Analisis Kesulitan Mahasiswa dalam Menyusun Kalimat Bahasa Arab (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Semester Awal)
Full text linkالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الصعوبات التي يواجهها الطلاب في الفصل الدراسي الأول في تكوين الجمل باللغة العربية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكيفي مع أسلوب دراسة الحالة. شملت العينة 20 طالبًا من الفصل الدراسي الأول في برنامج تربية اللغة العربية بجامعة سيد علي رحمت الله تولونغ آغونغ. جُمعت البيانات من خلال اختبارات كتابية ومقابلات منظمة. أظهرت النتائج أن الصعوبات الرئيسية تكمن في الجوانب النحوية (النحو)، وهيكل الجملة، واختيار المفردات (المفردات). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تؤثر العوامل الذاتية مثل قلة التدريب، والعوامل الخارجية مثل نقص المصادر التعليمية الملائمة، في هذه الصعوبات. تقدم الدراسة توصيات لتحسين تعلم اللغة العربية من خلال المناهج السياقية واستخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the difficulties experienced by first-semester students in constructing Arabic sentences. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The subjects consist of 20 first-semester students from the Arabic Language Education program at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Data were collected through written tests and structured interviews. The results indicate that students' main difficulties lie in grammatical aspects (nahwu), sentence structure, and vocabulary selection (mufradat). In addition, internal factors such as lack of practice and external factors such as inadequate learning resources also contribute to these difficulties. This study provides recommendations for improving Arabic language learning through contextual approaches and the integration of educational technology.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa semester awal dalam menyusun kalimat Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa semester satu program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab di UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes tulis dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan utama mahasiswa terletak pada aspek tata bahasa (nahwu), struktur kalimat, dan pilihan kata (mufradat). Selain itu, faktor internal seperti kurangnya latihan dan faktor eksternal seperti kurangnya sumber belajar yang memadai turut memengaruhi kesulitan tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan kontekstual dan penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran.

Qiwamah: A Normative Qur’anic Study on the Relations of Husband, Wife, and Mother
Full text linkDomestic conflict frequently emerges when two significant female figures—the mother and the wife—share a household. The root of such tension often lies in the husband’s inability to exercise effective leadership within the family. While the Qur’an presents a normative framework of leadership that can be applied domestically, its implementation remains complex. This study seeks to examine the relationship between mothers and wives through the lens of Qur’anic leadership, with a specific focus on the interpretive framework proposed by Yusuf Qardhawi’s al-Dilālah model. The analysis yielded three major findings. First, Qur’anic verses concerning devotion to parents, obligations to wives, and leadership responsibilities can be actualized flexibly and dynamically according to context. Second, devotion to mothers is obligatory; however, the authority of QS. al-‘Ankabūt [29]:8 (commanding filial piety) may, in certain circumstances, be reframed by QS. al-Nisā’ [4]:19 (commanding benevolent treatment toward wives). This insight is reinforced by psychological perspectives on motherhood. Third, while mothers retain the right to receive financial support from their children, the responsibility to provide for and care for one’s wife takes precedence as part of the husband’s greater leadership obligations
Media Podsimak Memanfaatkan Google Podcast dalam Pembelajaran Menyimak Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Islam Darussalam
Full text linkListening skills are one of the essential language competencies in learning Bahasa Indonesia. However, challenges still persist in delivering material that aligns with students' needs. Therefore, there is a need for innovative learning media to enhance listening skills. This study aims to describe the steps and stage of using Podsimak, an instructional innovation based on Google Podcast, as well as its impact on the listening skills of eighth-grade students at SMP Islam Darussalam. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques including participant observation and semi-structured interviews. The findings indicate that the learning process is carried out in three systematic stages: (1) pre-listening, (2) while-listening, and (3) post-listening. These stages are integrated into the use of the Podsimak application and show a positive effect on students' abilities to identify main ideas, extract detailed information, and summarize audio content. Thus, Podsimak can serve as an alternative digital learning medium that is contextual and aligned with 21st-century educational needs
Wacana Sinkronis Digital sebagai Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Analisis Wacana pada Mahasiswa TBIN UIN Madura
