OPTIMALISASI KINERJA PEGAWAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN BINAKAL KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO
Service is a process of directly fulfilling the needs of activities carried out to meet the needs of the community so as to obtain satisfaction. To get good service results, the role of employees is very important to serve the needs of the community. Religious Affairs Office employees have tried their best with existing capabilities and facilities to provide the best service to the community. However, the duties and roles of the Religious Affairs Office in Binakal District have not been realized properly due to a lack of staff to carry out the planned objectives and inadequate facilities so that service is still not optimal. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative method. This qualitative research uses a field research approach. By using data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation, and also using data triangulation in testing the validity of the data obtained. The results of this research are: First, the form of public service at the Binakal Subdistrict Religious Affairs Office serves the community's religious needs, including: the field of religious affairs (marriage and reconciliation), the field of data management and KUA management information, the field of the Sakinah family, the field of mosques and the field of development, the field of development. Sharia, Waqf Sector, Zakat Sector, Hajj and Umrah Sector, Halal Products Sector, Social Worship Sector Apart from that, there are KUA instructors who are implementers of religious advice guidance. Second, the supporting factors at the Religious Affairs Office, Binakal District, Bondowoso Regency, namely the level of education, online system services and the availability of a complete service system. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: Lack of employee discipline and responsibility for their work, lack of employee ability to use technology and lack of public understanding of the implementation of online system
PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK DALAM MEMBENTUK PERILAKU TERPUJI SISWA KELAS III MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH TEMPURSARI SAMBI BOYOLALI TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of Aqidah Akhlak learning in general in grade 3 at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Tempursari, to determine the application of Aqidah learning to the behavior of grade 3 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Tempursari, and at the same time to find out the various moral problems of grade 3 students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Tempursari. This type of research is qualitative field research. The subjects in this study were third grade students, totaling 32 students and aqidah akhlak subject teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tempursari Sambi Boyolali. The informants in this study were the head of the madrasah and the third grade teacher at MI Tempursari. Some of the methods that the author uses in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there is an impact of exemplary for third grade students of MI Tempursari, that with the exemplary of educators or teachers through learning aqidah akhlak, students can form their praiseworthy behavior. With increasing daily values and a better personality. With the teacher giving examples of adab eating and drinking using the right hand and sitting, so that students follow the same thing because the teacher gives an example
RELIGIOUS MODERATION IN PREACHING: THE RELEVANCE OF THE PSYCHOLOGY OF DAKWAH IN Q.S. THAHA: 43-44 IN THE MODERN ERA
This article aims to analyze the relevance of the psychology of da'wah found in the Qur'an in Thaha: 43-44 by means of preaching by preachers in modern times. This is urgent to study because the psychology of da'wah plays an important role in providing the effectiveness of da'i preaching in spreading Islam. This study uses a qualitative method by examining literature reviews, as well as commentary books that discuss Surah Thaha: 43-44. This research resulted in a conclusion that in Thaha: 43-44 there is a da'wah method, namely the qaulan layyina da'wah method. This method has something to do with the psychology of propaganda. The researcher also found that there is a relevance between the psychology of da'wah contained in Surah Thaha: 43-44 and the way da'i carry out preaching in modern times. This method will also remain relevant over time, due to the fact that all humans accept peace and reject violence
STRATEGI KONSELING LINTAS AGAMA DAN BUDAYA DI SEKOLAH
Even though there are counseling and guidance teachers in schools, problems still exist related to intolerance, so it is necessary to study and understand more about the strategies of cross-religious and cultural counseling in schools. This study aims to explore cross-religious and cultural counseling strategies in schools, to examine whether a multicultural school environment can tolerate diversities. The collection of data in this study is in the form of examination of books, journal articles, as well as internet sites that are related to the topic of discussion. After collected, data is analyzed to get conclusions. The results of this study are that the strategy of cross-religious and cultural counseling in schools show that counselors who are also educators must have a multicultural understanding, broad knowledge of multi-cultures and religions as well as have skills and effectiveness in counseling. This means that the counselors, apart from being professional in terms of knowledge, also have the right instinct regarding the approach to be used to assist cross-religious and cultural counseling in schools

PERILAKU PROSOSIAL REMAJA PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI MA RAUDHATUL JANNAH KOTA PALANGKA RAYA
Pandemi Covid-19 banyak mengubah dunia dari berbagai aspek, termasuk perilaku prososial pada remaja. Perilaku prososial mengacu pada tindakan sukarela yang dimaksudkan untuk membantu atau menguntungkan individu lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku prososial remaja pasca pandemi Covid-19 pada siswa MA Raudhatul Jannah kota Palangka Raya, dengan menggunakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tersebut adalah metode kualitatif penomonologi, dengan menggunakan teknik pemilihan sample purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sample dengan kriteria tertentu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling dan sepuluh siswa kelas XI yang menempuh pendidikan di MA Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa MA Radhatul Jannah kota Palangka Raya cukup antusias dengan adanya kegiatan prososial.
