No full textKemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang tiada habisnya untuk di urai benang merahnya. Kemiskinan menjadikan kesenjangan yang bersifat multidimensi sehingga perlu dilakukan transformasi dalam kegiatan yang produktif sebagai upaya keseimbangan (equilibrium) dan mencapai tingkat setara (egaliter) dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat.[1] Tulisan ini diarahkan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dan sifat kualitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa content analysis melalui pendekatan sosiologis. Melalui metode ini ditawarkan pencapaian untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan yang bisa dilakukan melalui institusi sosial dengan membangun gerakan sosial (social movement), menjalin kerjasama dengan lembaga sosial, melakukan penggalangan dana atau amal, maupun melakukan kesepakatan masyarakat dengan membangun komunitas malalui potensi lokal yang dimiliki serta dapat juga digunakan alternatif wirausaha secara sosial.

More specifically, the writer explains about the Islamic context as building peace, Islam and social conflicts, may have a close relationship of both dimensions. Therefore, Islam as a dampening solution of social conflicts (conflict resolution) in the recent decades in Indonesia, has brought a new direction to the dynamic development of the conflict in the name of religion. It means that specifically Islam is not merelly considered as a sacred teaching, but also profane that gives solution to the conflict of multicultural and multireligious society. To understanding the dynamics of social conflicts in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of Muslim scholars and interfaith leaders who continue to maintain the tradition of dialogue between different religions. Thus, the onslaught of geo-politic is presumed to be caused by the interests of individuals considered as the owners of capital that can lead chaos on the society. The understanding of social and religious diversity wrapped in the name of pluralism is little bit able to influence the people mindset in determining the direction of Indonesia based of diversity.

This fact is based on the reality that Islamic banking becomes an integral part of the economic system of the world, especially in the countries with a majority Muslim population such as Indonesia. Therefore, as long as there is Islamic economic system and shariah banking in a country, the presence of fiqh muamalah will always become urgent. Get PDFFitrah is a popular term which is often related to the sanctity of human life. Fitrah is synonymous with the holy and pure. Especially at the end of the month of Ramadan, it becomes interesting term because there are two sentences namely 'Idul Fitri' and 'zakat fitrah' which means a symbol of someone who has returned to fitrah: human nature. Even the term of fitrah is categorized in such good concept in both religion, science or education. This paper attempts to unravel and exmine the nature of fitrah in the perspective of the two sources where which the term is derived, namely Hadith and Quran, especially the fitrah in the context of human nature. Hadith and the Qur'an explains the meaning of ‘fitrah’ by 'Islam'. In this context Islam is not understood as a religion or an institution but rather to provide an understanding that 'Islam' is an act of submission to the Creator. Every human being is born as an 'Islamic' and have their potential faith. However, if a person comes to leave such fitrah with the passage of time, it is due to the external factors. The only way that can make human being to ‘the fitrah’ is “Islam” as the original religion of fitrah through the teachings of the 'kitab al-‘alam’ and the Quran

By using the approach of 'ulu> m al- Hadi> s {via the method of literature found that criticism of honor has rules that can scientifically be used as the primary method, or at least parallel to ktirik sanan. In addition, criticism of honor which historically suspended animation, at this time began to be revived.