No full textThis study discusses the use of Digital Synchronous Discourse as an innovation in learning media, especially in the context of discourse analysis by students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program (TBIN) at IAIN Madura. This innovation emerged as a response to the need for a more interactive learning method, relevant to technological developments, and able to encourage active student involvement. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness and implementation of digital synchronous discourse in discourse analysis learning and to determine its impact on students' understanding and analytical skills. The method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of classroom learning activities. The results of the study showed that the use of digital media synchronously was able to increase student participation, enrich the sources of discourse analyzed, and provide a wider space for reflection in understanding the context and structure of discourse. In conclusion, Digital Synchronous Discourse is an effective and innovative approach in supporting discourse analysis learning, especially in the digital era that demands flexibility and interactivity in the teaching and learning process
THE EFFECT OF THE RUPIAH EXCHANGE RATE AND INFLATION ON STOCK PRICES
Full text linkThis study aims to examine how the rupiah exchange rate affects the company's stock price. In the research we conducted, the data analysis method we used was multiple linear regression analysis. The research was conducted in the period 2021-2023, with the research population being all Property & Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample acquisition technique in this study was random sampling, so there were 10 companies in the Property & Real Estate sector that we made as samples in this study. The results showed that the rupiah exchange rate has an influence on stock prices, while inflation has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the rupiah exchange rate and inflation have an influence on stock prices
PENGARUH ISLAMIC LIFESTYLE, HARGA, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP PERILAKU IMPULSIF PADA PENGGUNA E-COMMERCE SHOPEE DI WATAMPONE
Full text linkAbstrak: Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia, perilaku impulsif dalam pembelian menjadi fenomena yang semakin umum. Gaya hidup Islami, harga produk, dan promosi diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecenderungan perilaku impulsif konsumen dalam melakukan transaksi di platform e-commerce Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Islamic lifestyle, harga, dan promosi terhadap perilaku impulsif pengguna e-commerce Shopee. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Watampone, dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian lapangan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 115 responden dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga (X1) memiliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,408, sementara promosi (X2) memiliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,186, yang menunjukkan bahwa keduanya tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku impulsif (Y). Hal ini menandakan bahwa aspek psikologis dan sosial, juga berkontribusi dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif. Islamic lifestyle (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan berdampak positif pada perilaku impulsif (Y) pada pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Watampone, dengan p-value sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menandakan bahwa semakin bersemangat seseorang dalam menjalankan pola hidup Islami, semakin besar pengaruhnya dalam keputusan pembelian, termasuk perilaku impulsif.

Abstract: In line with the growth of e-commerce users in Indonesia, impulsive behavior in purchasing is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon. Islamic lifestyle, product prices, and promotions are thought to have an influence on the tendency of consumer impulsive behavior in making transactions on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic lifestyle, prices, and promotions on the impulsive behavior of Shopee e-commerce users. The population in this study were Shopee e-commerce users in Watampone, with the type of research being field research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used was 115 respondents with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through SmartPLS software. The findings of this study indicate that the price variable (X1) has a p-value of 0.408, while promotion (X2) has a p-value of 0.186, indicating that both do not have a significant effect on impulsive behavior (Y). This indicates that psychological and social aspects also contribute to encouraging impulsive buying. Islamic lifestyle (X3) has a significant and positive impact on impulsive behavior (Y) on Shopee e-commerce users in Watampone, with a p-value of 0.000. This indicates that the more enthusiastic a person is in implementing an Islamic lifestyle, the greater the influence on purchasing decisions, including impulsive behavior.