MENGATASI KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN KONSELING REALITA [OVERCOMING STUDENTS' LEARNING DIFFICULTIES USING REALITY COUNSELING]
Kesulitan belajar adalah keadaan pelajar yang mengalami rintangan atau gangguan dalam proses pengajaran, sebab dapat berasal dari faktor internal atau eksternal pelajar, dan terdapat berbagai jenis kesulitan belajar. Konseling realita memandang bahwa manusia memiliki kemampuan dan keinginan untuk belajar dan berkembang. Terapi realita menekankan pentingnya kesadaran akan perilaku saat ini. Konseling realita memusatkan perhatian siswa atau klien terhadap perilaku yang bertanggung jawab, dengan berdasarkan 3-R: realita (reality), tanggung jawab (responsibility), dan benar-salah (righ and wrong). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana menangani kesulitan belajar siswa dengan menggunakan konseling realita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research). pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meninjau dan/atau menelusuri beberapa jurnal, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konseling realita dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa
PERILAKU INTOLERANSI BERAGAMA DAN BUDAYA MEDIA SOSIAL: TINJAUAN BIMBINGAN LITERASI MEDIA DIGITAL DI MASYARAKAT
Dampak media sosial berkembang pesat. Media sosial telah memungkinkan desa-desa yang paling terpencil sekalipun untuk memiliki akses ke dunia secara luas. Jangkauan berita yang disebarluaskan melalui media sosial tidak bisa dipungkiri sangat luas. Saat ini, media sosial digunakan tidak hanya untuk berhubungan dengan orang lain, tetapi juga untuk menyebarkan ide dan opini. Meningkatnya jumlah orang yang menggunakan media sosial telah menyebabkan lebih banyak variasi orang dan perspektif yang dibagikan. Media sosial memudahkan untuk terhubung dengan orang-orang dari seluruh dunia, tidak hanya dengan orang Indonesia lainnya (yang juga multibahasa). Ketidaksepakatan dapat muncul dari keragaman perspektif ini karena perbedaan latar belakang budaya dan agama. Untuk memerangi intoleransi di platform media sosial, diperlukan regulasi yang lebih ketat. Dalam kasus intoleransi, konflik yang melibatkan agama sangat sensitif dan mudah diselesaikan. Konten dan komentar yang ada di platform media sosial penuh dengan contoh intoleransi beragama. Mempertahankan kesopanan dalam komunitas online membutuhkan jalur komunikasi yang terbuka. OPTIMALISASI BIMBINGAN AGAMA PADA PERILAKU KEAGAMAAN MUALAF BADUY DI KP. CAMPAKA, KECAMATAN LEUWIDAMAR
Optimalisasi Bimbingan Agama pada Perilaku keagamaan Mualaf Baduy, menjadi perhatian penting dalam menjembatani perubahan keyakinan agama di kalangan Suku Baduy yang umumnya menganut Agama Sunda Wiwitan. Konversi Agama oleh Sebagian keci masyarakat Suku Baduy menciptakan dinamika baru yang membutuhkan pendekatan bimbingan agama yang tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Menganalisis bagaimana perilaku keagamaan pada Mualaf Baduy, 2). Implementasi bimbingan agama pada Mualaf Baduy, dan 3). Rekomendasi optimalisasi bimbingan agama pada Mualaf Baduy. Metode ini melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan penelitian terapan, untuk memahami perubahan keyakinan agama pada Mualaf Baduy serta menganalisis kebutuhan Bimbingan Agama yang spesifik. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola yang muncul dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti interaksi sosial, nilai-nilai budaya, dan aspek spiritual menjadi penentu dalam proses optimalisasi bimbingan agama pada mualaf Baduy. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan bimbingan agama yang efektif harus memerhatikan konteks kultural dan spiritual Suku Baduy, menggali nilai-nilai yang dapat diselaraskan antara Islam dan tradisi Baduy, serta membangun metode bimbingan yang efektif terhadap perjalanan spiritual Mualaf Baduy.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Agama, Perilaku Keagamaan, Mualaf Badu

However, the influence of this technology also carries risks and negative impacts on Muslim psychology, including the spread of false information, social comparisons, conflicts, and addiction disorders. The study discusses the impact of technology on the psychology of individuals and Muslim communities. This article uses the literature review method to gather data from a variety of literary sources that are relevant to the research topic. Data is systematically analyzed to identify patterns, findings, and latest developments related to the impact of technology, especially social media, on the psychology of Muslim individuals. The use of social media has enriched the knowledge of Muslim individuals about religion and enabled inter-Muslim interactions around the world. However, risks such as the spread of false information, social comparisons, and addiction disorders also affect their psychology. Education, critical skills development, psychological support, wise time management, and inter-Muslim dialogue can help overcome the negative impact. The influence of technology on contemporary Muslim psychology involves complex aspects. Education and awareness of the risks associated with social media are essential to addressing its negative impact. In addition, good time management, effective communication, and attention to religious practices and Islamic values must also be taken into account
