Kualitas Kontraktor Dalam Melaksanakan Proyek Rehabilitasi dan Pemeliharaan Jaringan Irigasi Pada DPU Kabupaten Ende
Get PDFPelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek rehabilitasi/pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi pada Bidang Sumber Daya Air Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Ende Tahun Anggaran 2019 dilaksanakan oleh CV. Berdikari, CV. Nusa Alam, CV. Muncul Baru, dan CV. Yordan mengalami keterbatasan antara lain: tenaga kerja kurang memiliki pemahaman terhadap spesifikasi teknik dan gambar kerja, tidak melakukan pengajuan uang muka, dan kesulitan metode kerja yang diisyaratkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas kontraktor dan hubungan antara aspek: sumber daya manusia, keuangan/finansial, dan aspek metode pelaksanaan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner tertutup kepada 16 responden pengelola proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas kontraktor ditinjau dari aspek sumber daya manusia, 59,4% menyatakan cukup baik, 50,0% menyatakan kurang baik pada asuransi tenaga kerja, dan 38,8% menyatakan kurang baik pada pemahaman tenaga teknik. Ditinjau dari aspek keuangan/finansial, 63,3% menyatakan cukup baik, 35,0% menyatakan tidak baik pada pengajuan uang muka. Diitinjau dari aspek metode pelaksanaan, 74.8% menyatakan baik, 46,3% menyatakan kurang baik pada metode kerja. Hasil regresi sederhana pengaruh variabel aspek sumber daya manusia, 70,3% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan, aspek keuangan/finansial 88,1% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan, aspek metode pelaksanaan 84,1% dengan nilai sig 0,000<0,005 yang diisyaratkan. Aspek keuangan mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan dengan nilai R2 88,1% dan nilai beta 0,891
VALIDITAS E-MODUL PEMANASAN GLOBAL BERBASIS CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING UNTUK SISWA SMP KELAS VII
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul pemanasan global berbasis creative problem solving yang valid untuk digunakan siswa SMP kelas VII. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu tahap analisis (analysis), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (development), tahap implementasi (implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (evaluation). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui proses validasi e-modul oleh validator ahli. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas VII B dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-modul pemanasan global berbasis creative problem solving memenuhi kriteria kevalidan yaitu valid konstruk dan valid isi yang tertuang dalam 8 aspek penilaian meliputi aspek relevansi materi, aspek pengorganisasian materi, aspek evaluasi, aspek bahasa, aspek efek bagi strategi pembelajaran, aspek rekayasa perangkat lunak, aspek tampilan visual, dan aspek pengorganisasian e-modul. E-modul pemanasan global berbasis creative problem solving dinyatakan valid dengan memperoleh rata-rata persentase skor penilaian dari 3 validator ahli sebesar 95,71% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa e-modul pemanasan global berbasis creative problem solving yang dikembangkan valid untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu media alternatif dalam proses pembelajara
PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN WAYANG KERTAS TERHADAP NILAI KARAKTER SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Currently, elementary school students' love for art has begun to fade, even though there are so many arts developing. By modifying the puppets into paper puppets, it is easy to make and use them as learning media. Elementary school is a fundamental and strategic education, because it is a golden period and laying the foundation for child development. In addition, the environment plays a very large role in the formation of attitudes and children, namely character. Character is a characteristic that is attached to a person, manifested through moral values and then becomes the hallmark of a person who is formed in life. The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of the application of paper puppet learning media on the character values of elementary school students. The type of research used is experimental research with one-group pretest posttest design technique. The results of the study using paper puppet learning media made students' character values stronger. This can be seen from the average value before being given treatment, the results are 92.63 while after being given treatment the results are 160.72. Based on the analysis of paired sample t-test data, it is known that Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, in general it can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of the Paper Puppet Learning Media on the Character Values of Elementary School Students
Pelatihan Pengembangan Subject Spesific Pedagogi Tematik Berbasis TPACK Bagi Guru SD Muhammadiyah di Wilayah Sleman Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis community service activity aims to increase the understanding of Muhammadiyah Elementary School teachers in the Sleman Yogyakarta Region regarding the development of specific subject-specific thematic pedagogy based on TPACK. This activity was carried out online using Zoom Meeting involving 79 Muhammadiyah Elementary School teachers in the Sleman Region of Yogyakarta. Service activities are carried out through lectures, questions and answers and performances. After this service activity has been carried out, it shows that 1) in developing subject-specific thematic pedagogy based on TPACK for Muhammadiyah elementary school teachers in the Sleman region of Yogyakarta, it is a learning tool that can encourage students to be more active in collaborating between technology, pedagogics and materials. 2) the development of subject specific thematic pedagogy based on TPACK for Muhammadiyah Elementary School teachers in the Sleman Yogyakarta Region which is carried out online can be effectively carried out with cooperative learning strategies, Project based learning

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of knowledge of local government employees about budgets, knowledge of local government employees about community participation and knowledge of local government employees about transparency of public policies on budget preparation of the Regional Government of Ende Regency. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (SKPD) as budget compilers. The number of samples in this study amounted to 42 people. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census technique and data was collected by distributing questionnaires to BAPEDA employees and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The data before being analyzed has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with data processing using the SPSS 16 program. Based on the research results, it shows that the knowledge of local government employees about the budget has a significant effect on budget preparation. Local government officials' knowledge of public participation has no effect on budget preparation. Meanwhile, the knowledge of local government officials about the transparency of public policies has a significant effect on the budgeting of the Ende District Government

Get PDFThis study purposes to examine the factors that influence intention of behaviour on the use e-commerce based accounting information system. This research was conducted at Flores University in Ende with a population of 576 accounting students. Sample used in this research are 85 respondent. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interview, and questionnaire. This study used several tests including instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypotheses test. The result of study shows that (1) attitude usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting informstion system. (2) subjective norm usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting informstion system. (3) perceived behaviot control usefulness have effect to use behaviour intention of e-commerce based accounting information system

Get PDFThis research is based on the background that online learning is not working effectively because there are some parents who do not have cellphones. Internet signal is also a problem when used in suburban primary schools. The primary school chosen is Public elementary school of Jimbung. The aim is to find out parents' perceptions of online learning. The method of research uses descriptive quantitative survey research. The research subjects used were the parents of fourth grade students because pre-research activities were related to these subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Packages For Social Science (SPSS) program version 20. The result of his research is that parents' perceptions of online learning are determined by attention, experience, barriers, and knowledge. Factors in the category are quite good in terms of factors, namely attention, experience and obstacles. Factors in the good category obtained knowledge factors. The knowledge factor of parents is very supportive of the implementation of online learning. The factors of attention, experience and barriers experienced by parents indicate difficulties in implementing online learning

Media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi android merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan, siswa dapat dengan mudah mencerna materi dan membangkitkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar sehingga diharapkan dapat memudahkan siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh aplikasi android Getaran dan Gelombang terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel kelas VIII A untuk kelompok eksperimen dan kelas VIII B untuk kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa hasil tes LKPD, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, setelah dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi android Getaran dan Gelombang diketahui bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi android lebih baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil analisis data menggunakan persamaan N-gain menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 0,61 dan 0,4 pada kategori sedang