The The Effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices in Primary Consumer Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021–2023
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan konsumen non-siklis yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2023. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh pentingnya konsumen sektor non-siklis yang strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia dan meningkatnya minat investor terhadap indikator keuangan untuk menilai kelayakan investasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan regresi data panel yang dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak Eviews 12. Sampel terdiri dari 20 perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan ketersediaan dan kelengkapan laporan keuangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya PBV yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan EPS dan DER tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun secara simultan, variabel ketiga tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan nilai R-square yang disesuaikan sebesar 96,74%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa investor cenderung lebih mengutamakan valuasi pasar dibandingkan nilai buku (PBV) dibandingkan indikator keuangan lainnya. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi investor, manajer keuangan, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam menyebarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan harga saham di sektor ekonomi utama ini
PERAN KEJAKSAAN DALAM PENERAPAN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE TERHADAP PENYALAHGUNA NARKOTIKA (Studi Kasus di Kejaksaan Negeri Karawang)
Full text linkDrug abuse constitutes a critical issue that impacts not only individuals but also society at large. As a criminal offense categorized as an extraordinary crime, its resolution requires a legal approach that goes beyond merely punitive measures. This study examines the role of the Karawang District Prosecutor's Office in implementing a restorative justice approach toward drug offenders, based on the Regulation of the Attorney General Number 15 of 2020 and the Guidelines of the Attorney General Number 18 of 2021. A juridical-empirical approachwas employedto analyze theactual legal practices inthe field, with datacollectedthrough interviews andlegal documents. The findings indicate that although restorative justice has begun to be implemented, its application in drug abuse cases remains very limited and faces several challenges, including lengthy procedures, inter-agency coordination issues, time constraints, and a lack of public understanding. This study highlights the crucial role of prosecutors as dominus litis in directing cases towardrehabilitation, as well as the need to strengthen institutional synergy and public education to achieve a more humane and solution- oriented form of justice. The case study of the Karawang District Prosecutor’s Office demonstrates that restorative justice holds significant potential as an alternative mechanism for resolving cases in a more equitable and recovery-focused manner
NEGOTIATING THE SACRED: Rajah, Orthodoxy, and the Digital Reframing of Islamic Symbol
Full text linkThe phenomenon of the rajah as an Islamic talisman occupies a contested discursive space between theological legitimacy and strong condemnation as a practice of shirk. This debate is rooted in the diversity of the Prophet’s hadith, which, on the one hand, allows ruqyah as long as it is free from elements of shirk, but on the other hand, categorically condemns all forms of talismans. Whereas previously the relevant authority of the rajah was determined through fatwas issued by religious scholars and local religious practices, now the discourse has shifted to the digital realm, mainly through memes and educational content that represent sacred symbols in the form of criticism, satire, and esoteric narratives. This article employs a netnographic approach to discuss the construction of meaning of the rajah in memes on social media and netizens’ responses to them, while also analyzing them from the perspective of hadith interpretation. The study argues that netizen involvement does not stop at spontaneous reactions, but forms a continuum of discourse: from humorous deconstruction to firm normative affirmation, then continuing to historical-esoteric interpretations. These findings confirm that rajah in the digital public sphere is a locus of popular theology that negotiates Islamic orthodoxy, local traditions, and contemporary digital culture
BRIDGING THE GAP
Full text linkThe research explores how Indonesian hotel staff perceive their needs of acquiring English competence and explores the communication challenges they face. As global guest expectations rise, English proficiency becomes essential for hotel employees to deliver high-quality service. Employing a qualitative narrative inquiry approach, the research investigates the experiences of six hotel staff members from diverse job roles through in-depth interviews. Findings reveal that English is used situationally, primarily with foreign guests, and that speaking and listening are the most challenging skills due to limited vocabulary, unfamiliar accents, and lack of real-world practice. While some staff benefit from workplace training and AI tools like ChatGPT, disparities in digital access and confidence persist. The study highlights the importance of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction and the potential of blended learning approaches that combine AI tools with traditional, face-to-face training. The study suggests recommendations that include implementing role-specific ESP programs, enhancing practical exposure, and addressing technological gaps to support inclusive and effective language development in the hospitality sector
