    ANALISIS PENGARUH JUMLAH ANGKATAN KERJA, INVESTASI, JUMLAH PENDUDUK, IPM, PDRB, DAN UPAH MINIMUM TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA DI JAWA BARAT TAHUN 2022-2023

    Dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari 27 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2022 sampai dengan tahun 2023, penelitian ini akan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pengangguran terbuka dengan faktor-faktor seperti investasi, jumlah penduduk, produk regional bruto, upah minimum, indeks pembangunan manusia, dan pekerja. Dalam penelitian ini, Eviews 12 digunakan untuk analisis data panel. Tidak terdapat pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja, investasi, jumlah penduduk, indeks pembangunan manusia, atau upah minimum terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka, tetapi PDRB memiliki pengaruh yang besar dan negatif, menurut penelitian ini. Terdapat pengaruh simultan sebesar 98,84% dari parameter-parameter berikut: Investasi, Jumlah Penduduk, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, PDRB, Upah Minimum, dan Jumlah Pekerja. Faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model tersebut menyumbang sisanya sebesar 1,16%

    THE INFLUENCE OF E-MARKETING ON CONSUMER DECISION-MAKING IN TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES AT DIARY TOUR TRAVEL

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh e-marketing terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen pada Diary Tour Travel, di tengah meningkatnya konsumsi konten digital dalam industri pariwisata. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 10 konsumen berusia 21-40 tahun yang aktif di media sosial serta analisis konten digital selama tiga bulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tiga faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian: (1) kredibilitas informasi melalui testimoni video pelanggan (user-generated content), (2) interaksi personal yang responsif melalui pesan langsung, dan (3) daya tarik konten visual destinasi wisata. Namun, intensitas promosi yang berlebihan menimbulkan efek kontraproduktif seperti kebingungan dan penundaan keputusan. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan model consumer journey dan konsep customer engagement dalam konteks e-marketing pariwisata, serta menyoroti pola perjalanan konsumen yang bersifat non-linear. Kebaruan riset ini terletak pada identifikasi titik jenuh konten promosi di segmen digital muda. Implikasi praktisnya mencakup perlunya strategi konten yang seimbang antara promosi, edukasi, dan storytelling guna meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran digital secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: e-marketing; keputusan konsumen; consumer journey; konten digital; user-generated content; pariwisata digital; fenomenologi.   Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of e-marketing on consumer decision-making in the context of Diary Tour Travel, amidst the rising consumption of digital content in the tourism industry. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 consumers aged 21–40 who are active on social media, as well as digital content analysis over a three-month period. The findings reveal three main factors influencing purchasing decisions: (1) information credibility through customer video testimonials (user-generated content), (2) responsive personal interaction via direct messages, and (3) the visual appeal of destination content. However, excessive promotional intensity produces counterproductive effects such as consumer confusion and decision delays. This study integrates the consumer journey model and the concept of customer engagement within the context of tourism e-marketing, highlighting the non-linear nature of the consumer journey. The novelty of this research lies in the identification of promotional content saturation points among young digital consumers. Its practical implication emphasizes the need for a balanced content strategy between promotion, education, and storytelling to enhance the long-term effectiveness of digital marketing.     Penelitian ini disajikan untuk mengetahui bagaimana merevitalisasi nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan ketrampilan seni tari Reog Kendang pada saiswa-siswa sekolah dasar Sidomulyo tentang pentingnya memliki ketrampilan pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada seni tari.Data dikumpulkan selama 2 bulan mulai dari Januari hingga Februari 2019 di sekolah Dasar Sidomulyo Pagerwojo di Tulungagung. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa-siswa yang didampingi oleh peneliti untuk melestaraikan tari Reog Kendang sebagai seni tari dan salah satu kearifan lokal masyarakata setempat. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 65 siswa yang memiliki informasi relevan tentang tema penelitian Temuan ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada beberapa anak yang belajar tari Reog Kendang bertindak sebagai pelaku tari sebagai ketrampilan seni tari berlatih, mendiskusikan simbol tari dengan teman-temannya dan bertanya jawab dengan peneliti tentang makna dan sejarah tari Reog Kendang. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga diperoleh beberapa perspektif anak-anak dalam mempraktekkan tari Reog Kendang sebagai media pembelajaran untuk merevitalisasi nilai-nilai sejarah,moral dan sosial. Beberapa tanggapannya adalah: meningkatkan pengabdian kepada negara, mengajarkan bagaiamana berperilaku baik, jujur dalam kehidupan bermasyrakat, belajar dan disiplin, berlatih untuk beranggungjawab, meneladani sejarah pahlawan regional dan nasional, saling menghargai  ketika berproses baik ketika berlatih tari,mengembangkan ketrampilan seni, menciptakan seni dan menampilkan karya seni terbaik bagi desa pada saat perpisahan, bersih desa,pembukaan acara di desa dan kecamatan. Selain itu, ditemukan juga perspektif anak-anak dalam berlatih tari, menguasai seni trai Reog Kendang sebagai media pembelajaran: menyampaikan pelajaran melalui tari dan berlatih secara langsung serta memahami makna dalanm setiap gerakan lebih menarik, termotivasi, menambah pengetahuan, dan menghibur bukan hanya untuk penari akan tetapi juga penikmat seni.   &nbsp

