Labour, pandemic crisis, and PNRR: preliminary issues
Full text linkThe intent of this work is bring to attention, as useful elements for a debate, the possibility of reasoning on the implementations that will come to the country-system from the resources of the PNRR.From a historical, albeit brief, and legislative analysis of active labor policies in Italy, one can try to understand how to stimulate Italian economic growth. To do this, one must examine the structural elements that contribute to making our country fragile in comparison with other European countries, fragility associated with the horizontal and vertical segregation that characterizes the world of work. This is a phenomenon that has worsened further during the pandemic crisis. Hence, employment discontinuity, non-standard contractual forms, differences in male and female employment rates, as well as that set of social, cultural, and psychological barriers all become elements that decline the concept of horizontal and vertical segregation mentioned earlier.This is where the PNRR comes into play, whose intentions include promoting a process of transformation in tune with the great changes in the socio-economic scenario.

Full text linkThe evolution of the history of physics shows how natural phenomena can be grouped into discrete regimes, between which there are precise relationships and specific connecting elements but which, with an excellent approximation, can be considered independent of each other. Projection of socio-economic changes following the COVID-19 pandemic (Proiezione dei cambiamenti socioeconomici a seguito della pandemia Covid-19)
Full text linkAbstractAlbeit in the immediacy of the event and although aware that it is a first interpretative proposal, this article analyses possible future scenarios concerning socio-economic consequences in Italy after the spread of the Covid-19 virus (coronavirus, 2019-nCoV). The social processes related to the pandemic will be examined, from the media information diffusion to the socio-economic consequences of the phenomenon. Among the main effects, included in the projections, the authors find considerable impacts in the tourism and restaurant sectors. The former, if not supported by adequate campaigns, will experience extended hard time, which will maintain its effects also in the long run. The latter will experience profound changes in the work organization and the service quality definition. Finally, some beneficial effects have been hypothesized, such as a re-evaluation of the health sector and enhancement of public opinion about scientific research.Keywords: Covid-19, 2019-nCoV, coronavirus, Italy, pandemics, socio-economic scenarios.SuntoIn questo lavoro vengono analizzati, seppur nella immediatezza dell’evento e pur conscio che si tratta di una prima proposta interpretativa, i possibili scenari futuri riguardo alle conseguenze socio-economiche in Italia a seguito della diffusione del virus Covid-19 (coronavirus, 2019-nCoV). Si studieranno i processi sociali connessi alla pandemia, dalla diffusione mediatica delle informazioni alle conseguenze socio-economiche del fenomeno. Tra i principali effetti, inseriti nelle proiezioni, si prevedono impatti considerevoli nei settori turistico e della ristorazione. Il primo, se non sostenuto da adeguate campagne, affronterà un periodo di intense difficoltà, destinato a mantenere i suoi effetti anche nel lungo periodo. Il secondo subirà profondi mutamenti nell’organizzazione del lavoro e nella definizione della qualità. An epistemological and bio-physical point of view on complex systems
Full text linkIn this article, after a historical introduction, we give an epistemological point of view of the physics of complex systems. Complex systems are epistemologically interesting because of the fundamental interaction experiment/observer and physicists in their everyday life can experience the paradoxes given by this interaction. Here we describe some of these paradoxes, we make a parallel with quantum mechanics and give a possible philosophical solution, based on notorious physicists/philosopher from the past, transposing and reinterpreting their ideas to modern times. In particular, we analyse the interaction with a complex system such as the living cell, and therefore we also analyse some biophysical implications of complexity

Holographic Universe: Implications for Cancer, Parkinson’s, ALS, Autism, ME/CFS
No full textThe holographic principle was proposed by Nobel laureate Gerard ‘t Hooft in the 1990s and it has also been modeled by Leonard Susskind and Stephen Hawking. We’ve heard light mentioned with regard to the fundamental nature of reality for a long time; God said Let there be light, we are the light of the world, etc. But we haven’t investigated a possible role for the speed of light in our illnesses. This paper will do just that. The central premise is that light’s “speed” is a reflection of the degree to which the observer is removed from its source. In its Platonic state, light’s speed is zero. It is light from which time (i.e. light that has speed), by degrees, emerges. The Big Bang can be envisioned as a sphere, the center of which is a point, Alpha. Via expansion, Alpha becomes a sphere, Omega, by degrees, where each degree is c. For any given Alpha, the circumference of a circle on the sphere, Omega, is a set of resonant points that represent the speed of light or “end of time.” Every radius—every line drawn from Alpha to Omega—is an arrow of time, a parallel universe. Alpha (M or E) and Omega (E or M) increase in tandem, maintaining the degree of separation required by special relativity, E=mc^2. The holographic sphere of points equidistant from the Big Bang on which we find ourselves is not the only sphere of points equidistant from the Big Bang. There are spheres that are smaller (past) and larger (future) than ours. Where an arrow of time intersects a sphere-brane of light’s speed will be treated here as a “2D hologram.” For an observer behind the hologram, reality will appear to be accelerating/expanding. For an observer in front of it, reality will appear to be decelerating/contracting. For an observer at the speed of light, time is no longer a variable.
Philosophical suggestions by the single elements

These are called Hv-structures introduced in 1990 and they proved to have a lot of applications on several applied sciences. Special classes of elements appeared to have new interesting properties applicable in other sciences. Epistemic logic and CERMINE: a logical model for automatic extraction of structured metadata
