Stress, Stressors, and Coping Strategies of Female Private School Teacher to Deal with Occupational Stress
Mental health is the least prioritized subject in Pakistan though stress, anxiety and depressive disorders have been indicated as root cause of several chronic disease. Stress arises when an individual observes that he/she cannot cope with the demands placed on them or perceives a threat to his well-being. However, utilizing effective coping strategies can help to manage stress. The current study is a quantitative cross-sectional study aimed to assess the prevalence of occupational stress, stressors, and coping strategies of female private school teachers (n=1,386) working in Hyderabad city. Data was analysed using SPSS version 22.0, descriptive analysis was calculated and p-value <0.05 was considered as significant. The results revealed that majority of teachers were experiencing higher level of occupational stress. The stressors of teachers were sorted as work-related distress, professional growth, managing their work within given time, inadequate salary, emotional and fatigue manifestations were more obvious for teachers. Teachers were found to use dysfunctional and emotional coping strategies most often. The study concluded that overall working conditions of private school teachers were observed challenging. There is immense need to promote healthy working environment for better performance of teachers and ultimately resulting in succeeding and advancing educational organizations. 
Mediation Role of Work Life Balance on The Effect of Perceived Organization Support on Lecturer Job Satisfaction at Private University in Jakarta during Covid-19 Pandemic
The changes occurred during Covid-19 pandemic forced lecturers to be able to do their jobs well and to create a creative and innovative learning atmosphere. In order to make them continuing their duties properly during Covid-19 pandemic, they have to be able to feel job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction in lecturers during Covid-19 pandemic through work life balance. The respondent consisted of 184 respondents with the criteria being lecturers who teach at private university in Jakarta and at least have a Master Degree. Data analysis used SPSS version 23 and SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results of this study state that work life balance mediates the effect of perceived organization support on job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.055 and a t-statistic value of 3.136 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.002 (ρ<0.05) and significant. This proves that work life balance plays role as a variable that mediates between perceptions of organizational support and job satisfaction in private university lecturers during Covid-19. These results have implications that need to develop a policy to create a good work life balance for lecturers by minimizing the role conflicts that occur and further improve support for lecturers so expectations of job for lectures are created
Establishing Harmony and Social Awareness in Religious Diversity
This article presents issues related to harmonization and social awareness in religious diversity in Indonesia. Maintaining religious harmony is the responsibility of the state and its people. Moreover, Indonesia is a country with people who have several religions and beliefs. Based on Pancasila, people try to maintain harmony with their social awareness in tolerance for practicing their respective religions. However, there are still ripples in this harmony. Several cases in the name of religion occurred. The state intervenes with regulations, religious leaders, community leaders, government and community members intervene to resolve them. Several research results found that religious harmony still leaves many problems. Models of religious relations that have not completely dissolved, prejudice still appears and remain within the framework of the dominance of the majority group. Respect for differences, tolerance, dialogue and communication, cooperation, and solidarity, overcoming prejudice and discrimination are ways to maintain harmony and social awareness in religious diversity.
