Report of Data Analysis of Fish Larvae Collection in April and May in Koh Kong

A total of 8 sampling stations was preliminary analyzed and shown in this paper. The larval fish species are identified in Family level.UNEP/GE

Get PDFThis report is under the SEAFDEC/UNEP/GEF Project on “Establishment and Operation of a Regional System of Fisheries Refugia in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand”This paper followed up the baseline survey in Koh Kong Province by monitoring the gonad growth of short mackerel and larval fish samplings in the coastal areas of Koh Kong province on 7-12 May 2019. The activities attended by 7 participants, including leaders and officers from Department of Fisheries Conservation and officers from Fisheries Administration Cantonment in Koh Kong and a student from university. Based on the survey, Biological data of short mackerel are corrected, the maturity stage are identified, GSI are calculated for further analysis.UNEP/GE
