By applying data mining and using the C4.5 algorithm, Bank Syariah Indonesia customer data can be predicted with fairly high accuracy using training data and testing data of 94.65% and 88.18% with two different split data cases

PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai provides various services (multi service) for its customers, namely voice (telephone), data (internet) and picture (IP-TV) services called indihome. Indihome products provide convenience in accessing the internet with different speeds, costs, quotas and needs. Prospective customers of PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai has problems in choosing the indihome service package package that its prospective customers want. Currently, prospective customers are faced with various choices of internet packages from indihome. With these various package options, prospective customers are required to be effective in choosing an internet package that suits their needs and purchasing power. To overcome this problem, a decision support system will be made using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is expected to assist users in determining the choice of indihome packages that suit their needs. The criteria used are speed, number of devices, Fair Usage Policy (FUP), price, and type of service. Based on the test results using the TOPSIS method with 15 alternative data, the results obtained are the alternative A4 Regular Package Indihome 2P Internet 50 mbps + Telephone is an alternative that has the highest value compared to other alternative
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Layanan Pemesanan Tiket pada Objek Wisata Agro Nadiin Berbasis Android
Abstrak. Saat ini, kemajuan teknologi data berkembang pesat di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya penggunaan ponsel atau telepon genggam. Agro Nadiin, objek wisata yang populer, hanyalah salah satu contoh bagaimana industri pariwisata dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Saat ini sistem pemesanan tiket objek wisata Agro Nadiin masih menggunakan cara manual yang mengharuskan pengunjung datang langsung ke ticketing point, sehingga pengunjung harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan tiket masuk dan reservasi villa. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat aplikasi pemesanan tiket secara online. Aplikasi pemesanan tiket yang dirancang adalah aplikasi mobile yang dikembangkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Aplikasi ini menawarkan layanan kepada pengunjung Agro Nadiin, seperti informasi tentang Agro Nadiin, informasi tentang rute terdekat ke lokasi, pemesanan tiket, pemesanan villa dan pembayaran online melalui aplikasi. Aplikasi ini menggunakan sistem Location Based Service (LBS) untuk membantu pengguna menemukan rute terdekat menuju lokasi dan mengimplementasikan sistem payment gateway dalam proses transaksi pembayaran. Hasil temuan dari sistem informasi pemesanan tiket online ini adalah untuk memudahkan pemesanan tiket wisata dan akomodasi di sekitar objek wisata Agro Nadiin

Registration services for outpatients that are simple and fast are one of the efforts to improve the quality of service to patients who will seek treatment at the hospital. The strategy adopted by the hospital is to utilize information technology to support services, especially the flow of outpatient registration which will later affect patient satisfaction. One of the strategies implemented by hospitals in the current digital era is to implement a computer-based registration system, but in practice there are still many obstacles and the use of the information system is not optimal where there are still many queues and buildup of patients seeking treatment. This study aims to develop an online outpatient booking application that will make it easier for patients to register for outpatient treatment online. This application is expected to make it easy for patients to register outpatient care without having to come directly to the hospital directly. Patients only need to book a polyclinic through the application and check in when they come to the hospital to get a queue number at the intended polyclinic. It is hoped that this application will shorten service time and reduce patient queues
Implementasi Algortima C-Means Dan Algoritma Mixture Dalam Pengclusteran Data Mahasiswa Drop Out
Clustering merupakan salah satu metode machine learning dan termasuk dalam unsupervised learning. Tujuan dari clustering yaitu mencari pola data yang mirip sehingga memiliki kemungkinan dalam mengelompokan data data yang mirip. Banyak Algoritma yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses clustering data. Algoritma C-Means dan algoritma Mixture merupakan bentuk algoritma yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan proses clustering data.. Algoritma C-Means adalah suatu tehnik pengklusteran data yang mana keberadaan tiap – tiap titik data dalam suatu cluster ditentukan oleh derajat keanggotaan. Sedangkan Algoritma Mixture merupakan salah satu jenis data clustering dimana dalam permodelannya, data dalam satu kelompok diasumsikan terdistribusi sesuai dengan salah satu jenis distribusi statistik yang ada. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan perbandingan antara Algoritma C-Means dan Algoritma Mixture dalam hal klasterisasi data mahasiswa drop out, dengan melihat hasil performance vector yang di hasilkan pada metode c-means yaitu avg.within centroid distance pada setiap cluster , Sedangkan pada algoritma mixture melihat hasil performance vector dan jumlah number of clusters

