    The The Effect of Digital Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Ability on Employee Performance After the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal\u27s digital leadership style on performance, the Effect of personnel motivation on performance, and the Effect of personnel workability on performance as the Effect of the madrasa principal\u27s charismatic leadership style, inspiration, and the ability of personnel to work simultaneously on the version of SMAN 1 Padang City employees after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire in the form of a Google form, which was distributed to 26 employees of SMAN 1 Padang City. Based on the results of data analysis using the partial t-test and f-test simultaneously (multiple linear regression), it is known that after the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Padang City, the school principal\u27s charismatic leadership style positively affected employee performance with a score of 0,23. Personnel motivation does not affect employee performance with a score of 0,39; Employee workability positively affects employee performance with a score of 0,001; and the leadership style of digital school principals, motivation, and workability of employees jointly affect employee performance by 79.7%. This research has substantial implications in the post-pandemic educational context. Such substances may include the need to implement an adaptive digital leadership style, increased employee motivation, and development of employability as critical factors in improving the performance of educated employees. The information obtained from this study can help school principals and education management to more effectively manage human resources in the changing environment post-pandemic, create motivating working conditions, and improve the quality of education at SMA 1 Padang

    The Effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Model and Motivation on Understanding Pancasila Philosophy

    The effect of the Teams Games Tournament learning model and motivation on understanding the ideology of Pancasila in the Civics Study Program was studied using a non-equivalent group pretest-posttest research design. The PPKN study program, totalling 30 people, was the subject of this research. Questionnaires and tests are used to gather information about research findings. The research investigation was carried out using the independent sample t-test technique, with a significance level 0.05. The study\u27s findings show that the total count is 5.509. Here, the t value exceeds the 2.048 t table value. These findings suggest that cooperative learning models of the TGT kind effect student learning motivation. Based on the Independent Samples Test on "Assumption of Equal variances," the Sig is known. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 to be the basis for decision-making in the Independent Sample T-Test. As a result, there is a relatively significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using the conventional learning model (control class) and students taught using the TGT learning model. The Pancasila ideology is different in applying the Teams Games Tournament learning model to the standard learning model.     This study aims to determine and describe the lying behavior of students in SD Islam Terpadu Darul Ihsan Pontianak. The subjects of this study consisted of 2 students of Class IV and Class V and six supporting subjects, namely two classmates, two class teachers, and two parents of the subject. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The type of research used is an intrinsic case study, using data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews and observation. Data analysis using an interactive model includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the factors causing students to lie were parental care, relationships with family, social environment, and use of social media. The impact is the loss of trust from people around, the habit of repeated lying behavior, the burden of protracted thoughts, and the damage to social relationships between people. Efforts made by class teachers to overcome lying behavior in students are to provide teaching with integrity about the dangers of lying behavior and manners, provide punishment in the form of reflection to students, become an example that reflects the positive impact of honesty and cooperation with the parents of the students concerned

    This study aims to determine the religious character of class-based students in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative approach to natural objects. The qualitative approach in this study uses exploratory description to reveal how religious character strengthening is applied in a natural environment, namely in elementary school classrooms. This research data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Participants in the study were principals, class teachers, and students, data processing using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed a strengthening in the religious character of class-based students at SDN. Classroom-based Character Education Strengthening (PPK) is carried out by integrating character values in the learning process thematically or integrated into subjects according to the curriculum.  Classroom-based strengthening of students\u27 religious character at SDN Sidoarjo has created a supportive environment for strengthening students\u27 religious character. This research shows that teachers at Sidoarjo State Elementary School have succeeded in enhancing students\u27 religious character through structured learning in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Religious values have been integrated into daily activities. However, the evaluation of implementing these religious values needs to be improved

    There are various perspectives on the consistency of the Merdeka Curriculum Towards Pancasila profiles at various eds that still need to impact learner efficacy. This article discusses and examines the consistency of the Merdeka Curriculum towards Pancasila Profiles at Various Education Levels. This article used a theoretical study based on a qualitative and quantitative approach. This approach prioritizes theoretical studies, articles, and other sources that are considered very relevant to the discussion. The discussion method uses five levels: In-depth description, holistic approach, qualitative analysis, use of primary data, and limited data generalization. Meanwhile, the quantitative approach uses a questionnaire distribution with 57 items and involves 45 respondents using purposive random sampling. Based on the study of this article, it was found that curriculum consistency Towards the Profile of Pancasila Students at the education level can be categorized as high, with an average score of 75.5. It could be done by prioritizing various positive perspectives to develop a specific ability to achieve the Golden Indonesia in 2045 goal. This research implies that it can be the solution alternative for making future education decisions

