Bimbingan Rohani Bagi Pemuda Melalui Gerakan Cinta Alkitab
Full text linkYouth is the hope of the church which should be one of the main concerns in the church. As the future of the church, youth need to be prepared so that they are able to face the challenges of the church in the future. In order to prepare the youth, the practical effort that can be done by the church is spiritual guidance. Spiritual guidance is a Bible-centered coaching and teaching activity. Spiritual guidance is important, considering today's youth are vulnerable and very easily influenced. Starting from this understanding, in carrying out the task of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service, the author chose church youth as the target of implementing these Community Service activities. The form of service carried out is spiritual guidance for youth through the love of the Bible movement. In carrying out these activities there are three main stages that the author takes starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. Specifically at the implementation stage, the authors apply various methods that involve youth actively participating. As a result of these activities, young people have an awareness of their responsibilities as the baton of the church so that they need to prepare themselves by reading and loving the Bible as a source of truth and Christian teaching

Full text linkMuram Sari Village is one of the villages in the Semangga District, Merauke Regency with the largest population in the Semangga District. This village is dominated by transmigration communities who in fact have a livelihood as farmers and ranchers. One of the livestock developed is goat which is considered to be able to help boost the economy of farmers from generation to generation. Goat farming is currently being cultivated by breeders, although its implementation has not been fully maximized. This is due to the lack of understanding of breeders on the development of goats, the maintenance system is still traditional and the maintenance management and group management are not optimal. Therefore, with the Community Partnership Service (PKM) activity, the implementing team will provide full participation in solving problems faced by the group, especially cultivation management, housing systems, group management, and processing of sewage waste as organic fertilizer. It is hoped that in the future, Muram Sari Village will become the basis for developing goats in Merauke Regency

Full text linkThis study uses a qualitative approach method, to describe the accounting information system of the honorary teachers payroll. And also the source of the used data is primary data. The data will be analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the Government in regulating its operational activities has implemented an accounting information system and internal control over the payroll system using SIMDA and SIPD applications. All document data, namely SPP, SPPM, are inputted toto the Regional Financial and Asset Management Office of Ende Regency. However, in its implementation there are still run into delays in paying salaries. The cause of the late disbursement of the regional revenue and expenditure budget for the 2021 fiscal year is due to a change in the system. Initially the APBD disbursement system used the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) to the Regional Government Information System (SIPD), then there was a transition to the use of new applications in the budget disbursement process in which the budget post for honorary staff was returned to their respective fields where the honorary staff/honorary teachers work, In addition, the payment process uses Inventory Money (UP) or Change Money(GU) depending on the availability of funds at the time of disbursement of Inventory Money
PENGARUH JUMLAH KREDIT DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP TINGKAT PROFITABILITAS: Studi Kasus Pada KSP Kembang Ende
Full text linkThis study aimed to determine the effect of the amount of credit and liquidity on the level of profitability of the Kembang Ende Savings and Loans Cooperative. The population of this study is the overall financial statements, balance sheets, and statistical data in the Kembang Ende Savings and Loans Cooperative. Based on the purposive sampling method, this study used samples of financial statements, balance sheets, and statistical data in the Kembang Ende Savings and Loans Cooperative from 2016 to 2020. The results of this study (1) the number of credits affects profitability, this is evidenced by the value of t count variable number of credits > t table (5.737> 4.303) with a significance value of t count of 0.029 < 0.05. (2) liquidity does not affect profitability, this is evidenced by the t value of the liquidity variable < t table (3.389<4.303) with a significance value of 0.077>0.05. The influence of the number of credit variables on profitability is 93.6%, while the remaining 16.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model

Full text linkThe production and use of liquid smoke from rice husks among the farming community in Belitang sub-district is still very limited and not many people even know about liquid smoke and its benefits. During the rice husk is made of charcoal and used for mixing the soil as an additional nutrient to the soil. Seeing these conditions, the aim of carrying out community service activities is to increase public knowledge of the potential of rice husk in the form of liquid smoke which can be used as an organic pesticide. The activity method is carried out in several steps, namely socialization, the process of making and assembling tools and the practice of making smoke by the community on a small scale. Designed pyrolysator equipment portable consisting of combustion chamber tubes, smoke cooling chamber tubes and smoke flow pipes which are used to produce liquid smoke. The rice husk burning process was carried out using a pyrolysis scheme within 6 hours and produced 90 ml of black liquid smoke with little oil content. This indicates that the liquid smoke produced is of low quality. The result of this Community Service Program (PPM) activity is that the community understands and understands the use of liquid smoke and the process of making liquid smoke

