QAWL QADIM AND QAWL JADID (Study Of Ash-Shafi’i’s Legal Synthesis Model on Zakat)
One proof of the unique freedom of legal thought in the early days of Islam in the first Hijriah/7 AD and second Hijriah/8 AD centuries, was the emergence of a large collection of legal views that grew in various centers in Iraq, Hijaz, Syria and Egypt. One of them is the moderate Shafi'i school founded by Muhammad bin Idris Asy-Syafi'i. This research aims to describe the contextualization of Ash-Shafi'i legal events and thoughts regarding Qawl Qadim and Qawl Jadid, as well as to synthesize Ash-Shafi'i law when faced with different social conditions in society, while many legal cases have emerged that require solutions. law immediately. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research, using a literature review. The research objects of this research are writings and texts that describe and are related to this research using content analysis data processing methods from these writings. From the results of the analysis it was found that Ash-Shafi'i in carrying out legal synthesis, both in the context of Qawl Qadim and Qawl Jadid, did not only adhere to historical texts, but also used ra'yu, both of which were used in a balanced and parallel manner
Analysis of Students’ Motivation in Carrier-Based English Language Learning
This study analyzes the impact of Carrier-Based Learning (CBL) on students' motivation and language proficiency in English language learning. Grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and the concept of situated learning, CBL integrates career-relevant tasks into the learning process to enhance intrinsic motivation and practical language skills. The research examines how CBL fosters autonomy, competence, and relatedness among students, leading to increased engagement and deeper learning. A comprehensive literature review methodology was employed to synthesize findings from various studies, highlighting the benefits and challenges of implementing CBL. Results indicate that CBL significantly improves students' motivation and language proficiency by providing authentic, meaningful learning experiences. However, successful implementation requires adequate teacher training and innovative assessment methods. This study underscores the importance of aligning language education with real-world career demands to prepare students for future professional success. The findings offer valuable insights for educators and policymakers on effectively integrating CBL into language curricula, promoting both academic and professional growth
Kesiapan Sekolah dan Peran Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka: Studi Kasus di MIN 14 Blitar
This study examines the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at MIN 14 Blitar, identifying various aspects related to lesson planning, implementation strategies, and the role of assessment within the Kurikulum Merdeka approach. In the context of educational changes demanded by the Industrial Era 4.0, the role of teachers in adapting to the new curriculum is a primary focus. Additionally, the readiness of schools in terms of human resources, facilities, and infrastructure is crucial for the successful implementation of this curriculum. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to illustrate lesson planning that emphasizes the analysis of learning outcomes, the use of diagnostic assessments, teaching modules, and teachers' understanding of students' learning styles. The findings highlight that the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka is supported by the Merdeka Belajar platform, adequate facilities, and various differentiated learning methods. Assessment plays a critical role through initial, formative, and summative assessments, with a transparent grading process facilitated by the Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM), which involves parents in evaluating students' education
استخدام طريقة حفظ المفردات لتحسين مهارة كلام التلميذات في معهد المحسنين ريمبا ميلينتانج
ملخص: مهارة الكلام هي إحدى المهارات اللغوية الأربع التي تكون مهمة تامة لتعلمها وإتقانها، لأن الوظيفة الرئيسية للغة العربية هي أداة اتصال. وبالتالي، لكي نتمكن من التحدث باللغة العربية، يجب علينا أن نحفظ المفردات. من المفردات يعبّر الشخص الشعور والاراء والافكار من خلال الكلمات والجمل والعبارات الأخرى. الهدف من هذا البحث هو لتوضيح استخدام طريقة حفظ المفردات لتحسين مهارة كلام تلميذات في الصف الأول في معهد المحسنين ريمبا ميلينتانج مع ايجابياته ومشكلاته باستخدام المنهج النوعى وأساليب جمع البيانات بالملاحظة والمقابلاة والتوثيق وتحليل البيانات بالتحليل الاستقرائي بميلز و هوبرمان و سلدنا بخطوات جمع البيانات و تكشيفها و عرضها و استخلاص النتائج. نتائج البحث من استخدام طريقة حفظ المفردات تتكون من الإعداد و التطبيق و التقويم. و إيجابياته هي التلميذات عرفن بالعديد من المفردات الجديدة و استطعن تكوين الجمل العربية و اعتدن على التحدث باللغة العربية و يمكن للتلميذات المشاركة في مسابقات المناظرة باللغة العربية و عرفن بعض من آيات القرآن الكريم و فهمن نحو و صرف. و مشكلاته هي ضعيفة ذاكرة بعض التلميذات و عدم التركيز منهن على حفظ المفردات و ضعف حب الاستطلاع في المفردات و الصعوبة في كتابة اللغة العربية و العوامل الخلفية لدى التلميذات.

