Empowering Vocational Students: Teaching Informatics and Computer Skills at SMK Santo Gabriel Maumere
Purpose: To develop effective teaching strategies that keep up with technological advancements and meet student needs, ensuring they gain practical and comprehensive knowledge in informatics and computers. These strategies aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for academic success and future careers in technology.
Method: This study uses a student-centered approach, focusing on teacher-student interaction and the use of technology in teaching. Data is collected through student feedback on teaching methods and interviews with teachers and staff. The data is analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of informatics and computer teaching at SMK Santo Gabriel Maumere.
Practical Application: Provide guidance for teachers at SMK Santo Gabriel Maumere to improve the effectiveness of informatics and computer teaching. With better teaching methods, teachers can create more engaging and interactive strategies, helping students better understand technology.

Intranet Network Optimization Using VLAN at Vocational High School Gedangan
Purpose: This study aims to optimize the intranet network at Vocational High School Gedangan by using Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN). The main goal is to enhance network performance and security, especially in environments with numerous users, where LAN structures face management and security challenges.
Method: The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing observations and interviews with the school's IT staff to understand how VLAN is implemented and its advantages. The data collected is used to analyze how VLAN can improve network efficiency and flexibility.
Practical Applications: By segmenting the network with VLAN, the school can better manage user access and isolate different departments or student groups. This helps prevent network congestion and reduces potential security threats, contributing to a more reliable and secure system for daily operations and learning processes.

Purpose: The development of ornamental fish feed technology plays a crucial role in ensuring the long-term viability of fisheries in Trenceng Village, Sumbergempol, and Tulungagung Regency. The objective is to develop alternative technology for manufacturing fish feed that may effectively reduce production expenses and fulfil the requirements of ornamental fish growers.
Method: The approach promotes self-sufficiency among ornamental fish producers in producing fish feed. This is done in response to the declining pricing of ornamental fish and the comparatively high feed cost.
Practical Applications: This technology's practical application is to create food self-sufficiency for ornamental fish farmers in terms of ease of price access and physical.
Conclusion: Ornamental fish farmers are anticipated to benefit from implementing alternative fish feed technologies, as it will assist them in managing volatility and reductions in product revenue. Therefore, this technology can enhance the sustainability of fisheries in Trenceng Village, Sumbergempol, and Tulungagung Regency

Method: Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys, interviews, and observations, this study examines the behaviors and self-management practices of students. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques to identify trends.

Math Challenge Card Game Method (Medkit. Id) for Learning Basic Multiplications for Junior High School Students Guided by The Nusa Educator Community
Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of using the Math Challenge Card (Mathkit. id) card game method in learning multiplication on students assisted by the Nusa Educator Community.
Method: This research used 25 students assisted by the Nusa Educators Community aged 12-17. The data is in the form of post-test scores, which will be compared with students’ pre-tests during research at each game level.
Practical Applications: This card game method can be used to learn multiplication, especially for students who have not memorized basic multiplication operations.
Conclusion: The research results showed an increase in the post-test skills scores compared to the students’ pre-test. The increase in the score at level 1 was 23%; at level 2, it was 31%, and the average maths quiz score was 85. This indicates that the Math Challenge Card (Mathkit. id) game method effectively improves students’ multiplication abilities
Disaster Prevention from the Use of Plastic Waste with Ecobrick Project in Buluh Nipis Village
Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of eco-bricks in mitigating plastic waste pollution and to assess the impact of community socialization activities on promoting eco-brick usage in Buluh Nipis Village. It seeks to contribute to sustainable waste management practices and environmental conservation efforts.
Method: Utilizing a participatory research approach, the study conducts socialization activities titled "Reusing Plastic Waste into Ecobricks that are Environmentally Friendly." Data collection methods include lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations. Qualitative analysis is employed to understand community perceptions and attitudes toward eco-bricks.
Practical Applications: By raising awareness and providing practical skills on ecobrick production, the study empowers residents to participate actively in plastic waste reduction efforts. The adoption of eco-bricks serves as a model for sustainable recycling practices and promotes environmental stewardship within the community.

