Get PDFThe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is not only on the safety aspect of people's lives but also on the education aspect. One of the problems faced is that students have problems understanding each material given by the teacher because what has experienced so far is that students only get assignments online (What's App, E-Learning), then students do the assignments and send them back. At that moment, there is no direct explanation from the teacher, and each student's answer only relies on the internet (google), even though students need an understanding of the concepts in the material provided, especially mathematics for fractions. One of the activities that help students develop themselves in improving their learning abilities is the tutor. Solution offered to students who live in RT 003, Paupire Village, in this service activity is to provide Student learning assistance and guidance by using fractional block teaching aids during the Covid 19 Pandemic to increase understanding of concepts and learning outcomes. Tutoring can increase students' motivation and academic value, increase understanding of fraction concepts and learning outcomes

Let the situation has been walking without efforts to overcome it. This condition perhaps would like to destroy the future of the Catholic students. To reply the hindrances needed lots of people to participate actively to give guidance to the them in order to reach the right way. The institute of the highest education as well as the local church are a very important people who must be the right handmen of them. Both of the institutions have to be one mind and sharing in the same struggle to make yourselves appearance or present yourselves as a shepherd to search, to find, and to guide them as the Lambs who have lost their ways to the right ways. Get PDFThe application of the method for each type of fixed assets in accordance with PSAK No. 16 will increase profits in the company. This study aims to determine the application of the method of depreciation of fixed assets at PT. Ende Lake. The application of the depreciation method for fixed assets at PT. Telaga Ende using the straight line method yields a profit of 0.015951% compared to using the multiple declining balance method and the straight-line depreciation method is 0.007838% higher than the number of years. Suggestion, to increase profit on the depreciation of fixed assets at PT. Telaga Ende companies should use the depreciation method for each type of fixed assets in accordance with PSAK No. 16
ANALISIS KREDIT MACET DAN IMPLEMENTASI RESTRUKTURISASI KREDIT : (Studi Kasus Koperasi Kredit Syuradikara)
Get PDFSyuradikara Credit Cooperative (KKS) is one of the cooperatives that is experiencing bad credit. Bad credit that occurs is due to the inability of customers to pay loan installments, as a result, it can reduce the income of the cooperative. One of the steps taken by the KKS to resolve this bad credit is by restructuring. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1). factors that lead to bad credit on KKS and (2), steps in the implementation of restructuring in settling bad debts on KKS. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that: (1). The factors that cause bad credit on KKS, namely from internal factors, include the KKS not being observant in deciding the size of loan services to members, lack of education for members and prospective borrowers, and less competent credit staff. Meanwhile, external factors include members who are not used properly, lazy attitude, wastefulness, lack of diligence in doing business and the backbone of the family who dies or is looking for a place to work overseas. (2). The steps for implementing restructuring in settling bad debts include giving a warning or warning letter, conducting routine billing, working with the police to pick up members to sign a statement of ability to pay arrears, and making renewals, namely by rescheduling

Get PDFThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of perceptions of the ease of the system on the positive attitude of customers in using mobile banking BNI Ende Branch Bank. (2) the effect of perceived comfort on the positive attitude of customers in using BNI BNI Bank Ende mobile banking. (3) the effect of perceived ease of system and perceived comfort together on the positive attitude of customers in using BNI BNI Bank Ende Branch mobile banking. The population in this study are customers of Bank BNI Ende Branch who use mobile banking or at least know information about the service. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The number of research samples were 90 respondents of Bank BNI Branch Ende. The method used is a quantitative research method. This study uses primary data, questionnaires and secondary data, articles and journals. In this study using descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing and analyzed using the SPSS 24 application. The results showed that the effect of perceived ease of system significantly influenced customers 'positive attitudes in using mobile banking, perceived comfort significantly influenced customers' positive attitudes in using mobile banking, perceived ease of system and perceived convenience both influenced customer positive attitudes in using mobile banking

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rice harvest area, human resources and rainfall on lowland rice productivity and determine the factors that most influence lowland rice productivity. The data used are quantitative and qualitative data sourced from lowland rice productivity data, harvested area data, human resource data and rainfall data taken from BPS Kabupaten Ende and other relevant agencies, within the last five years. The results of his research were three factors, namely harvested area, human resources and rainfall, all of which did not significantly influence the productivity of lowland rice. Of the three independent variables, namely the rice field harvest area variable, the Human Resources variable and the rainfall variable, it can be seen from the coefficient numbers which are more influential on the productivity of lowland rice, namely the harvest area variable and the Human Resources variable which are positive, namely the coefficient of harvested area is 70.451 and the coefficient of Human Resources is 1.671, while the rainfall variable is negative, namely -160.985. From the results of this study, the local government wants to increase the participation of extension workers to the farming community so that their business spirit and creativity are continuously fostered. It is hoped that lowland rice farmers try as often as possible to get direction or socialization from the local government to improve Human Resources or knowledge

(2) What is the form of tribute given by cultivators to landlords in Leguderu Village?. The objectives of the study were: (1) To find out the special relationship between landlords and rice cultivators in giving tribute in Leguderu Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency. (2) To find out the form of tribute given by cultivators to mosalaki in Leguderu Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency. In this study the author uses the theory of symbolic interactionism. The approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were: (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) Documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were: Data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion drawing. Based on the results of this study, the research can conclude that the special relationship between cultivators and landlords in giving tribute is a form of symbolic interaction. By giving tribute, friendship and kinship relations will be maintained between the cultivators and landlords. And advice to the younger generation to always understand and appreciate the land that has been given by the landlor

The subjects of this study were 8 teachers. The technique of collecting data is through learning activity documents and learning observations (observations) carried out by researchers using clinical supervision instruments, learning implementation plan assessment sheets and learning implementation assessment sheets. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the proportion of women in the board of directors, educational background of the board of directors and independent directors and compensation of the board of directors and managerial ownership on company value in goods and consumer sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015 - 2019.
The research population used is manufacturing companies in the goods and consumption sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015–2019. The method in this study uses proposive sampling. With this method, the number of samples in this study was obtained as many as 9 companies. The analytical tool of this study uses multiple linear regression.
The results of the study show that (1) partially the educational background of the board of directors has a negative and significant effect on firm value, independent directors have a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) while the proportion of women in directors, board compensation and managerial ownership has no effect. significant towards firm value, (3) simultaneously the proportion of women on the board of directors, educational background of the board of directors, independent directors, compensation for the board of directors and managerial ownership have a significant effect on firm value