Abstracts: Maharah kalam is one of the four language skills that is very important to learn and master, considering that the main function of Arabic is as a communication tool. Thus, in order to be able to speak Arabic, we have to memorize mufradat. With mufradat someone can express feelings, opinions, thoughts using other sentences and opinions. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the mufradat memorization method to increase maharah kalam, its positive sides and problems. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles, Huberman and Saldana theories which consist of data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The research results are that the application of the mufradat memorization method consists of preparation, application and assessment. There are several positive sides to the mufradat memorization method, namely that female students are able to practice speaking in Arabic, female students have a lot of new mufradat knowledge, can take part in Arabic debate competitions, know some of the meanings in the Qur'an, can make Arabic sentences, and can learn Nahwu Sharaf. And the problems found in implementing the mufradat memorization method are weak memory and difficulty in focusing as female students memorize mufradat, their low curiosity about mufradat, and the background factors of female students.

Abstrak: Maharah kalam adalah salah satu dari empat keterampilan bahasa yang sangat penting untuk dipelajari dan dikuasai, mengingat bahwa fungsi bahasa arab yang paling utama adalah sebagai alat komunikasi. Dengan demikian agar bisa berbicara menggunakan bahasa arab maka kita harus menghafal mufradat. Dengan mufradat seseorang dapat menyatakan rasa, pendapat, fikiran dengan menggunakan kalimat dan pendapat lain. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode hafalan mufradat untuk meningkatkan maharah kalam, sisi positifnya dan masalahnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori miles dan huberman dan saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Penerapan metode hafalan mufradat terdiri dari persiapan, penerapan, dan penilaian. terdapat beberapa sisi positif dari metode mengafal mufradat adalah siswi mampu menerapkan berbicara menggunakan bahasa arab, siswi memiliki banyak pengetahuan mufradat baru, bisa mengikuti lomba debat bahasa arab, mengetahui sebagian makna didalam al – qur’an, bisa membuat kalimat bahasa arab, dan dapat belajar nahwu sharaf. Dan permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penerapan metode hafalan mufradat adalah lemahnya daya ingat dan sulitnya untuk fokus sebagai mana siswi menghafal mufradat, rendahnya rasa ingin tahu mereka terhadap mufradat, dan faktor latarbelakang yang dimiliki siswi.

تطبيق البيئة اللغوية بطريقة المفردات لترقية مهارة الكلام الطلاب
ملخص البحث: أهمّية فى البيئة اللغوية هي الإعتماد على النفس، التمرينات واستمرار بحسن التعلّم. من المفيد أن يتعلّم المسلمون اللغة العربية منذ الصغار و يجعله فى البيئة اللغوية اليومية بأن يكون اللغة إزدهرا كلغة الإتصال و مزدهرا فى قسم التكنولوجية. من المحسن أن يعرف المعلّم فعالية الخطوة فى صبّ البيئة اللغوية لأنها يعادله فى دراجة النجاح و عند تعامل المعلّم بهذه الفعالية يحسن به أن يراعى ما يلى: اِكثار مفردات التلاميذ، يبيّنُ المعلّم عن التفريق الجملة المفيدة و يَصْدرُ المعلّم شجاعة التلاميذ فى إعتبار فِكرتَهم باللغة العربية مع الغير. إذ يوجد الإعتماد فى النفوس التلاميذ عندما يصبّون البيئة اللغوية عسى أن يكون اثار خاصة فى نشر اللغة العربية و مَن الذى له كفائة فى اللغة العربية له مقام مرتفع بين الأخرين. إن أراد التلاميذ أن يجيد اللغة العربية واجب عليهم أن يفهموا معانى المفردات و أنماط التراكيب و الجمل أو العبارات. ففهم اللغة العربية يستطيع أن يحصل الطلاب بأي الطريقة مثلا بطريقة المفردات “vocabulary methode”

Female Dangdut Singers and the Politics of Representation: A Critical Discourse Analysis
This study examines how language constructs power and identity in the representation of women in dangdut music, focusing on song lyrics and stage performances. Using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), particularly Fairclough’s three-dimensional framework, the research investigates the linguistic and semiotic elements that shape the perception of female dangdut singers. Data were collected from popular dangdut songs and live performances, analyzing lexical choices, metaphors, and visual symbols. The findings reveal that Dangdut often portrays women through a dichotomy of empowerment and objectification. Lyrics frequently depict women as seductresses, reinforcing gender stereotypes, while performances emphasize bodily expressions that shape public perception. However, some modern interpretations challenge these narratives, offering alternative representations of female agency. This study highlights the intersection of language, ideology, and cultural discourse in Dangdut, emphasizing its role in shaping social norms and gender identity. The implications of this research contribute to discussions on gender representation in popular music and media discourse in Indonesia
Lapisan Pemahaman Matematis Pirie-Kieren dan Pencapaiannya Melalui Scaffolding: Studi Kasus Pemecahan Masalah Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV) Siswa SMP
