    This study aims to determine: (1) mistakes have been made by the XI IPS grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ende in solving matrix questions. (2) the factors that cause the XI IPS grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ende in solving the matrix problem. (3) the efforts to solve students' errors in solving matrix questions in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ende. This study used a qualitative research approach using triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The research subjects were 15 students of class XI IPS 3. The consideration of subject taking is based on the results of the error analysis according to the Newmann procedure. Methods of data collection using diagnostic tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research are: (1) the types of student errors are errors in understanding the concept of matrix count operations, process errors in solving matrix problems, and errors in concluding. 2) the factors that cause student errors are, students, choose the wrong formula, are not careful in solving matrix calculation operation problems, students are afraid to ask the teacher, and students' assumptions that mathematics is complicated, causing errors in determining the final answer. 3) while the efforts made were learning using rainbow matrix media which proved to be effective in learning matrix count operations

    Student worksheet usually in printed form, while Electronic student worksheet in digital form, so it could be accessed anywhere using the internet network. This study aims to develop and determine suitability of Electronic worksheets on fractional number material in grade 4th. Type of research is R&D using the 4-D Thiagarajan and Sammel model which consists of four step, 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Develop, 4) Disseminate. The subjects of this research were 4th grade students of SDN Menteng Atas 01 Pagi. Data instruments in the form of observations, interviews, expert review and student response questionnaires. The expert review process is carried out on material, media, and language experts. The average result of the three experts is 86.20% and can be interpreted as "very feasible". The COVID-19 virus pandemic has made the field trial process only using the zoom application, namely with one to one evaluation and small group. The results of each field trial are 83.66% and 88.54%, which means "very feasible". Based on the test result of GEBEKA Electronic student worksheet, it is appropriate to use it as for learning fractional number material in grade 4th Elementary School

    This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based Learning model. The research method used is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in class VIII A of Christo Regi Ende Catholic Junior High School with the number of subjects studied as many as 22 students. This research is focused on the material of Spatial Interaction in life in ASEAN countries. Data collection techniques used are tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results showed an increase in teacher performance, student performance and the average final test score in the first cycle and second cycle of students. The increase is inseparable from the performance of students who carry out their duties well and the performance of teachers who have carried out their duties as teachers to the maximum in accordance with the Problem Based Learning learning model. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model is very suitable to be applied in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in the transaction payment machine material in class VIII A of Christo Regi Ende Catholic Middle School

    Pelatihan Penggunaan Google Classroom dan Google Meet bagi Tenaga Pendidik SMP di Kabupaten Sumba Timur

    The implementation of this Community Service activity is motivated by the problems experienced by partners at SMP Kristen Payeti. The teachers in that school have not been able to take advantage of online learning applications such as Google Classroom and Google Meet. Therefore, to overcome the partner's problems, training was carried out by the PkM Team of Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Kristen Wira Wacana Sumba, which aims to educate the teachers so that they can increase their knowledge and skills related to the use of the two applications. The training activities were carried out using lectures, demonstrations, and simulations using Google Classroom and Google Meet. While the stages of implementation include the preparation of training modules, preparation of training rooms, and implementation of training. The results of this service activity indicate that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers as trainees in using the two applications. Thus it can be concluded that the purpose of this service activity has been achieved. The follow-up carried out was to monitor the use of these two applications by teachers in the implementation of online learning

    The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of professional commitment on whistleblowing intention. (2) the effect of anticipatory socialization on whistleblowing intention. (3) the effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intention. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis used is descriptive quantitative to measure the influence of professional commitment, anticipatory socialization and locus of control on whistleblowing intention with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) program for windows. The results of this study indicate (1) Professional Commitment has a significant effect on Whistleblowing Intention in the Regional Government SKPD of East Flores Regency. This result is evidenced by the coefficient value of the Professional Commitment variable of 0.297 with tcount> ttable (2.354> 1.672) and a significant level of 0.022 <0.05. (2) Anticipatory Socialization has a significant effect on Whistleblowing Intention in the Regional Government SKPD of East Flores Regency. This result is evidenced by the coefficient value of the Anticipatory Socialization variable of 0.289 with tcount> ttable (2.195> 1.672) and a significant level of 0.033 <0.05. (3) Locus of Control has a significant effect on Whistleblowing Intention in the Regional Government SKPD of East Flores Regency. These results are evidenced by the value of the coefficient of the Locus of Control variable of 0.236 with tcount> ttable (2.105> 1.672) and a significant level of 0.040 <0.05

