Increase The Community By Cultivating An Entrepreneurial Spirit Through Nusantara Culinary "Ayam Geprek" in Rainbow Village Perlis, Malaysia
No full textPurpose: The purpose of this community service activity is to connect Indonesian local culture, especially through Ayam Geprek dishes, with international tourists visiting Rainbow Village Perlis, Malaysia.
Method: This community service was carried out in Rainbow Village, Perlis, Malaysia. Its activities include a series of carefully planned stages. Preparation begins with an internal coordination meeting to draw up a detailed plan and divide tasks. Next, the team had a meeting with the local community and presented the concept of the project. Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration was conducted on the hall premises.
Practical Applications: The results of the Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration activity showed a very positive response from international tourists in Malaysia. They rated this dish spicy but very tasty and impressive. This indicates the great potential of Ayam Geprek as a culinary attraction for tourists. The active involvement of the community in this activity also plays an important role in facilitating the introduction of Javanese cultural elements through Ayam Geprek dishes.
Conclusion: Ayam Geprek cooking demonstration activities have been successful in achieving its goals. The positive response from international tourists shows the great potential of Ayam Geprek as a culinary attraction. It is hoped that this project will strengthen the relationship between Indonesia and Malaysia, particularly in the cultural and culinary context, as well as enrich the experience of international tourists in Malaysia

Data yang diperoleh dari pengurus kelompok UMKM di Desa Kenongo sedikitnya ada 210 dengan berbagai macam jenis usaha. Dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak ini, masih sedikit yang mampu dalam mengelola keuangannya dengan benar. Begitupula dengan pengetahuan dan keahlian yang terkait digitalisasi masih minim didapat sehingga membuat pelaporan keuangan sering terkendala sehingga laporannya kurang akuntabel. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman UMKM dalam tata kelola keuangan manual dan digital yang lebih baik sebagai pembaruan proses bisnis, model bisnis, dan instrumen keuangan sehingga dapat mengembangkan usaha walaupun dimasa pandemi dengan cara 1) Peningkatan tata kelola dan pencatatan laporan keuangan secara manual. Selanjutnya yang 2) dengan bantuan media digital meningkatkan kehalian pengoperasian,sehingga laporan keuangan yang disajikan akuntabel. No full textThe aim is for UMKM to understand their tax obligations, namely registering, recording, calculating, depositing and reporting (5M) taxes as well as taking advantage of tax incentives provided by the government for business actors affected by the after Covid-19 pandemic. The incentive given to UMKM players is by reducing the PPh (Final PPh) rate to 0.5% of total turnover, in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) No. 23 of 2018. The method used in this activity is to create a Community Service (PKM) activity by providing online counseling regarding taxation (online system) to UMKM actors in Gunung Gangsir Village, Pasuruan Regency which includes the functions and obligations of taxation as well as a question and answer session. The results of this community service activity increase insight in the field of accounting which focuses on making simple financial reports, and how UMKM calculate their taxes according to tax regulations. Method: Transfer of knowledge and skill by lecturing and practice. Pre and post-tests were carried out to evaluate the participants’ knowledge before and after the workshop.
Practical Applications: The knowledge and skill gained by PKK and Karang Taruna cadres in this workshop can be implemented in daily life. The participants learned how to make innovative products from mangosteen fruit so that it can be produced commercially. Thus, in the long term is expected to increase the income of Songgon Village Community.
Conclusion: The results showed the participants' enthusiasm to participate in this activity, and the pre and post-tests demonstrated increased knowledge and skills. The next step requires intensive support for the Songgon Village community so that their products can be distributed commercially and provide economic benefits