 
Education Quality Management Model at Integrated Islamic High Schools in Banten Province
Education quality management has an important role in improving and developing school quality. The purpose of the research is to analyze and find a model of education quality management in Integrated Islamic High Schools. This research approach uses analytical descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show; (1) The concept of education quality management in the three schools has been owned and implemented through the leadership of the principal effectively, this is shown by paying attention to input, process, output, and outcome. In the input component, the school focuses on the quality of incoming personnel, in the process component, the school conducts Deming's PDCA then Juran's Pareto principle. In the output and outcome, pay attention to Crosby's zero defect. And all of them are framed with the spirit of Islam, Alqur'an, and Hadith (Religious). (2) The school pays attention to and carries out factors in realizing quality schools; leadership, attachment and involvement of school components, efforts to improve the professionalism and welfare of teachers, integration of the 2013 curriculum (8 SNP) with the unique curriculum of Integrated Islamic High School, optimization of infrastructure including information technology and financing and partnerships. (3) The impact of education quality management in the three schools has implications for strengthening two aspects, namely strengthening the quality of graduates and strengthening institutions and human resources. Based on the results of the substantive findings, the formal findings in this study are a model of education quality management based on system thinking leadership
Kesejahteraan Penjawat Awam yang Ulang Alik ke Tempat Kerja di Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
Kertas kerja ini memberi tumpuan kepada kesan serta dimensi kesejahteraan sosial terhadap aktiviti berulang-alik setiap hari ke tempat kerja di Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. Oleh kerana taraf hidup yang lebih tinggi di kawasan bandar dengan adanya kemudahan infrastruktur, kesihatan dan pendidikan yang lebih baik, lebih ramai penjawat awam serta keluarga mereka masih belum bersedia untuk menyesuaikan gaya hidup di kawasan tersebut. Kongres Kesatuan Sekerja Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (CUEPACS) mendapati kira-kira 60% penjawat awam tidak mampu untuk memiliki rumah sendiri berdekatan dengan tempat kerja mereka di kawasan bandar. Hanya kawasan di luar bandar menawarkan rumah mampu milik berharga tidak melebihi RM300,000 (USD65,000), manakala sebilangan besar penjawat awam bekerja di kawasan bandar. Status quo ini secara langsung menjadi salah satu faktor untuk mereka memilih terus tinggal di kawasan luar bandar yang jauh dari tempat mereka bekerja. Ini jelas menunjukkan bahawa sebilangan besar penjawat awam khususnya di Pulau Pinang tinggal di luar kawasan tempat mereka bekerja. Seramai 180 orang responden daripada kumpulan ini telah terlibat dalam tinjauan ini telah ditemu bual. Analisis kuantitatif telah dibincangkan dengan sewajarnya berdasarkan objektif kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan sebilangan besar responden mengalami pelbagai kesulitan semasa berulang-alik setiap hari ke tempat kerja. Perjalanan ulang-alik jarak jauh turut menjejaskan kesejahteraan sosial, tekanan kerja dan kesihatan. Usaha untuk mengurangkan permasalah ini demi kelangsungan kehidupan yang lebih baik dalam kalangan mereka adalah amat penting. Peningkatan usaha boleh dilakukan melalui kerjasama dalam pelbagai program, faedah dan kemudahan seperti perlindungan, jaminan keselamatan, serta bantuan sosial
The Effect of Instructional Leadership School Principles, Teacher Innovation and Supervision in The Quality of Learning Management at Muhammadiyah Jakarta Senior High School
This study aims to determine the effect of instructional leadership, teacher innovation and supervision on the quality of learning management at SMA Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The location of the research was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah South Jakarta. The research method used in this study was a survey method, with a population of 178 teachers with a sample of 123 teachers. The research instruments consist of learning management quality instruments, instructional leadership instruments, teacher innovation instruments and supervision instruments. The research results obtained (1) there is a positive direct effect of instructional leadership on the quality of learning management, (2) there is a positive direct effect of teacher innovation on the quality of learning management, (3) there is a positive direct effect of supervision on the quality of learning management, (4) there is a positive direct effect of instructional leadership on supervision, (5) there is a positive direct effect of teacher innovation on supervision, and (6) ) there is a positive direct effect of instructional leadership on teacher innovation. The implication of this research is that if you want to improve the quality of learning management, you must strengthen instructional leadership, teacher innovation and supervision. Suggestions that the quality of learning management is increased, all parties, namely the education office, school principals and the Muhammadiyah organization provide support for the research results that have been obtained
Parents' Experience in Providing Support and Motivation to Children in Conflict with the Law Undergoing Rehabilitation During the Time of the Covid-19 Pandemic
