly address social sustainability, in-depth analysis shows that the principles he expresses can be a solid foundation in building a balanced and ethical life, especially in the context of an increasingly globalized world. The Da'wah Strategy Using the Piil Pesanggiri Approach Among the Lampung Tribe Community From the Perspective of Lampung Scholars
Islamic outreach (dakwah) must be conducted with wisdom (hikmah), a deep understanding, and an awareness of the objective conditions of the target community or society being addressed. Without considering these factors such as the educational level, knowledge, social status, economic conditions, traditions, language, and culture of a community the dakwah will struggle to elicit a positive response from its audience. The Lampung people are an indigenous ethnic group in the Lampung Province on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. The Lampung people are divided into two groups: the Lampung Pepadun and the Lampung Saibatin. The Lampung community holds a longstanding cultural philosophy, Piil Pesanggiri, which is passed down through generations and encompasses values such as Juluk Adok (maintaining good names or titles), Nemui Nyimah (hospitality), Nengah Nyappur (social interaction and cooperation), and Sakai Sembayan (mutual assistance and communal support). This study aims to explore the relevance of the Piil Pesanggiri philosophy to Islamic teachings and examine the strategies used by Lampung religious scholars in their dakwah efforts. The findings indicate that dakwah strategies aligned with the Piil Pesanggiri philosophy are compatible with Islamic principles. These strategies involve recognizing, respecting, and valuing the customs and traditions of the Lampung people, as well as honoring the diverse communities residing in Lampung from various ethnic backgrounds. In essence, this is a cultural and humanistic approach, which proves effective in introducing Islam to the diverse society of Lampung. The philosophy of Piil Pesanggiri and Islamic law mutually reinforce and complement each other, without contradiction in concept or practice

Analysis of the Mental Workload of Police Helicopter Pilots on Police Operations Assignment in Papua: NASA-TLX Method Approach
Police helicopter pilots play a critical role in the success of various operational assignments. These officers, under the Directorate of Air Police Corps (Baharkam Polri), are trained aviators responsible for flying helicopters and other aircraft under specific operational requirements. The Directorate of Air Police is tasked with a range of duties including early detection, air escort, air ambulance, pursuit, leadership transportation support, and other mission-critical operations. This study aims to analyze the mental workload of police helicopter pilots deployed in Papua, where they face significant challenges such as extreme weather conditions, difficult terrain, and the constant threat of attacks from Armed Criminal Groups (KKB). A quantitative method was employed using the NASA-TLX, which evaluates six dimensions: Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Mental Demand, Effort, Performance, and Frustration. Eight Bell 412 participated in the study by completing the NASA-TLX questionnaire. Results showed an average workload score (80–100), indicating a very high mental burden. These findings suggest the need for leadership within the Indonesian National Police to prioritize mental health by implementing regular rotation schedules to mitigate stress and fatigue among aviation personnel
