No full textThe author is interested in focusing his research on surah Luqman verses 12-19 because this verse has the closest meaning to early childhood education. This research uses library research with efforts to search for literature references related to the subject matter discussed descriptively, namely research that collects materials, books, supporting literature. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis by analyzing the meaning contained in the verses of the Qur'an related to early childhood according to surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 according to the tafsir of Ibn Kathir. The results showed that the educational value that needs to be instilled from surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 includes aqidah education, shari'ah education, and moral education
Study of the Axiology Values of Pesantren

No, except likewise with Axiology and related values with Pesantren, this study for know change values behavior students going outside Pesantren. This research use approach qualitative with method studies library research with type studies case. This study sourced from books and articles discussing a change in value in the Pesantren. The result of the study has shown a number of already values there is since formerly still something preserved inside Pesantren, like case respect more old and love more young, dressed polite, cooperation. The study found that values inside axiology Pesantren no forever can be maintained when they have to go out from the Pesantren like not wearing hijab, like steal, hard for getting along with the public. Fiqh Sosial Paradigm for Understanding Universal Values of Pancasila

This research uses a descriptive method. The Fiqh Sosial paradigm refers to the thoughts of Kiai Sahal Mahfudh who believes that the purpose of human existence in this world is to get happiness in the world and heaven. This goal will be achieved if humans do not separate the implementation of the two functions. Namely the function ibadatullah and fungsi imaratul ardli. The first precept of Pancasila which contains religious values is a function of ibadatullah which will always be connected with the other four precepts. The first precept of Pancasila, which is the spirit of the other precepts, also shows the compatibility of understanding that the function of ibadatullah is the basis for the important task of humans in caring for the universe (imaratul ardli). Optimalisasi Perpustakaan dan Penguatan Literasi bagi Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya
Get PDFCovid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia mneyebabkan perubahan yang cukup besar. Perpustakaan SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya yang tidak dirawat akibat Work from Home membuat perpustakaan menjadi kumuh. Buku banyak yang rusak dan tak layak baca karena dimakan rayap. Beberapa sarana juga rusak, salah satunya adalah rak buku yang rapuh. Penulis melakukan pengabdian ini dengan tujuan meremajakan perpustakaan dan penguatan literasi sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Case Based Reasoning dengan melakukan empat tahap a) pendeskripsian, b) mencari perbedaan masalah sebelumnya dan masalah sekarang, c) evaluasi masalah sebelumnya, dan d) penerapan solusi. Hasil dari peremajaan perpustakaan ini diantaranya, perpustakaan menjadi lebih rapi, terarah, dan tumbuhnya minat siswa mengunjungi perpustakaan untuk membaca, mengerjakan tugas, dsb. Penguatan literasi sekolah dilakukan dengan sosialisasi. Sasaran sosialisasi ini adalah IPM SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Palangka Raya yang selanjutnya menjadi kader Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS)
Health Quarantine Law as Protection of the Fulfillment of Basic Rights in the Perspective of Fiqh Siyasah
Get PDFThis study was motivated by the implementation of the Health Security Law as ius constitutum, which on the one hand requires the state to protect public health through health quarantine, but on the other hand, it is also burdened with the obligation to guarantee the right to life of its people. Therefore, this article is directed at tracing the rationale for protecting dharuriyat al-khamsah in the law intended from the perspective of fiqh al-siyasah. Through doctrinaire legal research methods, this article offers two conclusions, namely first, from the perspective of fiqh al-siyasah which postulates that every legal decision formulated by the authorities must be based on the problems of the people, then the presence of the UU KK has reflected the beneficial values desired in the postulates of fiqh al -siyasah. Then the second conclusion, in terms of protection against dharuriyat al-khamsah, the presence of the UU KK has provided a definite guarantee of the right to public health which has resulted in ensuring hifd al-nafs
Pengembangan Buku Ajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Get PDFThe aim of this research to knowing the development procedures, feasibility and effectiveness of textbooks to improve the higher order thinking skills grade V SD/MI students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the research model used is the 4D model. Based on the results of the research, the development procedure is carried out referring to the 4D model which has 4 steps, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The results of the analysis of the validation sheets of material experts and media experts, the average score of the product is 87% (very good) and 79% (good) respectively, meaning that the product has been judged "feasible (Valid)". Based on the results of the teacher response questionnaire, the average score obtained is 80% (good) meaning that the product has been judged "feasible (Valid)". It can be concluded that textbooks are worth testing in schools. Based on the results of the textbook trial to 12 grade V students at SDN Rancalutung, students showed a positive response in participating in learning with textbooks, this can be seen from the results of the analysis of student response questionnaires, which was 100%. Then the percentage of student learning completion before using this textbook is 33% while after using this textbook it reaches a score above the school's KKM which is 92%. It can be concluded that the HOTS-based ecosystem material science textbook can effectively improve the higher order thinking skills of grade V SD/MI students