This study aims to explore the experiences of parents and the obstacles they experience in providing support and motivation for children undergoing rehabilitation during the Covid-19 period at LPKA Class II Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative research method - descriptive. The results of this study are that there is compatibility in several aspects of parental support given to their children who are undergoing rehabilitation at LPKA Class II Jakarta during the Covid-19 period, including (1) having time with family) having good communication between family members; (3) mutual respect among family members; and (4) there is a close relationship or bond between family members. The motivation given by parents is to try to bring bathing warmth to the family which ultimately raises motivation in children to be better. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by parents include (1) fluctuating signal conditions, (2) time constraints, (3) limited internet quota filling costs, (4) unable to attach children directly, and (5) the child's response
Children's Social Skills: A Study of The Process of Shaping Children's Early Social Skills by Parents in Indonesia
The background that motivates this research is the many highlights that are focused on the attitudes and behaviour of children in particular and adolescents in general who are considered to have low social skills. This research aimed to find out the process of shaping children's social skills from an early age carried out by parents in Bandung City. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was chosen in the process of conducting the research. The selection of research subjects was carried out using a non-probability method, namely convenience sampling from parents who have school-age children (elementary and junior high school) who live in Bandung. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire in digital form (Google form) whose results will be processed with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results showed that the dominant respondents with female gender, as many as 101 people (72.14%), male gender as many as 39 people (27.86%) with various levels of age, education, employment and income. The age of the respondent's child is dominant in the range of 5-10 years, namely 72 people (51.43%), and aged 16-20 years the least (4 people (2.86%)). The results of the empathy aspect score show the results of respondents strongly agreeing (77.86%), the participation aspect shows the results of respondents strongly agreeing (60.72%) and the assertive aspect shows the results of respondents agreeing (65%), all three of which are in the moderate category. From this study, it is expected that there is a need for socialisation about the process of forming or teaching in children and adolescents and the role of the environment outside the family in the formation of social skills
Optimization and Exploration of Office Space Design in the Post-epidemic Era
As an infectious disease that may accompany the future life of mankind for a long time, COVID19 has gradually changed people's working environment, forcing us to accelerate and deeply consider adopting a different and more flexible model to achieve sustainable work and life. This article explores the future office space model under the background of the post-epidemic era, integrates the environmental elements of office space in the current post-epidemic era from the perspective of professional practitioners, analyzes the background of the era, and research purposes, and sorts out relevant theories and materials related to office space, cases and questionnaire surveys are used as theoretical basis support. From the perspective of interior design, discuss the two aspects of people and space in the office, construct the relationship between the two, and clarify the importance of the relationship between people and the space environment in the office scene, and the necessity of physiological function and psychological construction in the work, and explore how to propose strategies for the optimization of office space design in the post-epidemic era. Strive to realize the most possible practicality and innovation of the future office space model
The Relationships Between Family Attachment, Family Commitment and School Attachment among High School Students
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between family attachment, family commitment and school attachment of High school Students in Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Data was collected from January to June, 2023. The study was conducted on a total of 914 high school students, grade 10, grade 11 and grade 12 in Dong Thap Province, Mekong Delta, Viet Nam. The study sample was randomly selected for convenience with the permission of the leaders of school, students and parents. Three professors were used to examine the validity of the questionnaire. Correlation analysis was conducted for construct validity, and reliability was measured using Cronbach's α. Data collection was conducted through the use of Questionnaire that modified by the investigator. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 program using Descriptive statistics and Correlation. This research analyzed the relationships among the family commitment – family attachment, family attachment – school attachment, family commitment – school attachment. Results showed that Family commitment and Family attachment have a statistically significant linear relationship. School attachment and Family attachment have a statistically significant linear relationship. School attachment and Family commitment have a statistically significant linear relationship. Therefore, students will ask questions about the importance of being attached to school from teachers and school social workers. This study has applied attachment theory, explaining attachment to school and attachment to family. The research results can be used as a reference for further research and contribute positive value to school and social work education. When exploring the relationship of family commitment, family attachment and school attachment, this research found that family commitment and family attachment are more significant and it is vital important to build strategy to build up school attachment for teachers, school social worker in high school in Vietnamese context
