    Effect of Work Environment and Innovative Behavior on Teachers Work for Motivation State High School in Banda Aceh City

    The purpose of the research entitled Work Environment and Innovative Behavior on Teacher Work Motivation State Senior High School in Banda Aceh is to identify and analyze: (1) the influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation, and (2) the effect of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation. The subjects of the study were teachers of the Banda Aceh State Senior High School with a sample of 252 people. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling, which is proportional and random sampling. The data were analyzed using path analysis after calculating the correlation of all research variables in the form of a matrix. The results analysis of the effect exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure obtained (1) The work environment has a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.524 (2) Innovative behavior has a positive effect on teacher work motivation of 0.309. The results of the study illustrate that (1) there is a direct positive effect of the work environment on teacher work motivation by 22.9%, and (2) there is a direct positive influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation of 17.6%.     Many of us sometimes fail or misinterpret ADHD children by not understanding fully their traits and symptoms. As a result, many ADHD children are viewed as marginal students at school since they can’t meet academic standards. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify ADHD traits and implement effective teaching strategies for ADHD children which can develop their multiple intelligences. Knowing and applying effective methods and strategies for teaching ADHD children are very essential for them to achieve academic success. Therefore, through this research hopefully, teachers can identify ADHD children and implement effective teaching strategies that can develop multiple intelligences for ADHD children optimally. This research is qualitative research with a literature study approach.     This study aims to determine Full Day School Management in SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan, Jl. Karya Wisata Ii No.1,Medan Johor, Medan, North Sumatra Province. This research is a qualitative popoulasi study of the Full Day School teacher and management and students of SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan. In an effort to improve student character education in MAN 2, the terrain model includes stages, namely: planning Full Day School learning, implementing Full Day School learning and evaluating Full Day School learning. Learning planning is adapted to the curriculum adopted by SMA As Syafi’iyah Medan, namely the government curriculum, local curriculum and school curriculum and the formulation of syllabus and plan for implementing learning. The implementation of Full Day School learning consists of habituation activities, exemplary activities, nationalism and patriotism activities and student creativity activities. Evaluation Full Day School learning in general in Medan Model 2 MAN 2 in determining minimal completeness provides an assessment of three domains, namely cognitive, affective and domain psychomotor.

    The Effect of Using Gadgets on The Level of Learning and Spirituality of Students During The Covid-19 Pandemic

    Talking about education is certainly closely related to the generation of students. If we look at the current state of education, especially the quality that exists within students, it is very concerning. Cellphones that should be used for learning in schools are now only limited to playing games. Not a few students want to read textbooks, because they are busy reading chats from their girlfriends. Not even a few studens go to the mosque to perform Dhuha prayers and Fardhu prayers because they are busy tik-tokan. Generations of students are starting to spend a lot of time in front of gadgets. The generation that Allah says in the Qur’an as the Khoiru Ummah, is now a rare thing to see.The purpose of this study was to interpret the influence of gadgets on the level of learning and spirituality of students during the covid-19 pandemi. This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques used are observation methods, documentation methods and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is Milles, Huberman and Saldana with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the influence of gadgets on the level of student learning, greatly decreased. Likewise, the level of spirituality of students during the Covid-19 pandemi, is very low. This is evidenced by the teachers who teach students at Madrasah every day, as well as student learning outcomes when doing daily tests and when doing assignments both at school and at home

    Efforts To Improve Dancing Skills in Traditional Dance Materials Using Peer Tutoring Methods at SD Negeri Pangenrejo 1

    The purpose of this research was to improve the students\u27 traditional dancing skills and to find out the implementation of the peer tutoring method. Based on the literature review and previous research journals, the use of peer tutoring methods can be used in solving learning problems in the classroom, so the researchers are interested in conduresearchingimplementation of the method. The peer tutoring method can improve the students\u27 dancing skills. In the pre-cycle, the average score was 50.78, then in the first cycle 64.28, and the second cycle, the average score was 83.46. The results showed that in the pre-cycle activity, the students\u27 dancing ability had not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria, then the first cycle was held by appointing 2 students as tutors based on their values ​​in the pre-cycle and their ability of dancing. In the pre-cycle, the average result was 50.78, which was still far from the specified criteria, then the peer tutoring method was applied in the first cycle, which got an average score of 64.28, this value also still did not reach the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Then after reflecting on the first cycle, the second cycle was implemented, which was the average score was 83.46 and had reached the KKM. This shows that the application of peer tutoring methods can improve students\u27 traditional dancing skills

    The Students’ Listening Problems For Senior High School in Pematangsiantar

    Abstract: This article describes the English listening problems faced by students in senior high school in Pematangsiantar. Specifically, it reveals (1) students\u27 English listening skills, (2) problems they face in listening to English, and (3) how the teacher solves the problem. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method and is carried out in high school in Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra. the subject of this article through the purposive sampling technique. The data was obtained through a series of English listening tests using recordings with native and non-native speakers, observation, and interviews. The findings show (1) the problems they face in listening to English deal with speaking speed, limited vocabulary, level of concentration, and established language habits, and (3) To overcome this problem, the teacher applies the practice of the right way technique. by giving students several ways to practice listening to English. Thus, it can be concluded that the teacher\u27s efforts are relevant to listening problems faced by students

Face-to-face learning at schools must be changed into a hybrid learning setting, where it combines direct teaching and learning processes with an online learning system. Teachers and students must adapt to the situation and problems related to this new situation start to occur. Ways to minimize the problems must be considered to be able to get the maximum result from the hybrid learning process. Based on the literature study conducted in this research, it has been proven that the Quizziz app can be one of the best alternatives for English hybrid learning.  This application provides attractive, interactive, and fun media for online learning especially the English subject, which makes it suitable be considered one of the best options in this emergency remote learning situation. Besides, the nature of this application is also suitable for the nature of today’s generation. This paper describes in detail why Quizziz are one of the best options to use in English online learning and how to get the most from them as well minimizing their disadvantages.  

    The Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Week Activities to Increase The Creativity of Entrepreneurial Students at PGRI Palembang University

    The goal is to find out the effectiveness of entrepreneurship week activities in increasing the creativity of entrepreneurial students. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative. As for data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires, 35 statements are used that have been tested for validity and reliability first. Where the greater the percentage achieved, the higher the effectiveness of activities in increasing student creativity in entrepreneurship. The results showed that of the 6 indicators tested, it showed that the 1st indicator was 78.13%, the 2nd indicator was 70.71%, the 3rd and 4th indicators were 84.43, the 5th indicator was 85.57 and the 6th indicator was 90%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of entrepreneurship week activities to increase the creativity of entrepreneurial students averages 82.38 percent in the high category. While the most chosen type of business is the culinary field as much as 97.7% and the remaining 2.3% are handicrafts

    Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture in 2020 as an effort to strengthen the nation\u27s character and adapt to the times. The implementation of this curriculum requires readiness from various parties, including teachers as direct implementers in schools. This research aims to find out the teacher\u27s mental readiness and knowledge readiness about the independent curriculum. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are teachers who teach at SD Negeri Sekolah Penggerak in Kerinci Regency. This research data collection technique is using interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique of this research is by doing data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The results of this study show (1) Mentally to face challenges and changes in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, teachers have confidence and enthusiasm. (2) The teacher\u27s ability to implement the Merdeka Curriculum, the teacher has a fairly good ability seen in how the teacher compiles teaching modules with minor adjustments based on the sample modules provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, prepares teaching materials and evaluations by adjusting the characteristics of students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data source was the Science textbook for SMA Class X Merdeka Curriculum.