This research aims to uncover layers of students' mathematical understanding and provide scaffolding to achieve all layers of Pirie-Kieren's mathematical understanding. This study is qualitative research with a multiple case study design. The research subjects are categorized into three types: (1) S1A and S1B are students who write structured problem-solving steps and their answers are correct, (2) S2A and S2B are students who write structured problem-solving steps but make mistakes in some steps resulting incorrect answers, and (3) S3A and S3B are students who write unstructured problem-solving steps but their answers are correct. Two subjects are chosen from each category to generate saturated data. The results of this research indicate that (1) S1A and S1B experience folding back to the inner layers, then systematically reach all layers of mathematical understanding after scaffolding, (2) S2A and S2B reach certain outer layers of mathematical understanding after scaffolding, (3) S3A and S3B reach certain inner layers of mathematical understanding after scaffolding. This research found that each subject reaches all layers of Pirie-Kieren's mathematical understanding after scaffolding through three methods: (1) providing prompting questions, (2) providing problem-solving examples, and (3) providing constructive feedback on subject answers. The teacher’s understanding of students' Pirie-Kieren mathematical understanding layers can be used to improve learning
MATHMART: Media Pembelajaran Matematika Digital Bermodel PBL Berpendekatan STEM untuk Pemenuhan Tuntutan Pendidikan Abad 21
The 21st century demands that education implement student-centered learning, involve technology, and present learning that stimulates 4C abilities (critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration, and communication). However, mathematics learning in formal education has not been able to meet the existing demands. Many the mathematics learning in formal education has not honed students' 4C abilities. As a solution, researchers took the initiative to develop MATHMART learning media that contain the material of the Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SPLDV) for grade VIII SMP/MTs students. Unlike other learning media, MATHMART has integrated the STEM approach and the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in its development. The type of research is Research and Development with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The results of this study are an average percentage of validation at the development stage by media experts of 80.5% and material experts of 86%, both of which are categorized as very valid with slight revisions. After the revision, a practicality test was conducted on 22 students at Mifathussa'adah Middle School in Kudus, and an average percentage of the practicality questionnaire was 85%, with a convenient category. MATHMART learning media helps students better understand SPLDV material and develop students' 4C abilities. Thus, MATHMART learning media can be used to help educators and students in achieving the demands of the 21st century
Instagram sebagai Sarana Menulis dalam Pembelajaran Teks Anekdot bagi Siswa Kelas X di MAN 3 Tulungagung
Dalam pembelajaran banyak menggunakan beberapa media yang haruslah menarik bagi siswa. Salah satunya memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram. Dimana media sosial Instagram ini berguna untuk mengunggah cerita maupun ide-ide yang dikembangkan siswa. Dalam hal itu, Instagram sesuai digunakan dalam pembelajaran teks anekdot yang menceritakan mengenai cerita lucu dan kritik terhadap suatu fenomena yang dikembangkan secara menarik oleh siswa. Beberapa cerita yang berhasil diunggah oleh siswa dijadikan sebagai bahan analisis terkait unsur kritikan didalamnya. Seperti adanya Kritikan pendidikan, percintaan dan kebijakan. Salah satu kritikan yang menarik bagi penulis yaitu kritik kebijakan yang menceritakan tentang ayah temanya yang santai walaupun ada masalah yang kerja di gedung DPR yang bisa tiduran sambal main candy crush. Arjuna juga bercerita mengenai kinerja pemerintah yang banyak ngomongin janji dengan bersikap baik membagikan uang maupun barang. Tapi bagi Arjuna sikap baik itu hanya terjadi saat masa pemilu saja. Dari, beberapa hasil analisis tersebut. Penelitian ini cocok menggunakan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dengan menganalisis hasil karya siswa yang di cara menafsirkan dan pendeskripsiannya dalam bentuk kalimat untuk menemukan masalah yang ingin diketahui
THE EFFECT OF ZISWAF FUND RECEIPTS, ROE, GWM ON NPF GROSS WITH FIRM SIZE AS MODERATING VARIABLE IN ISLAMIC BANKING IN INDONESIA PERIOD 2018-2023
Abstract: This study seeks to explore the influence of ZISWAF fund receipts, ROE, and GWM on Gross NPF in Islamic financial institutions, with firm size acting as a moderating factor. The research also explores strategies to address these issues. The sample consists of 115 companies in the financial sector registered with the OJK since 2018.Q1 to 2023.Q3. Purposive sampling was employed for data collection. MRA and panel data regression analysis were performed using Eviews 12 software.The findings indicate that ZISWAF fund receipts, ROE, and GWM significantly influence Gross NPF in the financial sector during the specified period. Additionally, firm size moderates the effects of ZISWAF fund receipts, ROE, and GWM on Gross NPF in the financial sector from 2018.Q1 to 2023.Q3.
