Furthermore, the calculated t value equals l3.208> t table 0.2732, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This means the cost indicator positively influences parents\u27 decisions (Y)
In-House Training Modules on Learning Media to Improve Information and Communication Technology Competence in Elementary School Teachers
In-house training (IHT) programs effectively address educational challenges in schools through a thorough needs analysis. While IHT programs are frequently conducted, the primary focus should be on enhancing the quality of training to meet the specific needs of institutions, roles, and individuals involved. At SDN 98, a notable issue is the low utilization of technology in the learning process despite adequate multimedia facilities. Among 17 classroom teachers, fewer than 25% are proficient in using computers for instruction, and only one or two teachers regularly use laptops. The use of LCD projectors is also rare. This situation highlights the urgent need to improve teachers\u27 information and communication technology (ICT) skills. Consequently, this Study aims to enhance the ICT competencies of SDN 98 teachers through targeted training and the development of IHT modules. The research employs a research and development (R&D) method that includes eight stages: initial research, planning, product design, validation, revision, limited trials, and field trials. Islamic and Senior High Schools in School Market in Indonesia
Madrasah and non-religious schools must compete for potential students. These two types of educational institutions compete to attract similar student markets. Therefore, this article aims to explore the strategies of madrasah aliyah (MA) and high school (SMA) in the school market in the local context. In addition, this article aims to explore the positioning, differentiation, and brand (PDB) strategies of MA and SMA in the local context. This research is qualitative. Data was collected using interviews with 16 participants: principals, vice principals, teachers, students, alums, parents, and villagers. The study found the number of MA students declined more than high school students in the past five years. Moreover, the findings of this study show that MA PDB focus on Islamic religious learning and skills is different from the market\u27s expectations: students/parents. In contrast, the GDP chosen by SMA focuses more on academic achievement and further study by the expectations of students and parents. This research suggests that madrasahs and schools analyze market needs for sustainable education as a basis for marketing strategies. The Effectiveness of the Implementation of Learning Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning
The phenomenon related to this research is that until now, the learning media used by teachers is still very minimal. It can be seen from the broken focus that the internet network still needs improvement, and the time used to carry out supervision could be a lot higher because the principal has the task. For the most part, this is one of the inhibiting factors in the process of supervised learning in this school and will also affect the quality of learning, impacting student learning outcomes. This type of field research uses qualitative research methods or approaches. This study used the principal and several teachers who taught as respondents or resource persons. This study concludes that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because learning supervision can be a benefit that directs, encourages, spurs, and surveys instructors in the utilization of learning. The strategy applied by the teacher to improve the quality of learning is that the teaching and learning process must start with planning learning activities, learning methods, media used, face-to-face, and class management, then observed and evaluated. The principle in providing services to teachers so that the learning process can run smoothly is good, where the principal assists teachers in planning, implementing, and assessing learning program activities and assisting teachers in preparing teaching and learning activities