Everything is Possible on Social Media: Using Instagram as an Eco-print Marketing Media in Serang Village, Purbalingga Regency
Purpose: The study aims to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on sectors including eco-print products produced by Gallery Yupa Eco-print in Purbalingga. The shift in consumer behavior from offline to online has posed challenges such as the halt of exhibition activities, preventing the introduction of products to potential consumers.
Method: The service activities carried out by the Undip PKUM (Strengthening Community Leading Commodities) Team involve providing Digital Marketing training and assistance, particularly on Instagram social media. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach is used in this activity, which is a method for studying rural conditions and life from, with, and by village communities.
Practical Applications: The training and assistance aim to increase consumer awareness, especially introducing Eco-print as a unique and environmentally friendly contemporary handicraft. This approach is considered appropriate as it empowers the community to independently solve the problems they face.
Conclusion: As a result of the PKUM service activities, Gallery Yupa Eco-print was able to promote their products via social media, specifically Instagram, and began to gain awareness from consumers or potential customers. This indicates the effectiveness of the implemented methods in addressing the challenges posed by the pandemic
Automated Drip Irrigation System Based on IoT for Chili Plants Using Solar Panel Energy
Purpose: This research paper aims to address the challenges faced by horticultural farmers in Lauwonu Village, particularly regarding water scarcity exacerbated by hot weather conditions. The study emphasizes the significance of utilizing technology, specifically a drip irrigation system based on IoT and solar panel energy, to mitigate these challenges effectively.
Method: The research employed a qualitative approach to investigate the impact of implementing IoT-based drip irrigation systems on chili farming productivity. Data collection methods included surveys and interviews with 15 members of the Mekar Green farmer group. Thematic analysis was utilized to interpret the gathered data.
Practical Applications: The findings demonstrate the practical benefits of adopting IoT-driven irrigation technology, enhancing water efficiency and agricultural productivity. This research offers valuable insights for farmers, policymakers, and agricultural practitioners, facilitating informed decision-making and sustainable agricultural practices.Conclusion: Implementing IoT-enabled drip irrigation systems powered by solar panels presents a viable solution to address water scarcity challenges in chili farming. The study underscores the importance of leveraging technology to improve agricultural resilience and productivity, thereby contributing to sustainable food production and livelihoods in rural communities
BUMdes Management And Finance Training In Marafenfen, South Aru District
Purpose: The main objective of this study is to improve the management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Marafenfen Village, Indonesia. Despite the village's beautiful natural potential, it is noted that tourism management has not been optimal. The lack of facilities, access, and management of BUMDes are obstacles in exploring the tourism potential.
Method: To overcome these management problems, the team will provide training on understanding and managing management and finance. This training will focus on the management of BUMDes in border small islands, with materials covering organizational management, marketing, finance, sharia, and entrepreneurial skills. Training participants will involve village officials, BUMDes managers, and the community.
Practical Applications: The practical application of this study is the implementation of the training program. The training is expected to improve the ability of BUMDes managers in identifying and developing business opportunities, especially in the tourism sector. This could potentially lead to an increase in the welfare of rural communities through improving the economy, creativity of low-income members, and the development of informal sector micro-enterprises.
Conclusion: After the training, an evaluation will be conducted to get feedback from participants regarding the implementation of the training. The feedback will be used to make necessary improvements and adjustments for future training and development programs. The ultimate goal is to optimize the tourism potential of Marafenfen Village through effective BUMDes management
Training on the Utilization of Mail Merge for Efficient Creation of RT Cover Letters in the Pasar Lama Urban Village Environment
Purpose: This research paper aims to explore the use of mail merge to improve administrative correspondence for the Heads of RT (Neighborhood Associations) and their staff in the Pasar Lama sub-district of Banjarmasin. It identifies challenges with current handwritten methods, such as inefficiency and disorganization, highlighting the importance of this study for enhancing community administrative services.Method: The study employs a qualitative approach through training sessions developed by the PKM team from Uniska.
