    Development of Scramble Learning Media to Improve the Character of Love for the Motherland in PKN Pancasila Material

    Learning media is a tool that can help the teaching and learning process so that the message\u27s meaning becomes clearer and teaching and learning goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This research aims to be a learning resource for students to obtain messages and information from teachers so that learning materials can be further improved; this research also focuses on improving the character of love for the homeland through learning media. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall method. The steps of use are potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, and limited product trials. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the analysis of the material expert assessment of 92%, media expert assessment of 86.67%, grade elementary school teacher trial of 90%, individual trial of 91.11%, small group trial of 90.13%, and large group trial of 88%. Thus, scramble learning media can also increase the character of love for the homeland and motivation in the learning process so that students feel happy and excited and do not get bored during the learning process

    Management of Elementary and Regular Classes for Elementary School Students from the Implementation and Planning of Idea

    This study aims to describe the management of excellent and regular classes at SD Hang Tua 10 Juanda. This research is field research conducted using qualitative methods with a case study research design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data condensation, data presentation, and verification of conclusions. This study tested credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability to ensure data validity. The research findings reveal the implementation of the excellent class and regular class programs, covering aspects such as planning (objectives, management, curriculum, costs), implementation (administrators, educators, students, materials, scheduling, facilities, costs), evaluation, and comparing the results with existing standards. This evaluation is usually conducted during mid-term or end-of-term assessments, where reports from each excellent class or regular class teacher are submitted to the headmaster. The evaluation examines whether the objectives of the excellent class program, as measured by student learning through exams or assessments, have been achieved. If not, improvements will be made. However, if the learning process and outcomes align with the established standards, enrichment activities will be implemented to maintain or enhance student learning achievements

    IPAS Implementation in Elementary Schools: How Teachers Build Student Understanding

    Merging science (IPA) and social studies (IPS) subjects into science and learning (IPAS) in elementary schools is challenging for teachers. This study aims to determine how teachers build students\u27 understanding of IPAS subjects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through case studies. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research subjects were SDIT At-Taqwa KPAD Bandung IV teachers. Data analysis utilizes Miles and Huberman\u27s techniques. Based on the research results, the teacher\u27s way of building student understanding is by highlighting the dominant material between Science and Social Sciences; the teacher uses a student-centered approach with cooperative learning models and scientific methods as well as various types of cooperative learning, although the combination of the two subjects (IPA and IPS) are considered less effective. However, with various creativities and innovations created by the teacher, the learning process can still run well. The implications of this research for IPAS learning in the classroom are as an alternative for teachers in carrying out science learning to build students\u27 understanding of IPAS comprehensively. Besides that, the results of this research are expected to be input for policymakers in deciding or providing a policy in a curriculum

    The Use of English Learning Videos on Personal Tablets to Facilitate Primary Students\u27 Literacy

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tablet use by utilizing learning videos to improve student literacy at SD Negeri 15 Woja. The population of this study ranges from low to high-grade students (III & IV) at SD Negeri 15 Woja, which consists of 20 students. Each student from grades I to VI took 10 students, who were the primary samples in the implementation of this study. This research uses qualitative research methods. Furthermore, the research instruments used in this study are direct in-class observations containing video recordings and other supporting data such as activity documentation, researcher diaries, and additional website resources. After the data is analyzed using qualitative analysis, it can be concluded that using technological media in the form of learning videos effectively encourages students of SD Negeri 15 Woja to carry out literacy activities in different ways. The statement is corroborated by some of the data attached to the study

    Application of Couple Card Media to Increase Student Activeness in Elementary Schools

    This research is motivated by the need for more student activeness in learning at elementary schools. The research aims to enhance student activeness in using couple card media among elementary school students. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the Kemmis and McTaggart model design. The research implementation plan includes planning, action and observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques involve observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data processing techniques involve calculating average values and percentages. The results obtained in the pre-cycle phase showed that out of 30 students, only 41% (12 students) were active in the learning process. After implementing the first cycle using couple card learning media, student activeness improved but still needed to be maximized, with a percentage of 67% (20 students) being active in the learning process. Following the implementation of the second cycle, student activeness significantly increased and reached the predetermined threshold set by the researcher as an indicator of activeness in learning. The percentage obtained was 89% (27 students) actively engaged during the learning process