    Generally, the problem in the learning process is the application of the lecture method in the delivery of learning material by the teacher. The teacher also leads students to complete assignments, discussions, exercises, and question-and-answer activities like general learning methods. An alternative way of looking at students\u27 writing skills is by using flipbook media. This research aims to determine the influence of flipbook media on imaginative descriptive paragraph writing skills at Pertiwi Elementary School, Medan. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design research design. The samples used were class IV A students at Pertiwi Medan Elementary School as the control class and class IV B students at Pertiwi Medan Elementary School as the control class, with 24 students in each class. Data collection techniques use test and observation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use instrument and data analysis tests using research results using IBM SPSS for Windows 20 and Excel. Based on the research results, the flipbook media significantly influences the imaginative descriptive paragraph writing skills of Pertiwi Elementary School students in Medan, and the results of the comparison of the average pre-test score were 51.88 and post-test 85.83

    The low level of understanding among fifth-grade students in learning the concepts of speed and discharge causes difficulties in solving story problems. This research aims to develop a learning media using an Articulate Storyline for the concepts of speed and discharge in the fifth grade of SDN Krian IV. The Articulate Storyline learning media contains concepts of speed and discharge presented in a narrative form, accompanied by triggering questions and interactive quizzes. The Research and Development method with the 4D model was used, but only up to three stages: Define, Design, and Development. Time constraints were a consideration for the researcher in determining the research stages. Data collection techniques used in this research included interviews with fifth-grade teachers and questionnaires for validation. The research results are as follows: 1) the development process of Articulate Storyline learning media for the topics of speed and discharge went through several stages and product revisions; 2) the Articulate Storyline learning media for the concepts of speed and discharge meets the criteria for suitability to be used in the learning process, as indicated by the validation results from an expert in three aspects: media, content, and language assessment, all of which received the category of Very Feasible

    An Analysis of Classroom Management Conducted by the English Teacher at a Private Islamic Junior High School

    This study investigates the classroom management strategies of an English teacher at a private Islamic Junior High School in Sidoarjo, focusing on time and space management, student behavior, and instructional strategies. The research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in creating a conducive learning environment. Observations were conducted during two meetings on May 28 and 29, 2024, using an observation checklist based on McLeod, Fisher, and Hoover\u27s classroom management theory. Additionally, an interview with the teacher provided further insights. The results revealed that the teacher effectively managed classroom time and space, scoring 50% in both sessions. However, student behavior management could have been more effective, with scores of 45% and 50% in the respective meetings. Instructional strategies were also limited, with scores of 40% in both meetings. The study highlights a well-organized classroom environment but points to areas for improvement, including enhancing behavior management techniques and incorporating diverse instructional strategies. The implications suggest a need for more dynamic and responsive approaches to classroom management, including integrating technology and fostering personal connections with students to improve engagement and learning outcomes

    Decentralization of Financing Management and Corruption Conflict in the Education Budget

    This study aims to discuss the history, purpose, and reality of decentralization of financing management in local government, as well as analyze the conflict of corruption of education funds in Indonesia and formulate solutions. The method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. It describes the analysis of data evidence from official government websites and from the results of other parallel studies to find new discussions and experiences to formulate solutions that are much more relevant to the current bureaucracy. The results of this study explain that local government corruption cases after decentralization are the highest of other government agencies, and the source of funds that is the strongest possibility of this practice is the education sector. The education budget continues to soar every year, but the progress of educational development still needs to grow. With the political payback concept, the corruption chain is increasingly difficult to break. As time goes by, the barriers to education seem unchanged. In this case, the DPRD is required to oversee the process of distributing education funds from the central ministry to local governments, the mass media must be more transparent, and the need for anti-corruption education from an early age to form an attitude of responsibility and discipline, this anti-corruption education needs to be given repeatedly, especially for political contestants

    Student Response to Teachers in the Implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project

    The Pancasila student profile is a character development in the independent curriculum that students must develop optimally. Professional teachers are central to developing students\u27 character in the Pancasila student profile. Student responses to teachers are needed to determine if a teacher already has professional competence to support students in developing their character in the P5 program. This study examined students\u27 responses to teachers in implementing the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile (P5). The approach used is descriptive qualitative. Using this approach, the researcher can emphasize the importance of students\u27 responses to the teacher, and the researcher can gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the actual condition of the teacher. Data was taken using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of the analysis of this study were that the responses from students indicated that several teachers could not make the class atmosphere lively when giving material in the P5 program, so learning became boring and monotonous. The implications of this research for the teacher concerned, the school will take the following actions: a. training through the Merdeka Teaching Training application provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, b. Join the teacher community to be able to share best practices in learning. c. through the school\u27s MGMP