Full text linkThis study aims to determine (1) students' interest in mathematics in class VIII SMP Kristen Ende. (2) Students' learning activities towards mathematics in class VIII of Ende Christian Junior High School. (3) The effect of interest on mathematics learning activities in class VIII of Ende Christian Middle School. This research is associative quantitative research. The subjects of this study were class VIII students with a total sample of 30 people. Factors studied in the form of student interest in student learning activities in mathematics. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) students' interest in mathematics is 0,843 (84,3 %). (2) The student's learning activity towards learning mathematics is 0,782 (78,2 %). (3) There is a significant effect of the interest variable on the learning activities of class VIII students in mathematics at the Ende Christian Junior High School 23,9 %, while the rest is influenced by other variables. With the regression calculation obtained Y = 32.241 + 0.399 X. The magnitude of the influence of variable X on the Y variable is 0,239 (23,9 %). The significance value of a hypothesis is the truth value of the accepted or rejected hypothesis. Because the value of tcount> t table is .4,221>0,048with a significant value 0,003<0,05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of interest on the learning activities of class VIII students in mathematics at Christian Junior High School Ende

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine (1) To determine the effect of entertainment tax revenue on Regional Original Revenues. (2) To find out inflation affects the Regional Original Revenue. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. To facilitate analysis, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) program for windows is used. The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test of entertainment tax variables obtained tcount> ttable where 4.801> 2.353 and the significance value obtained was 0.041 <0.05. Thus it means that partially the entertainment tax revenue variable has a significant effect on the PAD variable in the Ende Regency Revenue Agency. The t-test results of the inflation variable obtained value of t> t table where 16.026> 2.353 and the significance value obtained was 0.004 <0.05. Thus it means that partially the inflation variable has a significant effect on the PAD variable in the Ende Regency Regional Revenue Agency

Full text linkGrowth Response And Production Of Local Variety Of Long Bean At Various Dosages Of Organic Fertilizer. Red long bean is one of the leguminous plants that has a high nutritional content and plays an important role in meeting the nutritional needs of the whole community and has great opportunities, but the productivity of long beans produced is still very low, the use of manure is expected to increase productivity and quality. from a healthy growing environment. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of organic pig manure and to obtain the optimum dose on the growth and yield of red long bean. The study used a randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 5 doses of organic pig manure, namely: P0 = no fertilizer, P1 = 7.5 tons/ha-1 or 2.7 kg/plot, P2 = 15 tons/ha -1 or 5.4 kg/plot, P3 = 22.5 tons/ha-1 or 8.1 kg/plot, P4 = 30 tons/ha-1 or 10.8 kg/plot. The variables observed were number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm2), number of pods per plant (fruit), pod weight per plant (gr), pod weight per Ha (tons/ha). The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer from pig manure had a very significant effect on the variables of leaf number, leaf area, number of pods, weight of planted pods and weight of pods per hectare with an increase in each observation variable of 11.82% for the number of leaves; leaf area by 20.07%; the number of pods by 21.47%; the weight of the pods planted was 29.24% and the weight of the pods per hectare was 29.21%.
 
IDENTIFIKASI DIVERSITAS MAKROFAUNA TANAH DI AREA TAMBANG PANAS BUMI MUTUBUSA DESA SOKORIA KECAMATAN NDONA TIMUR
Full text linkSoil macrofauna is animals that have a body size of 2-20 mm. The main place of life for macrofauna is not only above but also underground. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of soil macrofauna and environmental conditions on forest land and agricultural land in the Mutubusa Geothermal Mine area. The selection of research sites using the purposive sampling method and The sampling technique was carried out by the monolith sampling method. Observational variables in this study were diversity index, relative frequency, density index, and relative density. The results of the diversity analysis show that there are ten types of soil macrofauna, that is; Cockroaches, Millipedes, Spiders, Ants, Conch, Earthworms, Crickets, Grasshoppers (H' = 1.67), Mixed Fields (H' = 1.32), and Coffee Fields (H' = 1.28). While the density of soil macrofauna in candlenut land is 2.9%, forest land is 0.2%, mixed land is 1.5% and coffee land is 0.4%. The highest important value index in candlenut land was snail species, amounting to 39%, while in forest and mixed land, the highest important value index was ant species, respectively, 41% and 67%
PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN PENGAJUAN MASALAH PADA PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA DAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS UNTUK SISWA KELAS 8
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-posing learning on understanding mathematical concepts and critical thinking skills of grade 8 students. Research design used a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. .T-test was used to determine the effect of understanding mathematical concepts, while to determine the effect of students' critical thinking skills was a non-parametric of Mann Whitney test. Results of study reported that percentage of the average N-Gain value for understanding mathematical concept of an experimental class was 31.47 and control class was 24.40, while the average percentage of the N-Gain value of students' critical thinking skills in an experimental class was 27.11 and the control class was 12.76. The results show the effect of understanding mathematical concepts and students' critical thinking skills. Other results showed that students' responses who received problem-posing learning was 64.21% better than the class that received conventional learning. Student’s activities who study by posing problems are more active with an average of 62.51% compared to students who study conventionally with an average of 36.25%
