Halat al-Fakk: An Exceptional Spacetime State Model

    No full text
This preprint introduces a conceptual theoretical framework describing an exceptional spacetime condition termed "Halat al-Fakk" (Unbinding State). The model explores a temporary and controlled relaxation of a system’s spacetime constraints without violating causality or separating space and time. This work is deposited to establish conceptual priority and enable future formal and mathematical development. The preprint provides a detailed conceptual model, discusses influencing factors such as extreme gravity, frame dragging, coherent gravitational waves, and energy pressure, and sets the foundation for future theoretical exploration and experimental considerations

Mental Health Apps Review Utilizing Mental Health Literacy Framework

    No full text
There is a consensus across literature and media that majority of countries are facing a sharp increase in population mental health needs, which is worsened by the lack of mental health professionals and low capacity of professional services, resulting in considerable treatment gap (Clement et al., 2015; Liu et al., 2020). In the current climate of ever-growing waiting lists of mental health professionals and scarce resources, many mental health apps (mHealth apps) have surged and it is becoming a rapidly growing market. These apps offer various services, including mood tracking, cognitive behavioural therapy exercises or therapies, meditation guides, and crisis intervention resources. Despite their growing popularity, the impact of these apps on enhancing mental health utilising the mental health literacy framework remains underexplored. According to Jorm et al. (1997), mental health literacy is based on four pillars: (a) the development of competencies and beliefs for prevention, (b) the acquisition of factual knowledge of mental disorders and disease management, (c) stigma reduction and (d) increased help-seeking behaviour. However, many mental health apps were not developed within this or any other theoretically sound framework. Moreover, the current mHealth app market is overwhelmed by commercial apps that claim to address mental health but often fail to provide any evidence-base for their interventions. Alarmingly, only 2.08% of mHealth apps have supporting research, and most of this small fraction refers to just one paper oftentimes funded by the app itself (Laun et al., 2020; Leech et al., 2022). This lack of validity and credibility negatively affects user adherence and the overall efficacy of these apps in reducing adverse psychological affects (Wang et al., 2018). The objective of this review is to systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of existing mHealth apps in promoting mental health literacy and maintaining well-being. Specifically, it will compare the effectiveness of apps based on theoretical frameworks with those supported by peer-reviewed research. The review also aims to identify the shortage of evidence-based apps and underscore the necessity of developing new, research-supported mHealth apps. By doing so, it seeks to enhance mental health literacy, improve user adherence, and effectively address the growing mental health epidemic as mHealth apps can serve as a good tool to keep the client’s mental status quo until they can be seen by a professional or as potential prevention. The current review aims to fill the gap in the literature by utilising mental health literacy framework to assess the current mHealth apps and their scientific background. This will be achieved by following the structure of Lau et al., 2020 and Wasil et al., 2022 in mHealth app screening meanwhile following mental health literacy pillars and principles of evidence-based research to assess the effectiveness of the mHealth apps that are currently circulating the market. Furthermore, this review will detect the levels of evidence behind the current mHealth market by screening the literature behind the apps

Evaluation of the M-CHAT-R/F for Autism Spectrum Disorder in Children in Primary Health Care: a Scoping Review Protocol

    No full text
Introduction: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disability that affects children’s communication, behavior, and social interactions. One of the most widely used tools worldwide for this assessment is the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers, Revised with Follow-Up (M-CHAT-R/F), a parent-completed screening questionnaire that assists health professionals in identifying early signs of ASD. The test is simple, quick to administer, and can be applied to children aged 16 to 30 months. Objective: To map the scientific evidence on the use of the Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers, Revised with Follow-Up (M-CHAT-R/F) in Primary Health Care. Method: This study consists of a scoping review protocol based on the methodology proposed in the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Manual and the recommendations of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guideline. The review will be conducted between December 2025 and February 2026. The study will follow the six stages pre-established by the JBI for scoping reviews: identification of the guiding question; eligibility criteria; search strategy; selection of scientific evidence; data extraction; and analysis and presentation of the results (Peters et al., 2020). The protocol will be registered on the Open Science Framework (OSF) platform for DOI assignment and registration

Reproducción y una sociedad que piensa dos veces antes de tener hijos: Una revisión rápida de la literatura en estudiantes universitarios de pregrado y posgrado

    No full text

Geographic, Socioeconomic, and Cultural Inequities in Access to Palliative Care: A Scoping Review

    No full text
Palliative care is a fundamental component of health systems aimed at improving quality of life and alleviating suffering among people with serious, advanced, or life-limiting conditions. Despite its recognized importance, access to palliative care remains uneven, with persistent geographic, socioeconomic, and cultural inequities reported across and within countries. These inequities limit the availability, accessibility, acceptability, and timely use of palliative care services, particularly among socially and territorially disadvantaged populations. A comprehensive mapping of the existing evidence is needed to better understand how these inequities are conceptualized, measured, and addressed in the literature. Methods: This scoping review will be conducted following the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology and reported in accordance with the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. Studies published in English or Spanish between 2015 and 2026 that address geographic, socioeconomic, and/or cultural inequities in access to palliative care will be included. The search will be performed in PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, EBSCOhost (All Databases), and BIREME (LILACS and SciELO). Study selection will be carried out by screening titles, abstracts, and full texts according to predefined inclusion criteria. Data will be extracted using a standardized charting form and analyzed descriptively and thematically. Expected results: The review is expected to map how access to palliative care is defined and operationalized, identify the main dimensions and indicators used to assess inequities, and describe populations and contexts most affected by unequal access. Additionally, it will summarize key barriers and facilitators, methodological approaches, and conceptual frameworks used in the study of inequities in palliative care access. Conclusions: This scoping review will provide an overview of the current evidence on inequities in access to palliative care and identify gaps to inform future research, health policy, and service planning aimed at promoting equity in palliative care delivery

High-Throughput Approaches to Understanding Microbial Phosphate Solubilization for Sustainable Agriculture: A Systematic Review

    No full text
This study aims to systematically review how high-throughput omics approaches have advanced the identification and understanding of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms in agricultural systems over the past decade. Although high throughput technologies such as 16S rRNA metabarcoding, amplicon sequencing, metagenomics, whole-genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and proteomics are increasingly used to study microbial phosphate solubilization, a consolidated systematic synthesis of this literature is currently lacking. The review will synthesize existing evidence to evaluate a decade (2015-2025) methodological trends, key findings, and knowledge gaps, with the expected outcome of providing a comprehensive overview to support future research in phosphate solubilizing microorganisms
