Efektivitas Pengguanaan Media Shadow Puppet
No full textThis research aims to use shadow puppet media, which will be used to improve speaking skills in narrative text learning material. The subjects of this study were at MAK Zidny Ilma Warzuqny Fahma students. The sample in this study were students of tenth grade at MAK Ziwfa. This quantitative study focused on student's achievement in the use of shadow puppet media to increase the student's speaking skills in narrative text. The finding of this study shows that shadow puppet media significantly gives effects on student's learning. The conclusion is based on the significance value calculation of the T count > T table, so H0 is rejected; therefore, Ha is accepted. It means that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes taught by using a shadow puppet media through English speaking skill
Analysis of Pluralism Ideas of Muhammad ‘Ali Ash-Shabuni in the Tafsir of Rawa’i al-Bayan
Get PDFThis study aims to reconstruct Muhammad 'Ali Ash-Shabuni's idea of pluralism in the tafsir of Rawa'i al-Bayan. Ash-Shabuni's idea of pluralism is interesting because it is based on the interpretation of the verses of war. The study of war verses has implications for shaping the ethics that must be enforced in the most extreme forms of interaction, war. The reconstruction of Ash-Shabuni 's pluralism idea was designed in qualitative research with an analytical descriptive type. While the approach used is semantic content-analysis, because the data is in the form of a tafsir book. As a sample, interpretations of surah al-Baqarah verses 190-195 were taken will which is discussed the provisions of war, and verses 216-218 with the theme of the law of war in the haram months. Based on semantic content analysis, it can be concluded that basically, Islamic teachings invite acceptance of non-Muslims. The warfare that is allowed in Islam is as a defense method against agreements that are violated by non-Muslims, defending the land of haram (as the land of birth), defense of the haram months as a form of respect for tradition, the war for defending Allah's religion, and war because it avoids slander in the form of coercing infidels so that Muslims apostatize

Nationalist Pluralism in Fiqh Sosial: Ideas and Actions of KH. MA. Sahal Mahfudh
Get PDFThis study explores the ideas and actions of KH. MA Sahal Mahfudh's pluralism as a role model for society. This qualitative descriptive research used fiqh sosial as a tool of analysis. The data is derived from the different works of Kiai Sahal and other supporting works are complemented by interviews with figures who understand the thinking of Kiai Sahal. The results of research on the thoughts and practices of Kiai Sahal on pluralism are fiqh ikhtilaf, the basic principle of pluralism that promotes tolerance, and the state does not need to be labeled Islam. Meanwhile, Kiai Sahal's pluralism practices include accepting Pancasila, fighting for non-Muslim burials, allowing non-Muslims to teach in pesantren, engaging in interfaith cooperation, prohibiting hostility to non-Muslims, and differentiating between religious areas and mu'amalah. Kiai Sahal's contribution to the aspect of thinking is to open up the inclusiveness of thought while in fact, it can enhance the diversity of the country. No full textThis paper aims at proposing an understanding of the forms of jihad found on Instagram social media. Seeing social media is the current communication trend with rapid development and utilization. One popular social media is Instagram. Instagram can be a means of jihad and alternative propaganda in da'wah. The method used in this article is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the content in posts and caption writing on social media Instagram. The contribution of research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of jihad and show that jihad that is supposed to be is not related to the radical element. Through content analysis, uploads have been found on instagram containing jihad activities in accordance with the indicators of jihad with the Qur’an and Hadis, jihad with property and jihad of passion. This proves that Instagram social media is in fact capable of becoming a means of jihad for the present generation that has proven to be effective and efficient

Get PDFThis article explains about digital literacy in Pesantren as part of modernization, and also describes about the academic changes and the digital contestation as well as its impact to Pesantren’s tradition. The writer takes an example in Pesantren Al-Anwar 3, Sarang-Rembang that have been experiencing academic transformation and being different from the previous institution and the writer finds some points. First , modernization and digital literacy bring about diversification of knowledge where the santri (pesantren students) could freely access the information through online. Secondly, digital literacy in pesantren has much to do with the prominent figure and implemented as a wise way to control and consume the information. Thirdly digital literacy is a good chance to spread the narration of tolerance Islam, inclusivism, the idea about nationality, however this need a serious attention an guidance such the process of reading , filtering and re-checking. Through participatory observation and in depth interview, the writer would give the depiction about digital literacy in Pesantren Al-Anwar 3, the curriculum, experience of changing, digital contestation also explaining how the santri and pesantren utilize and develop the digital literacy.Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang literasi digital pesantren sebagai bagian dari modernisasi, serta pola perubahan akademik dan kontestasi maya yang mempengaruhi tradisi pesantren. Penulis mengambil contoh Pesantren Al-Anwar 3, Sarang-Rembang yang mengalami transformasi akademik dari pendahulunya dan menemukan beberapa poin. Pertama: modernisasi dan literasi digital membawa dampak pada diversivikasi pengetahuan dimana santri lebih leluasa mengakses informasi secara online. Kedua, literasi digital di pesantren dipengaruhi oleh figure sentralnya dan dimaknai sebagai cara bijak mengendalikan dan mengkonsumsi arus informasi dimana pesantren memegang peran kunci dalam pengendalian ini . Ketiga literasi digital berpeluang sebagai arena untuk menyebarkan narasi dan nilai Islam yang tolerance, inklusif, dan berwawasan kebangsaan, akan tetapi akses ini membutuhkan perhatian dan bimbingan yang lebih intens, seperti membaca, memfilter, dan mengechek kembali (read, filter and rechek). Melalui observasi terlibat dan in deepth interview, penulis akan memberikan gambaran tentang literasi digital di Pesantren Al-Anwar, kurikulum, pengalaman akan perubahan, kontestasi digital serta bagaimana santri dan pesantren memaknai, menggunakan dan mengembangkan literasi digital

While social media is sometimes used to disseminate radicalism and terrorism, it is actually providing a space for delivering a modest, peaceful, and humanistic religious teaching. Data to be analysed, in descriptive qualitative method, are collected from social media broadcast. Hopefully it will spread awareness that social media can a tool to counter radicalism. Thus, mutual understading need to be strengthened among the government, society and religious leaders concerning the use of social media to promote peace and harmony.This paper aims at proposing an alternative perspective on social media. In the relationship between evaluation and learning Arabic, i.e. can be known to what extent the success of the learning process and the learning objectives to be achieved. Therefore, every Arabic language teacher must have the knowledge and understanding of the criteria and principles for preparing an evaluation instrument for learning Arabic. In order for the test to have good quality, three criteria must be fulfilled, namely validity, reliability, and practicality. The Arabic language test room can be grouped into two: namely language element tests and language skills tests. Arabic tests can be grouped into various types of tests based on various characteristics of grouping. In preparing the Arabic language test, it is necessary to pay attention to the principles and guidelines for the preparation of the test so that the test questions prepared are guaranteed quality