    The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the quality of the human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance BLUD SPAM Nagekeo District, and to find out the most dominant effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency Nagekeo District Drinking Water Supply System. The type of research used in this study is researchQuantitative. The data source is primary and secondary data, with data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires. respondents in this studyemployees of the regional public service agency district drinking water supply system Nagekeo numbered 52 respondents. Data analysis techniques used i is a test of data quality and multiple linear regression techniques. Determination co-fisian test (R2) indicates that the influence of variables independent of dependent variables is 46.6% meaning that the presentation of factors of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment jointly affect the performance of employees in blud offices SPAM Nagekeo Regency While the remaining 53.6 % described other factors or that do not appear in this research hypothesis  Based on the results of simultaneous test F shows that Fcalculate > Ftabel as large as 15,705>2.80 and the accepted hypothesis is the Hr Quality Factor (X1), Professionalism of work (X2), commitment (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance (Y), the t test showed that the most dominant variable affect employee performance is a variable of professionalism of work4,474 and a commitment of 4,089 with a sig value. 0.000 and 0.000 smaller than other variables

    This study aims to determine the effect of minimum wages, education and culture on poverty levels and to determine how much influence minimum wages, education and culture have on poverty levels in Ende District from 2011 to 2016. The benefits of research for the government can contribute to research in helping addresing theproblem of poverty faced, through relevant policies in overcoming the problem of poverty, for academics to provide information and descriptions that might be useful among academics in continuing research similar to this research in the future and hopefully as reference material and additional data for other researchers in the future. This research uses documentation and questionnaire methods. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data types and is processed using two analytical tools, namely multiple linear regression analysis of SPSS Version 21 and descriptive qualitative analysis. The value of R Square is 0.992 or 99.2. Meanwhile, the results of the study show that the minimum wage and education variables have a significant effect on the poverty level variable. Therefore minimum wages and education should be considered in overcoming the problem of poverty. The results of the qualitative descriptive analysis indicate that cultural variables have a positive effect on poverty level

    PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP LOKASI PASAR BARU BOBOU KELURAHAN FAOBATA KECAMATAN BAJAWA KABUPATEN NGADA

    This study aims to determine how the community's perception of the Pasar Baru Bobou location. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, which explains or describes the results of the research based on the data obtained from the research results. The population in this study are people in 7 sub-districts, and traders who sell in the market. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, namely the community and traders as market users. The population in this study amounted to 179 people consisting of 140 people and 39 traders. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire or questionnaire which contains statements and summarized in tables and graphs and explains them according to the results of the interview. The results of this study indicate that the relocation of the Bajawa Inpres Market to Pasar Baru Bobou resulted in many community complaints. In general, the results of research in 7 urban villages describe the community as agreeing with the market relocation. However, the community complained about the cost of transportation to the Bobou market. They said that the transportation costs were very expensive, up 100-200% from usual. Meanwhile, for traders, they complained about the availability of water in the market. Therefore, the recommendation given to the government regarding public complaints is that the government needs to provide free vehicles for the community, at least free vehicles in the city as transportation to the market if government funds allow. Meanwhile, for traders, the government must pay more attention to the availability of water in the market

    This study is to empirically determine the potential economic sector, to see whether there has been a change in the economic structure and to determine which economic sectors have regional competitiveness in Ende Regency in 2013-2017 through data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Ende Regency. The analysis technique used is the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and Shift Share analysis, the results of the Location Quotient analysis show that the base sector for the 2013-2017 period is 1). Wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repair (1.42); 2). Transportation and Warehousing Sector (1.28); 3). Real Estate Sector (1.17); 4) Manufacturing Industry Sector (1.14); 5). Education Service Sector (1.13); 6). Other Service Sector (1.12); 7). Waste Water Treatment and Recycling Sector (1,10); 8). Construction Sector (1.02). And the non-base sector is 1). Corporate Service Sector (0.03); 2). Food and beverage accommodation provision sector (0.49); 3). Information and communication sector (0.60); 4). Health Services and Social Activities Sector (0.82); 5). Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security Sector (0.84); 6). Agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector (0.92); 7). Electricity and Gas Procurement Sector (0.93); 8). Financial Services and Insurance Sector (0.98); and 9). Mining and Quarrying Sector (0.99).