    Ahmad Khatib originated from Minangkabau, West Sumatra and after his settlement in the Holy City of Mecca in 1877, he grew into a scholar in Islamic sciences of great repute and eventually died there in 1916. His written work, educational and other activities have played a vital part in the exchange of religious ideas between Mecca and the Malay-Indonesian archipelago and make him an important person in the history of Islam in Southeast Asia. In my paper I will go in detail into a fatwa he gave on the question of whether or not it was allowed to sell chickens to Chinese. The paper aims to shed light on the mufti-ship of Ahmad Khatib and will look into the wider implications of the issue as far as religious authority is concerned, in particular into its locus

    IMPLEMENTING HUMANISTIC LEARNING STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AMONG TENTH-GRADE STUDENTS

    This mini research aims to implement humanistic learning theory in English language instruction at Al Jumhuri Senior High School in Blitar. This research is dedicated to improving learners’ inner drive by utilizing a student-centered methodology grounded in humanistic principles and enriched by local cultural values. The approach, inspired by theorists such as Rogers and Maslow, underlines the necessity of emotionally responsive teaching, personal growth, and nurturing the whole person within a caring academic setting. The qualitative descriptive strategy guides the study, where the teacher-researcher collects insights through active observation in the classroom, reflective writings, and ongoing field documentation. The findings indicate that contextual implementation of the humanistic approach, blended with local values such as the culture of greeting, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), tolerance, and consensus-based decision-making (musyawarah) has a positive impact on student engagement and enthusiasm. As learners become more engaged, articulate their views more easily, and grow in their confidence using English, this approach proves effective. In parallel, it advances the Critical thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity (4Cs) of 21st-century learning, fostering not only intellectual development but also the building of strong character and cultural sensitivity. Thus, the study confirms that combining humanistic learning theory with local wisdom can serve as an effective strategy to enrich foreign language education in ways that are meaningful, relevant, and empowering both academically and socially. &nbsp

    COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE OPINIONS OF YUSUF AL-QARADAWI AND FAQIHUDDIN ABDUL QADIR ON THE LAW OF POLYGAMY

    Polygamy is one of the issues that often becomes a debate in the study of Islamic family law, both in terms of legality, ethics, and social aspects. This article aims to analyze the similarities and differences in the opinions of contemporary scholars, namely Yusuf Al-Qaradawi and Faqihuddin Abdul Qadir, regarding the legality of polygamy, including the legal basis and the interpretation of justice as its condition. This study is a literature review with documentation as the data collection technique and a comparative study as the analysis technique. The similarities between the two figures are that they both permit polygamy, use Surah An-Nisa verse 3 as the legal source for polygamy, and regard justice as the primary condition for allowing polygamy. The differences are that Yusuf Al-Qaradawi considers polygamy to be a solution, understands Surah An-Nisa verse 3 in isolation, and views justice in polygamy only in material terms such as financial support, housing, clothing, and time spent together. Meanwhile, Faqihuddin Abdul Qadir argues that polygamy cannot be seen as a solution as it potentially brings harm to the family, interprets Surah An-Nisa verse 3 not in isolation but in conjunction with the preceding and following verses, which are verses 2 and 4, and believes that justice in polygamy encompasses all aspects, including immaterial elements such as emotions

    Dampak Penggunaan Shopee Paylater terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi

    Adanya kemajuan teknologi dalam hal finansial (financial technology), salah satunya adalah perkembangan sistem PayLater (sistem bayar nanti) pada Shopee, yaitu Shopee PayLater membawa dampak yang signifikan terhadap mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan desain deskriptif eksploratif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ivet Angkatan 2022/2023, sebanyak 12 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar dari informan yaitu sebanyak 33 persen, menggunakan Shopee PayLater karena daya tarik promosi atau diskon yang diberikan, sebanyak 29 persen dari total informan karena alasan kemudahan proses pembayaran, 21 persen karena kebutuhan mendesak, 13 persen karena gaya hidup instan, dan sebanyak 4 persen karena kepuasan berbelanja. Penggunaan Shopee PayLater dapat membuat mahasiswa menjadi impulsive atau berbelanja tanpa rencana sebelumnya, tetapi hal tersebut hanya berlaku untuk sebagian kecil mahasiswa. Terdapat dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan Shopee PayLater, dan hal tersebut tergantung dari kebijaksanaan dalam penggunaan Shopee PayLater