Motor vehicle testing is a series of activities to test and inspect parts on motorized vehicles. Vehicle testing that still uses a manual system makes the testing service process take a long time and there are often delays in vehicle testing. Therefore, a system is needed to simplify and speed up the vehicle testing process. Based on this, this research is intended to create a motor vehicle testing information system that can assist officers in carrying out vehicle testing services. From the results of the research conducted, it greatly increases knowledge and insight, by collecting data relating to the motor vehicle feasibility test. The PHP programming language and MySQL database can be built into a system for testing the feasibility of motorized vehicles using the Certainty Factor method. Based on the data on the motor vehicle assessment criteria, it can be tested for the feasibility of motorized vehicles using the Certainty method. From the results of calculations using the Certainty Factor method and based on the weight of each criterion, it can be analyzed from the calculations that have been carried out with the results of the motor vehicle test passing with a confidence level of 97.10%, conditional passing with a confidence level of 95.84%, and not passing with a level of confidence. confidence 94.75%. Thus, the above vehicle is declared to have passed the kir test with a confidence level of 97.10%

Dengan Berkembangnya teknologi informasi dari tahun ketahun menjadi tantangan berat bagi pengguna teknologi informasi. Hal tersebut mendorong setiap sektor organisasi baik formal maupun informal atau lembaga - lembaga lainnya untuk dapat memanfaatkannya sebagai penunjang kegiatan kerja sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sumber daya pendukung lain seperti perangkat lunak yang dapat diandalkan kemampuannya. Selain itu sumber daya manusia juga harus menguasai kemampuan teknologi informasi itu sendiri. Dibalik kesuksesan Keripik Aiza terdapat kesulitan dalam mengolah barang yang ada. Toko Keripik Aiza belum memiliki sebuah sistem data penjualan dan monitoring stok barang yang dapat mengolah barang yang keluar dan masuk di gudang hingga berapa barang yang terjual di toko setiap harinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu pekerjaan pengolahan ketersediaan barang tersebut sehingga waktu yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan tersebut lebih efisien. Sistem data penjualan dan monitoring stok barang merupakan sebuah sistem yang dipakai dalam mempermudah melakukan proses inventarisasi barang. Sistem data penjualan dan monitoring stok barang yang dibuat berbasis website sehingga dapat digunakan admin kasir dan admin gudang. Penggunaan framework dan alat bantu lain dalam pengembangan sistem informasi mempermudah dalam menyelesaikan sistem data penjualan dan monitoring stok barang ini. Sistem ini memiliki 3 (tiga) fitur utama yaitu dapat melakukan pengelolaan data ketersediaan barang yang keluar dan masuk di gudang, dapat melakukan pengecekan data ketersediaan barang di toko serta pengolahan data penjualan setiap harinya, dan dapat mencetak laporan penjualan bulanan. Metode dalam proses jalannya penyelesaian proyek ini yaitu menggunakan metode scrum. Hasil setelah dilakukannya pengujian fungsionalitas sistem yaitu seluruh fitur utama pada sistem dan seluruh fungsionalitas sistem ini berjalan dengan baik
Penerapan Enkripsi Menggunakan Metode Elgamal guna Meningkatkan Keamanan Data
Data security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of information, especially those containing sensitive information whose contents should only be known by the entitled people. especially if the transmission is done through a public network, if the data is not secured beforehand, it will be very easy to be intercepted and the contents of the information known by irresponsible people. One of the methods used to secure data is to use a cryptographic system, namely by providing the information content (plaintext) into content that is not understood through the encryption process, and to retrieve the original information, a description process is carried out, accompanied by using the correct key. Therefore, the author recommends the Elgamal algorithm to be able to provide security for text data. The reason the author uses the ElGamal algorithm is that the ElGamal algorithm is part of asymmetric cryptography where the formation of one of the keys uses prime numbers and focuses on the strength of the key in solving discrete logarithm problems
