PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MATEMATIKA SISWA
Get PDFThis study aims to determine (1) student activities in the learning process after applying a scientific approach to class VII of SMPK Maria Goretti Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year; (2) improving students' mathematical literacy skills through a scientific approach to class VII SMPK Maria Goretti Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK). PTK is carried out in two cycles where each cycle is carried out in two meetings through four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection technique is a test of mathematical literacy ability and observation of the implementation of learning. Data analysis uses qualitative that describes student activities during the learning process and calculates the percentage of student learning completion with a completion level of 75%. The results showed that the application of learning with a scientific approach can increase student activity and mathematical literacy skills. This can be seen from the results of observations of student activities during the learning process in the first cycle reached 66% while in cycle II it increased by 90%. This means that there is an increase of 24%; and the percentage of completion of students' mathematical literacy ability in cycle I reached 65% with an average of 72 while in cycle II it reached 90% with an average of 85. It is proven that the application of learning with a scientific approach can increase student activity and students' mathematical literacy skills

No full textEconomic growth is a measure of the welfare of the Indonesian people. Over time, the factors that affect economic growth are growing. The emergence of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) has its own impact on Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of Microfinance Institutions on economic growth in Indonesia. By using the Random Effect Model (REM) panel data regression method covering 21 provinces in Indonesia in the 2019-2020 period, this study shows that, only the Labor variable is proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. While the variables for the number of MFIs and the amount of MSME loan funds have not been proven to have an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. This indicates that the human resource factor as a form of human capital is the main factor driving economic growth in Indonesia. So that the policy implication of this research is to encourage economic growth a policy to improve the quality of human resources is needed.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine: (1) the learning motivation of eighth grade students at Yos Sudarso Ende Junior High School, (2) online learning of eighth grade students of Yos Sudarso Ende Junior High School. This research is a type of quantitative research. Main data collection techniques; (1) Questionnaire, (2) documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) there is a relationship in online learning in class VIII SMPK Yos Sudarso Ende, (2) The results of a simple linear regression test show that if learning motivation increases, learning outcomes also increase. If learning motivation decreases, learning achievement also decreases. Thus it can be suggested (1) To Schools. It is time for schools to prepare learning facilities such as internet networks to facilitate online learning, (2) To parents. Although the covid pandemic has an impact on the low income of parents, parents must continue to help children in supporting online-based learning such as purchasing smartphones, data packages so that children can participate in learning well

Get PDFThis study aims to describe students' internal learning difficulties using a survey of 30 respondents purposively. Questionnaire data and documentation were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Data analysis shows that students have learning difficulties; physiological 61.7%, intelligence 58.3%, talent 50%, interest 51.7%, motivation 91.7%, mental health 54.2%, learning disabilities 56.3%, slow learner 59%, distractibility child 56 ,7%, poor self concept 60%, impulsive 53,3%, distractive behavior 56,7%, social interception 62,5%. On average, each participant experienced an internal disturbance of 38.17. In conclusion, all indicators of internal learning difficulties in this study were owned by students. Suggestions, it is necessary to take preventive, collaborative curative actions to overcome them

PEMANFAATAN SAO ENDA SEBAGAI CAGAR BUDAYA SELALEJO DI DESA SELALEJO TIMUR KECAMATAN MAUPONGGO KABUPATEN NAGEKEO
Get PDFKabupaten Nagekeo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Sa’o Enda sebagai Cagar Budaya Selalejo di Desa Selalejo Timur Kecamatan Mauponggo Kabupaten Nagekeo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak lima orang yang terdiri dari informan kunci satu orang dan informan pendukung empat orang.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini melalui tahapanya itu: 1) Pengumpulan data, 2) Reduksi data, 3) Pemaparan data, 4) Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian:Masyarakat Selalejo menganggap rumah adat Sa’o Enda sebagai cerminan kehidupan yang bersifat profan dan sakral, sehingga segala norma yang mengikatnya menjadi suatu kesepakatan yang harus diwajibakan dalam ritual atau upacara adat. Di dalam rumah adat Sa’o Enda juga terdapat simbol-simbol yang mengandung makna tersendiri bagi masyarakat adat Selalejo. Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan Sa’o Enda sebagai Cagar Budaya Selalejo di Desa Selalejo Timur yaitu teori antropogi simbolik yang digagaskan oleh Geertz. Geetz menjelaskan bahwa teori simbolik memandang kebudayaan sebagai suatu sistem simbol yang dimiliki oleh suatu masyarakat yang membutuhkan interpretasi terhadap makna dari simbol yang ada. Kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Sa’o Enda merupakan salah satu warisan budaya yang dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat penyimpanan benda-benda pusaka dan sebagai tempat pelaksanaan ritual adat.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of management change, audit opinion, client size and financial distress on voluntary auditor switching at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2014. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of manufacturing companies that were sampled using the purposive sampling method was 64 companies for 5 years of observation. Hypothesis testing in this study uses logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, the results of this study indicate that the independent variable management change, audit opinion, client size and financial distress have a negative effect on the dependent variable auditor switching voluntarily

This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach with the object of research at CV. Main Star of Ende. The population in this study were all employees of CV. The main star of Ende, who numbered 33 people. The sample of this research is all employees at CV. Bintang Utama Ende, as many as 33 people. The research data is primary data obtained directly through research questionnaires distributed to research respondents. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables consisting of four variables, namely organizational structure, planning system, implementation system, and reporting, and the dependent variable was cost control. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The conclusion of this study is that both partially and simultaneously the variables of the application of organizational structure, planning systems, implementation systems, and reporting on responsibility accounting have a significant effect on cost control
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENGATUR ALUR INJEKSI ARUS DAN PENGUKURAN TEGANGAN UNTUK SISTEM ELECTRICAL IMPEDANCE TOMOGRAPHY
Get PDFElectrical impedance tomography (EIT) merupakan salah satu teknik rekonstruksi citra. Sistem EIT memperkirakan distribusi konduktivitas melalui pengukuran tegangan pada permukaan objek. Proses rekonstruksi citra dilakukan dengan menginjeksikan arus yang akurat ke dalam objek, mengukur tegangan di sekitar objek, dan kemudian memproses data yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain blok pengatur alur injeksi arus dan pengukuran tegangan. Blok rangkaian ini tersusun atas dua bagian yaitu bagian A merupakan sistem pengatur alur injeksi arus dan bagian B merupakan sistem pengatur pengukuran tegangan. Pengujian kedua rangkaian tersebut menggunakan Arduino Due sebagai pengatur logika pada kedua bagian tersebut. Pengaturan logika pola injeksi dan pola pengukuran tegangan mengacu pada metode tetangga (Neighboring Method). Pengujian bagian A (pengatur alur injeksi arus) digunakan sumber arus konstan sebesar 1 mA sebagai masukan dan keluarannya diukur dengan menggunakan amperemeter. Pada pengujian bagian B (pengatur pola pengukuran tegangan) digunakan sebuah signal generator sebagai sumber tegangan masukan dengan nilai 0.25 Volt hingga 4 Volt. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat berfungsi dengan baik untuk mengatur alur injeksi arus dan alur pengukuran tegangan untuk sistem EIT

By utilizing plastic waste, it hoped that can contribute to save the environment. By introduction plastic materials, it hoped that early childhood will be more aware of the environment. Children are invited to be creative using plastic bottles to make saving containers. In addition to inviting children to learn to use plastic waste, it also can introduces children to learning to save at an early age.
