The meeting attended by 39 participants, including representatives from 6 member countries, officers from the SEAFDEC Secretariat and Training Department (TD), members of Regional Fisheries Policy Network (RFPN), experts from Sweden, and Burapha University, the Project Director and PCU staffs. Get PDFThis report is under the SEAFDEC/UNEP/GEF Project on “Establishment and Operation of a Regional System of Fisheries Refugia in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand”The Baseline Survey of Short Mackerel and Fish Larvae Collection was conducted by Fisheries Administration, at Koh Kong province on 16-21 December 2019. The survey aimed to monitor the development of short mackerel gonad, and to collect sampling fish larvae. The meeting attended by 7 participants, including leaders and officers from Department of Fisheries Conservation, officers from Fisheries Administration Cantonment in Koh Kong and student from university. Based on the survey, biological data of short mackerel are collected, the maturity stage are identified, GSI are calculated for further analysis.UNEP/GE