Get PDFThis study aims to identify the progress of cooperatives located in At-Taslim Islamic Boarding School, Bintoro Village, Demak District, Demak Regency. Entrepreneurial activities carried out within the framework of Kopontren, as well as the role of Kopontren At-Taslim in improving the entrepreneurial skills of students are interesting findings. This research was conducted using field research methods and using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants related to the research issue. The results of this study noted that entrepreneurial activities carried out in the At-Taslim Kopontren environment include the At-Taslim Kopontren business unit in Bintoro Village, the "Mu'awanah" wood business unit in Karang Mlati Village, and the Refillable Drinking Water Depot (DAMIU QIYA) business unit in Wonosalam Village. The role of Kopontren At-Taslim in improving the entrepreneurial competence of students is able to train the entrepreneurial ability of students to be skilled and contribute both to themselves and in the entrepreneurial environment at Kopontren At-Taslim
Manajemen Risiko Pembiayaan Murabahah Sertifikasi Guru di Bank Syariah
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the risks that arise in murabahah financing for teacher certification (sergu) and to find out how the risk management for murabahah teacher certification (sergu) is in Islamic banks. The object of this research is PT. BPR Syariah Artha Mas Abadi Waturoyo Margoyoso Pati. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in murabahah financing for teacher certification (sergu) there are several risks that may occur, namely the risk of duplicating educator certificates by customers, delays in disbursing certification funds by the government, customers or teachers who make financing being fired from their jobs while the financing process is still ongoing, and customer certification funds are revoked by the government. This research shows that PT. BPR Syariah Artha Mas Abadi implements risk management for murabahah financing for teacher certification (sergu) that is good and in accordance with the provisions, consisting of risk identification, risk measurement, risk monitoring, and risk control
Analisis Risiko Pembiayaan Mudharabah di Bank Syari’ah
Get PDFRisks and obstacles to the implementation of mudharabah financing are one of the factors behind the low development of mudharabah financing in Islamic banks compared to other financing products. To anticipate risks and to enhance the development of mudharabah financing in Islamic banks, it is necessary to identify and in-depth study the risks of implementing mudharabah financing in Islamic banks so that strategies and solutions for these risks can be found. This research was conducted for this purpose by using quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that there are risks inherent in this financing, namely agency problems, adverse selection, moral hazard, and other risks that have not been studied in this study. These risks are a particular challenge for Islamic banks to implement mudharabah financing. The results of this study offer several strategies that can be carried out by Islamic banks in anticipating some of these risks, namely conducting analysis of prospective customers who are really good, conducting post-contract visits, providing managerial assistance as well as in preparing good and correct financial reports, conducting inspections and periodic monitoring, as well as immediately making decisions and following up when data is found that are not suitable for the implementation of the business carried out by the mudhorib. The solutions presented in this study can be further developed to support the implementation of mudharabah financing in Islamic banks

Get PDFStock prices in the capital market are a reflection of all available information. Various events that occur in the capital market environment, both economic and non-economic, contain information that is used as a basis for decision making for investors so that they become one of the factors that determine the ups and downs of stock prices and transaction volume. This study aims to determine the value of a significant comparison between stock prices and transaction volumes before and after the national announcement of Covid-19 on telecommunication companies listed in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index). This research method uses quantitative methods in the form of comparative descriptive studies, the population of this study consists of 4 telecommunications companies listed in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) using purposive sampling technique taken as many as 3 companies as samples. The data sample used is the closing of stock prices and transaction volume at 12 months (before covid-19) and at 12 months (after the announcement of covid-19) in the stock summary www.idx.co.id. The data of this study was processed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, using SPSS 22. The results of this study prove that there is a significant comparison value between stock prices and transaction volumes before and after the national announcement of Covid-19 on telecommunication companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index ( JII)