    Evaluation of the School Literacy Movement in Primary Schools

    This research aims to evaluate the implementation of a literacy program based on predetermined indicators, with the expectation that the findings will benefit future policy formulation. The research used a qualitative approach, specifically the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation. Data collection involved interviews and observations. The School Literacy Movement is a government initiative aimed at improving literacy levels in Indonesia. In the Muaro Jambi District, a primary school serving as an implementer of the School Literacy Movement experienced a decline in literacy education based on educational report card scores. After conducting the research, it was found that the school already had clear goals in the context, but it required additional inputs such as integrating the vision and mission to motivate teachers and students, establishing a School Literacy Team (TLS), implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and optimizing the use of facilities and resources. In the process, academic supervision and creativity in finding appropriate learning media were still needed, along with personalized guidance for students to identify their learning styles to ensure that the outcomes aligned with the intended goals. The research highlights the importance of various factors in implementing the literacy program, and the findings can contribute to improving future literacy policies in schools

    Sensitive period is when children quickly learn and build mindsets through experiences. This research aims to develop Smart Kiddo Games as an Effort to Improve Physical Motor and Language Ability in Early Childhood. This research is Research and Development using the approaching model developed by Borg & Gall. Starting with a preliminary study, planning, and game product development, continued to the product validation stage (game model) by two material expert validators and two game experts. Product validity analysis using the Aiken formula. Based on the results of the validity test of the assessment instrument by material experts and game experts, all showed results ≥ 0.05 (valid). Thus, it can be concluded that Smart Kiddo Games are appropriate for use in learning as an effort to improve the physical motoric and language abilities of early childhood. Furthermore, it is hoped that it can become one of the most effective and enjoyable early childhood learning strategies, according to the principles and stages of early childhood development

    Responding to The Challenges of The 2045 Golden Generation: Improving a Legal-Aware Golden Generation with a Cultural and Identity Education Approach

    The golden generation aware of the law is a reality that must be pursued by the people of Indonesia, considering the strong influence of globalization and the positive and negative impacts on the Indonesian nation. This study aimed to explore, study, and obtain an overview of increasing the legal awareness of the golden generation in culture and identity in responding to the challenges of the 2045 golden generation. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach using the case study method. The research location was STKIP Pasundan, Cimahi. Primary data were obtained from purposively selected sources of informants. Secondary data were obtained from library sources. They collect data using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies. The research results showed: (1) The strategy for increasing the golden generation to answer the challenges of the 2045 golden generation is to increase morality and creativity in the digital era through Citizenship Education Learning which teaches creativity in the digital era so that a law-aware culture is formed. (2) Improving the legal-aware golden generation is also carried out by strengthening their national identity, namely by various perspectives from a legal, entrepreneurial, and health perspective, and to create a legal-aware, creative, and planning-generation golden generation in 2045.     The Potential of the Human Respiratory System e-Worksheet based on the Guided Inquiry in Empowering Critical Thinking Skills

    The presence of the covid pandemic, technological advances, and the complexities of the 21st century demand renewal of teaching materials in schools. Guided Inquiry learning models can also bridge the empowerment of critical thinking skills. This study aims to: 1) describe the feasibility of the e-worksheet based on expert judgment, 2) describe the practicality of the e-worksheet based on the teacher\u27s assessment, and 3) describe the results of the e-worksheet readability assessment by students. This development research refers to the ADDIE development procedure. However, this research was only carried out up to the development stage due to limitations. The results of the feasibility assessment by material experts, teaching materials experts, and linguists showed that the e-worksheet was categorized as valid with a score of 80.00, 74.00, and 90.00, respectively. Then, the teacher\u27s assessment results showed that the e-worksheet was in the practical category, scoring 92.00 and 94.00. Finally, the student readability test results showed that the e-worksheet could be read well, with scores of 93.61 and 93.88. Thus, the respiratory system e-worksheet based on the developed guided inquiry model can be recommended to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills
