Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to reveal the existence of cashew cultivation in increasing income, as well as the amount of community income from cashew sales and the factors supporting and inhibiting cashew cultivation. The focus of the problem is that cashew plants receive less attention from cashew farmers. This type of research is an integrated quantitative and qualitative research. An integrated quantitative and qualitative descriptive research approach. Collecting data with three techniques, namely "observation, questionnaires" and interviews. Data analysis used the highest percentage formula. From the results of the calculation according to the predetermined criteria, it can be seen that the proposed hypothesis was accepted, where the number of respondents who answered "Yes" was 69.5%. And those who answered "no" were 24.5%. This means that there is a significant relationship between cashew cultivation and increasing the income of cashew farmers in Hokeng Jaya Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regenc

Full text linkThe goal to be achieved in this research is to see the participation of parents in improving children's learning outcomes in mathematics after the pandemic period ends. The research used is descriptive qualitative, the subjects in this study are junior high school students who live in the RT area. 003, RW. 003 Tetandara Village, Ende Regency with a total of 17 people consisting of 9 students and 8 students from different schools and different parents. The results showed that the role given by parents in the mathematics learning process in the form of providing guidance and direction, providing advice, supervising the learning process, and fulfilling children's facilities as students can improve children's learning outcomes in the online mathematics learning process

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes of mathematics learning assessment courses using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model. The subjects in this study were students of the mathematics education study program at the University of Flores totaling 30 students using a classroom action research design (CAR). The results showed that the increase in learning outcomes of students' mathematics learning assessment courses in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 73.33% and was in the sufficient category and there were still 8 students whose scores were still below the KKM standard. Based on the results of observations, student activities have increased because they have started to understand learning using the Jigsaw cooperative model. And the increase in lecturer activity based on the results of observations has increased from cycle I to cycle II

Full text linkThis research aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction through the purchasing decision of airlines ticket products at Holiday Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative research, with a population of customers who have purchased airplane tickets at Holiday Indonesia at least two times in 2020 as many as 415 customers. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique, namely 119 samples that had met the criteria. Data processing uses path analysis as the method used to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables and the Sobel test to determine whether purchasing decisions are capable of being a mediator between the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction can be mediated by purchasing decisions with a Z value (mediation), and concluded that the purchasing decision variable has a significant influence as a mediator between the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the ethnomathematics in the process of making Kedang woven fabrics. The approach used is qualitative ethnographic research. The subjects in this study consisted of two Kedang weavers. The data collection process used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that there are mathematical concepts that can be observed in the process of making Kedang woven fabrics, namely integers, geometric concepts namely points, angles, lines, rectangles, and blocks, truncated cones and spheres. Thus the process of weaving Kedang woven cloth can be used as the content and context of elementary school mathematics learning
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This type of research is quantitative research. Respondents taken were 36 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was used to obtain data on family environment variables and documentation was used to obtain data on student achievement. The data analysis technique used correlation test, hypothesis test (t test), and determination test. Correlation test to determine the relationship of the family environment to student achievement. Hypothesis test (t test) to determine whether there is an influence of the family environment on student achievement. Determination test to determine the influence of the family environment on student achievement. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the family environment on the learning achievement of grade IV A students at SD Inpres Mangga Dua Merauke. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the value of t count> t table (5,299> 2,032). The family environment has a strong positive contribution to student achievement with a correlation value of 0.673. The magnitude of the influence of the family environment on student achievement is 45.2%

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan nilai historis dalam novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Sedangkan Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori nilai dan Teori Fiksi. Hasil penelitian ini mnunjukkan bahwa nilai historis yang terdapat dalam novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika karya Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra adalah : (1) Nilai historis tentang tragedi 9/11, (2) Nilai historis tentang keberadaan orang kulit hitam di Amerika, (3) Nilai historis tentang islam di Amerika, (4) Nilai historis tentang Christophortus Columbus, (5) Nilai historis tentang Amerika, (6) Nilai historis tentang Koloni Melungeon, dan (7) Nilai historis tentang Eropa

Full text linkRambu-Rambu Village is one of the villages in Laeya District, South Konawe Regency. Rambu-Rambu Village has potential human resources, potential for agricultural and plantation products that can support entrepreneurial development. The problem faced by the community, especially the Family Welfare Empowerment Group (FWE)) is that they do not yet have the knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship because they have never received entrepreneurship counseling from the government and universities. To overcome this problem, it is important to conduct counseling through the Institute for Research and Community Service (IRCS). The purpose of entrepreneurship counseling is to convey information to the FWE group so that they have knowledge, understanding and increase the participants' insight on how to do entrepreneurship. The method of implementing the extension is through the stages of observation and site survey, coordinating with the village government, preparing the location for the extension event, and providing tools or facilities and infrastructure, then carrying out counseling through lectures and questions and answers. Entrepreneurship counseling was held at the Rambu-Rambu Village Hall with a total of 42 participants. The results of the extension activities showed that the extension materials delivered by the extension team were very useful for the FWE group because it could provide motivation, could increase knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and could encourage the FWE group to be more creative and innovative in taking micro and small business opportunities. From the results of the question and answer, it was also revealed that after completing the entrepreneurship counseling activities, it is better to continue the beginner entrepreneur training activities for the practice of making micro and small business products
ANALISIS KANDUNGAN BAHAN ORGANIK TANAH SAWAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENILAIAN KESUBURAN TANAH DI DESA MAGEPANDA KECAMATAN MAGEPANDA KABUPATEN SIKKA
Full text linkBahan organik dalam tanah merupakan salah satu indikator kesuburan tanah. Penggunaan bahan organik dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah melalui perubahan sifat fisik, kimia dan biologi tanah. Lahan sawah dengan intensitas penanaman yang tinggi sangat minim aplikasi pupuk organik. Berbagai alasan mendasar sehingga petani dominan memanfaatkan pupuk anorganik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan unsur hara tanaman. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Desa Magepanda Kecamatan Magepanda Kabupaten Sikka. Uji sifat kimia tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kandungan C- organik adalah 1,04-2,01% dengan kriteria rendah hingga sedang dan tergolong dalam tanah dengan pH netral (bandingkan sifat kimia tanah menurut Balai Penelitian Tanah Bogor, 1995). Perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah di Desa Magepanda Kecamatan Magepanda Kabupaten Sikka adalah melalui penggunaan pupuk organik
